Solid relationships that usually lead to marriage (which the OP wants) are built and not rushed, else you rush out as fast as you came. Like someone said earlier you start from friendship, which draws the other person closer & yearn to know you more intricately.

Maybe the OP hasn't gotten the chance to let them know his true aspirations, motivations, charisma, self worth etc before they back out. And these things are observed/revealed systematically sometimes unintentionally even.

A lady that has gotten to the above stage wouldn't leave him just coz he doesn't stay in the urban area or coz he teaches, both which are changeable variables.

please friends I need your advice, I am a teacher that teaches in one of the Govt. technical schools in Imo state. I resides in the rural area due to the current transfer from the ministry, though I can go on transfer to any part of Imo state if I want. my problem is that all the ladies that I wanted to settle down with when I tell them what I do for a living and where I stay, they will quit the relation. it is becoming difficult for me to get a wife here.

I'm an old man man. Not everyone is a youth on SM. Btw, the best books to read on women is " women " itself The title na the author, self titled Even the most illiterate woman has two Ph.D in psychology, so a man must never let his guard down when dealing with any woman he wants to settle with .
