OP lemme tell you something ehn. You need to stop seeing masturbation as a sin against God. Rather, decide to not do it on the basis of sheer morality and deep seated resolve. I Stopped since March and its September already man. Didn't factor in any religious or spiritual help to it. The moment you begin to realize that maturbation is like every act which when done perpetually becomes a habit and is difficult to jettison, the sooner your solution approaches. For me, I made a register which I firmly resolved to tick in the negative every day since March and it's worked for me. Finally OP, drop the notion of girlfriend solving the problem and also realize the fact that you have the will over it. Bless you bro.

It's simple,you just have to try to skip it regularly,for instance try not to do it daily and don't force it OK,anytime you fall for it,just do it and afterwards continue with the plan which is to stop doing it regularly.Also try not to think about negative things OK

this is what i have to say, first one step you have to take in order to quit, is that you have to feel guilty always when ever this urge comes and to know all the consiquences which come with it, those physical harm which you have experience since u have being doing it, this will help also. Then you have to pray evertime, you have to restrict your self from internet for long time because even if ur mind wont be there, when online. once u are there u may tend to visit the site.
Always keep your self busy pray always, pray against spirit of masturbation and lust, pray for spirit of control to come upon you because when you get outside you see them and lust. that is why u should also pray for the whole armor of God to come upon you and you will see the hand of God in your life. Avoid sleeping late this will also give you time to lust. and avoid flooding your mind with lustful things.
