SalamRushdie:No increment on my bill so far, still the same amount and i also speak for my immediate community. We're under Ikeja DC and our tarriff has not been tampered with. |
vicshub:Don't be surprised if your church receives donations from Tinubu. I know what i'm talking about. |
oguns222:Remi Tinubu's foundation is enough evidence, much more Tinubu. |
Sermwell:Tinubu has been serving the needs of prisoners and correctional centers right from his days as Governor. He does his thing without the need of putting camera in the faces of prisoners. People speak of what Tinubu does for them and not the other way round. There're levels to everything. |
nlreserve:He should stop chasing clout, people are doing way more than he is without much noise at the background. He should stop acting like a celebrity in the status of Davido, he should act his age like an elder stateman. |
Nothing special here. I am aware how Tinubu patners with several mission houses to deliver reliefs to prisoners in Lagos state. He does that without going around for camera-Op. Constantly seeking public validation is a sign of low self esteem. |
The President had intervened a couple of times from effecting an increase in price, i hope the President would keep his foot down and not allow them. Electricity has become more badly managed ever since the PDP Administration privatized NEPA to incompetent hands. It is absolutely ridiculous seeing FG still paying electricity subsidy to private businesses that had already bought over the national assets. I expect the Government to not extend their contracts after expiration and declare an open bid to more financially and technically competent investors. |
BeautifulMind2:I told you to stop showing me these Youtube shortclips, i know the southeast very well. If they supply the raw materials and they pick up some sandals in their trucks going back, is any bad in that?. Like i said, Onitsha or Aba is like a small town as the average Oshodi or Ikeja where market activities take place. Igbo need something bigger and better, a state-like, not these glorified mushrooms but mass migration cannot make it happen. |
In Lagos?.. You see what i'm talking about, it'd have been a big flop in Anambra because they are lacking the essence of cosmopolitanism in the SE. |
I thought you guys said SE was heavily militarised, therefore asking Tinubu to withdraw the security. I don't think you guys know what you really want, you're busy fighting an imaginary enemy. |
abdeefggh:Yorubas are at the corridors of power in Sierra leon. |
gidgiddy:Seems splattering pictures is your only consolation. what is shameful in houses that were built at the time your ancestors were living in mud huts and thatched roofs?, it easier to demolish mud and set thatches or palmtree leaves on fire to build blocks when you were finally exposed to civilization. Some people have been living in blocks decades before you. So, there's no shame in old houses. |

gidgiddy:Ogun state was never a capital and it boasts the most industrialised state, Ibadan was never a capital, is one of the top industrialised cities in the country. Stop getting your head fixated on being a Capital state. Aba/Onitsha are village champions, igbos need more than village champions. My two cents. |
GeneralOjukwu:Lol, who doesn't know this notorious moniker?. The good old days, ban has calmed down everybody. Mynd would appear on a sweet thread where guys were busy feasting on those folks and he would spoil the fun. Una don try abeg. |
Ereolamide:That stupid rule could only exist where they feed and clothe the rest of us but as long as they don't, they should go apply such rules in their villages. |
GeneralOjukwu:I frequent Linda's blog, for every 1 Yoruba poster, there are 10 igbo posters, so there's no way Yorubas are getting away unscathed, Yorubas are being constantly insulted and beat down yet the only rules on Linda's forum is a disclaimer that she's not responsible for anybody's comment. Igbos want to have everything go their way and in cases where they find themselves lacking an edge, they cry for protection. |
Nicepoker:You almost lynched him on Twitter at every turn and that's a fact. |
YoungBlackRico:Swear down, either side is angry at mynd, meaning that he's been ontop of his game. I hope Seun won't fall for their blackmail. I can't believe i'm talking for Mynd44, he has really done me dirty. |
They accuse Seun of being tribalistic yet Linda Ikeji gave Igbos an open cheque to insult Yorubas on her platform. Atleast, it was obvious that Seun supported Obi at the last polls, how more tribalistic could he be. |
Seun, those saying you should ban Mynd44 are the real enemies of Nairaland. Mynd44 bans anybody irrespective of their political leaning or ethnic affiliation. As a matter of fact, Yorubas are mostly angry with mynd44 having to ban them for responding to hate and insults from southeasterners. He has also deleted so many threads from posters on either side, some topics that were considered unharmful or aimed at setting the records straight, yet Mynd44 deleted because he considered such a bit too tribalist. I consider him a very active moderator but overwhelmed and needed some help. The scourge of antispam bots is not helping matters either, he has too many on his hands. |

maivd:No truer words. |
BeautifulMind2:What rubbish are you talking about?. If a poor widow comes to your stall to purchase goods with money in her hands, will you turn her back?. Do you only sell to rich people?. Think normal before talking. |
OmoFiditi:Odi, Zakibiam were leveled to the ground, Biafra army committed atrocities and destructions on Edo, ijaws and other ethnic minorities yet none of these people are crying like a kid, they rose above defeatist mentality. |
OmoFiditi:Do you guys have comprehension issues?. I'm not talking about urban cities and which urban city is more developed.. |
OmoFiditi:This is not the discussion, i'm not talking about being richer than anyone. |
OmoFiditi:Are the Jews not scattered all over the world before they found a place in 1947?. Whereas igbos had been in a place of their own for ages yet exhibit individualistic and clannish tendencies than cosmopolitan mindset. |
BeautifulMind2:Kano, Kaduna are serving as a ready made market to Niger, Chad, Cameroon, all the way to Bukina faso. The trade volume between the North and their northern neigcours is very large that they also supply produce to North which the North supply to every part of Nigeria. You guys have no respect for the North, is it because they don't make noise in the media like you do? |
coputa:I have never ranked Kano above Lagos but no state in SE comes close to Kano. You're all about imports and that's why Kano would always be ranked ahead of you. |
BeautifulMind2:Onne port?..please. I fear for you when Lekki seaport fully commences and God help you Badagry seaport is delivered. I don't know how many igbos would remain back at home by then. |
