applying for a study visa will still raise red flags. It shows desperation and they will see through that you are not a real student. What kind of job did you get LMIA for

Yes I have applied for GCMS notes and also have experience in the job with proofs, let me wait for it then to know my next step but I really don’t want to go through the work route anymore and thank you so much for replying

Currency depreciation, can't qualify for any migration/visa category, clueless about the whole process, no guidance/helper, home base responsibilities, and of course, the embassy will mostly not grant you a visa.

The Schengen visa is now very difficult to get. For example, Norway as a rule, wont grant you a visa for tourism even if you overqualify. They do not want Nigerian visitors.

So there you go, leaving Nigeria will keep becoming exceptionally difficult, and close to impossible as the days go by, unless maybe through a family route with a foreign resident/citizen.

When did Nigerians become LMIA qualified? Are Nigerians qualified to be waived for LMIA?

Nigerians have always been qualified for LMIA. Some people on nairaland here have gotten it. The major issue is the companies giving LMIA are using it to bring in their people from Philippines, china, India. Only a handful of Nigerians have companies they can use to bring people . I met a Ghana babe in tech that came in with LMIA two years ago. Your occupation has to be scarce/indemand to even stand a chance

Their dollars will only go far in a functioning society that can convert that dollars to a good value. Money and societal function goes hand in hand.

Thats why you check different shops before buying something. You want your money to take you far. Same rules applies with being wealthy in any country.

Imagine buying a phone for five usd in Alibaba, but because it's not made in Nigeria, after shipping, clearing, and tax, it becomes more expensive.

But a Chinese man that earns lower than you will buy it cheaper and live a far quality life just because the society can convert his little earnings to great value.
