IsaAbubakar: I was among those that criticized them for not being part of the change we need in 2015 we called them foolish and illiterates and many other names they where vilified and abused
but today their prophecy about Buhari have come to past they're the wisest tribe now not to fall for Buhari's scam in 2015.
lesson: always respect other people's opinion no matter how irrelevant it may seems to be because it might be a life saver.
I remain my humble self Sheikh Isa Abubakar Usman from kebbi a Muslim scholar a good ambassador of Islam and I owe no one an explanation nor apology kiss the truth Oga bloody killer I recall your feverent campaign here on behalf of Jonathan in the build up to the 2015 election. I also recall how pained you were so much so that you stopped posting here for several months after his defeat. You are poised to cry again next year when we reelect Buhari to the presidency |

Rubbish! Buhari is a nationalist leader who cannot stoop so low as to cause crisis in Benue. Benue people will live to reget if they fail to vote for Buhari next year. Keep listening to your disgruntled south eastearn neighbours |

We do not do false propaganda. Any gist I drop is 100% authentic.
I am about to drop another one now. Check it out in 2 minutes.
Buhari is a force and he cannot stop until he finishes what God asked him to do with Nigeria. Even in the face of evil adversity, his assignment is to drag us out from the rot we were once condemned to by previous governments.
This is a task that must be done My problem with you is you fail to realise that the person you are engaging is a flip flop, an individual who changes his position on issues as much as he changes his clothes. He is highly unstable and bigoted. Please ignore him |

The Buhari administration is under threat from an avalanche of hostile propaganda from corrupt and disgruntled elements emanating especially from the east. It is the duty of all patriotic Nigerians to protect the regime from being booted out next year by collecting our PVC's and voting for Buhari. Don't be like the online miscreants who only know how to rant on the Internet but on election day sit at home and watch TV. It is a sole duty. Buhari 2019 |

AZeD1: It does. 1) Citizenship can be revoked 2) The constitution can be changed to disallow dual citizenship. So the moment you become a Biafran you automatically loose your Nigerian citizenship.
You are free to continue your campaign for Biafra but this theory you are pushing won't fly. Why are you arguing with that slowpoke? |

Politics › Re: With Biafran Independence, biafrans Will Be Able To Live Anywhere In Nigeria by potoX: 11:46am On Jul 26, 2018 |
gidgiddy: I'm here today to burst this myth which many Nigerians have that should Igbos and some other tribes in the south of Nigeria become independent as Biafra, they will lose their right to live in Nigeria. Some even said that there will be mass deportation of Biafrans back to their home land and that the government will have the right to seize their properties and assets.
None of these things will be possible because all Biafrans will have 'retained rights of Nigerian citizenship'
In layman's terms, all the Biafrans will still hold Nigerian citizenship despite being Biafrans and a Nigerian cannot be deported from Nigeria. The constitution gives 4 ways by which an individual can become a Nigerian citizen.
1) By Birth: Anyone born after October 1st 1960 in any territory of Nigeria automatically becomes a citizen
2)Parentage: Anyone who has either parents or Grand-parents are Nigerians or who's either parents or Grand-parents were born in any Nigerian territory, before or after October 1st 1960 is a citizen.
The other two ways of being a Nigerian citizen is by registration and naturalization but these are not as important as the first two. The Nigerian constitution also states that the only way a person can renounce their Nigerian citizenship is for them to apply directly to the President of Nigeria, and only if the President agrees.
It is virtually Impossible to enact a law that will retroactively strip people of their right of citizenship by birth or parentage. If this is done, not even Buhari will be able to prove he is a citizen of Nigeria.
So please, in the event that Biafra becomes independent, all Biafrans will still hold Nigerian citizenship, as stated by the constitution of Nigeria, and live anywhere in Nigeria they like. Utter rubbish! This topic was thoroughly thrashed last year on this forum and the consensus opinion is that if this scenario ever plays out, you Biafrans will not only lose your rights as Nigerian citizens but you will immediately be deported enmass and your properties siezed. So stay there and be typing trash and think we will treat you fairly after breaking up our country. Go and cry to the UN like those Muslims kicked out of Burma did |
