Answers to your questions:

For question 1, there is misinformation because the Ooni himself has given ample reasons for it. From attending parties here and there to meeting nollywood artistes and shaking hands with them while grinning like a happy toddler to hosting women of Housewives of Lekki and all other nonsense, he has given reasons to be misconstrued.

For question 2, the politics, shenanigans and all the stuff associated with appointing a new Alaafin in partly responsible. The Governor has said severally that he is not ready to present a staff of office to someone not validly selected. Let me just keep the other reasons to myself.
