Politics › Re: Sanwo-Olu Mourns Rotimi Akeredolu by PressMyButton:
His wife, Betty is power-drunk, inhumane and wicked. At a point when his illiness started so little, she embarrassed her husband's secretary who was helping the man with local herbs. She accussed the poor lady of attempting to spellbound her husband and snatch him away. Shortly after, Akeredolu disappeared off public appearances, i can't remember if he was at APC Presidential primaries either. Betty locked him up until his health deteoriated before flying him to Germany. Now, she lost both the man and the power.

Your comments have nothing to do with his ability to function as a governor or president. The worst scoundrels are existing in the limelight and have brought the country to her knees as very bad examples in leadership.
Obi's performance elicited harsh criticisms and curses from the larger indigenes of Anambra. There's really no need dwelling much on his poor performances much as the media is replete of reports of his underwhelming records. On this forum, i have lost count of the amount of threads tearing him apart when he was Governor.
Politics › Re: It’ll Be Disastrous If Tinubu Does Not Probe Buhari – Attahiru Bafarawa by PressMyButton: 4:13pm On Dec 27, 2023
Here is a northerner requesting the probe of Buhari, nothwithstanding their shared creed and ethnic affinity. It may seem like an impossible ask as we have never had any ex president being prosecuted. Interestingly, those who shouted at the rooftop of their throats when the idea was mooted to prosecute GEJ for wanton executive recklessness are the same set of hypocrites drumming support for the call to prosecute Buhari. These bunch of losers set their standards according to their sentiments. However, the fact remains that Buhari is unprosecutable.

It is based on solid personal records of achievements which showcases hardwork and all of the great values. Obi was not made by APGA or PDP. His life has been exemplary right from his secondary school days. He has always owned his own business. Only a man of such background can lead this country out of the woods. Politician who are tainted can never achieve greatness for our beloved country. It true we are evolving but we can accelerate the process by having individuals like Peter Obi.
Politically, Obi was a nobody until he was picked up from obscurity by Ojukwu and Umeh. Ojukwu fought the fight of his life to ensure his victory in court and that sealed the consequences of the curses laid upon him the minute he dumped APGA for PDP.

Still the Obi factor. Majority believe that he is credible, has requisite experience for political leadership. He possess the values a leadership should have to grow a 3rd world economy such as Nigeria. The values of thrift, hard work, compassion, statesmanship, humility, intelligence, what have you.
It shows ibos are politically incapable but are only being sentimental. A party does not make a man but a man makes a party. Your ability to villify an individual just because he belongs to the opposing side makes you shortsighted. The manner at which you flip when you make those choices could not be more ridiculous, it rather exposes your weaknesses.

Voting against Obi candidate was never a vote of no confidence against Obi. You guys don't understand Igbo at all. We voted APGA because Valentine was relatively unknown compared to Soludo and the voters opted for the devil they know. If Soludo falls he will be voted out. Obi is loved by Anambrarians and majority of Nigerians.
Same ibos rejected Soludo at his first attempt in PDP until he later joined APGA, similarly, Otti could not win under APC until he joined LP.

Taa mechie g...who installed Obiano, who brought him back from United States and made him governor. When Obiano wife insisted Victor Umeh. Obiano wanted Soludo because it is the turn of Anambra South. Obiano consulted Peter Obi, who also backed Soludo, although Peter Obi had his former school mate Val Ozigbo in the race under PDP.
What happened at the Senatorial elections, how many senators from APGA in Anambra today not even one..

How can you come from Ekiti and be telling me who is who in Anambra State...no be juju be that
You're rambling about aimlessly. In 2017& 2021, Obi went about all the the LGs in Anambra state campaigning for his PDP candidates against Obiano and Soludo YET he failed woefully. In 2017, Obi vowed to fight Obiano with the last drop of his blood and stop his reelection but at the end of the day, his prefered candidate, Oseloka Obaze, came in a distance third.
Obiano & Soludo defeated Obi & his candidate, Valentine Ozigbo

For which Anambra...

Name one governor he installed that completed 8 yrs...When he sponsored Tony Nwonye in Obiano 2nd term, Tony Nwonye failed woefully. When he sponsored Soludo the first time, Soludo failed, Obiano beat Soludo hands down

No one rivals Peter Obi as of today in Anambra State. He made APGA what it is today. He installed Obiano and Obiano later installed Soludo...
Big lies, Obi never installed Soludo. Obiano rendered Obi irrelevant in Anambra, Obi lost back to back. Obi never also made APGA what it is, APGA has always rode on the influence of Ojukwu, Obi betrayed APGA and was cursed, you're so full of ignorance.

