Me think it's terrible to propose to a lady who isn't eager to marry u... It tells a lot about the guy... A woman that sees value in a man should be eager to marry him and that's when u propose not when u feel u need to do it to show her u are the man or u are more serious than her other options... If a woman has u as an option best not to propose.
