On a serious note, it is not all guys. As a matter of fact, it depends on how they see you. I mean I can't lend you money if you are not my friend. And if you are my friend, it is either I want to date you but you keep friendzoning me or you are my girlfriend or you are actually a friend.

I would not do a thing of such if you are C. There is no need lending B money before she can come see me.