128 passangers as the last count have been freighted from Abuja to four different states in the north. This was just the figures from the depature parks in Abuja out of the 36 states in the country. Definately, each state would have its own records.

upon that, Nigerians has never suffered like this period. They destroyed refinery but fuel was sold at 50 naira.
They killed airline but flight ticket was very cheap.
Under Tinubu, one dollar is equal to 1500 naira.
How much did you buy chicken last year Christmas, how much is chicken today.
180 million Nigerians are living in poverty.
I swear Tinubu is the worst thing that ever happened to this country.
You're as myopic as they come, people like you would sell off the future of your kids for cheap foods. Does it mean none of our refineries must work because we buy fuel at a cheaper price?, how good was the subsidy payment to the economy?, same Government could pay billions as subsidy but could barely fix roads, build schools, hospitals, electricity, build new refineries, etc. Your brain could not question the rationale of paying subsidy to a few individuals yet complain abou lack of funds for critical infrastructures.

Story… talkative non actiion mandate thief speaking gbajue grammar instead of learning how to be an action man like Peter Obi he is busy talking rubbish
Do you know that Obi could not live in Anambra after his tenure due to the spate of insecurity in his state, immediately after his tenure, he also connected his daughter to a private school in Lagos while his son was sent abroad. He has never believed in Anambra.
Plateau state is bigger than the whole of 5 SE states, the larger size of the north makes security a bit more complex in addition to lesser army personnels. Good thing is, the Army has been more proactive recently taking the battle to the terrorists' hideouts and have been eliminating a good number of the bandits leaders.

it will never happen!! 1967 is not 2023. An igbo man will die to protect his business in Lagos.

Lazy motherfuckers trying to reap where they didn't sow.
You are very irritatingly shallow, you talk like an uncouth ingrate and i refer to everyone of your type. in '67, how were you able to protect your so called properties when you were loaded down the road to the east, in 1993, ibos were the first to begin scurrying back home at the rumours of a fresh war. it takes yorubas absolutely nothing to hand over whatever belonged to you at a time your close neighbours sent you back into the cold streets. Yorubas have proved that they are far bigger than whatever properties you may ever acquire in life.

If only you could connect that brain to your mouth and read me well, you could have understood my challenge to ibos is to replicate the mass exodus of Ghanaians in the delusion that Lagos will collapse in their absence and let's see how far they can survive without migration.
Politics › Re: Shettima, Governors Visit President Tinubu In Lagos For Christmas by PressMyButton: 4:13pm On Dec 26, 2023
Otti was the first governor to jump on his jet to Lagos. Still waiting the day Otti and Lawmakers under LP would take a ride down to Agulu to pay Obi an homage. What you're seeing is not a coincidence but the true attestation of Ashiwaju's leadership uniqueness. When a man built a political empire from nothing to the biggest in Africa, metarmophosed from being a kingmaker to being a king and a maker of men, such a special breed comes but once in a generation.
Politics › Re: Arewa Twitter: I Arrive Lagos Today, Everywhere Is Quiet by PressMyButton: 4:00pm On Dec 26, 2023
I bet you if ibos leave Lagos, in 48hours all the shops will be taken over. When Ghanaians left in '83, ibos and minority tribes from SS migrated to Lagos and took over the shops. Ghanaians were selling almost everything and making money yet they never said they developed Lagos. I challenge ibos that have gone back home for holidays never to come back and let's see who would survive without who.

.you still can't rise out of your mental fatigue and stagnation, inflation is 30% , unemployment is at 35% , naira is worse performing in West Africa. Nigeria wages are about the lowest in the whole country. The igbos you offered 50% transport traveled with mostly by Air and by private cars . The 50% will at best help low income civil servants, nysc members and lowem income earners affected by the economic degradation and not only igbos, should we because of 50% transport rebate keep quiet and lie to barefaced statistics
Ibos mostly travelled by air and private cars?, Lol. Ladies and gentlemen, you can see what we've been talking about, fame padding is an attribute of a people with inferiority complex. Who are the people migrating from the SE in luxurious buses everynight?. A 250k flight ticket from Lagos to Anambra was virtually empty with only 6 passangers on board, the news made FP last month.

All you get from this government is inflated contracts of using N15B to renovate houses built with less than N5b, the incessant and unnecessary dragging of igbos who served buhari wholeheartedly and the empty promises of certain investments coming from foreign countries battling with their domestic economic issues
This is 2023/2024, your victim mentality is stale, rise up from past defeats and be a man, your kids should not grow up seeing you crying like those before you. President Tinubu gave 50% transport discount to interstate transport companies and all the beneficiaries were ibos. You can not be a leader with a defeatist mentality.

How this Country has sinked this deep in mediocrety is what baffles me the most.
Celebrating an appointment of an individual call to served is what I don't understands in today's Nigeria .
The reason for this fooly is not far fetch, it has become so because, majority of Nigerians view such appointments as an opportunity for their kin and kind to partake in the sharing of the National Cake. That's what many Nigerians of today celebrate whenever any of their tribe's man, brother, uncle, father etc. get a government appointment.
If government does not appoint people to serve, is it spirits that ought to have been appointedhuh
Yet to see when people put up newspapers post and headlines in celebrations just because one of them get appointment by government to serve in civilized climes.
Too mundane.
But you celebrate when Nigerians are offered foreign appointments. You stink of low-self esteem.
