You need to address some personal issues. You seem to have bottled up emotions bursting at the slightest provocation. Perhaps you need to evaluate your insecurities and accept yourself for whom you are, cos really, the biggest room is the room for self improvement.
Good step to anger management is realizing that you need one. So kudos, you're already on the path to overcoming it. |

If your body is the temple of God, why do you still need to go to church? If the miracles are real why haven't you experienced an extraordinary one personally? (Waking up every day doesn't count so don't, just don't.) TB Joshua, Oyakhilome to mention few have been performing miracles since time immemorial yet e never reach you, a firebrand member? Na real wah. If tithe is for God, why is it used to finance your pastor's ostentatious luxurious life style? Is he God? Why so much emphasis on tithe & offerings and not salvation and sinful living in churches? Which is more important? Or is it the fear of losing customers, I mean members? If your pastor is such a MOG with divine WiFi connection to the Most High, why can't he perform bold extraordinary miracles like Moses/Elijah/Jesus did? But maybe his calling/ministry is just different. Why do you have to pray to portraits and statues of Jesus and Virgin Mary in your altars, pray to crucifixes, anointing oil, mustard seed, handkerchiefs among other merchandise? Why do you worship your pastors? Is that not idolatry rebranded? Besides Fear of Hell, why else to you worship God? And how, just how do you justify worshipping a Holy God in the (most) Unholiest of place, A (w)ho(re)tel? Totally inexcusable! I rest my case. |

According to the last national census, Nigeria recorded a population of about 180 million citizens. It's was indeed a sad day when we were all left with a choice between an aging past president, Buhari and a Failed incumbent, Jonathan.
How long must we stay complacent and let a political sect continue to decide for us which blast from the past is next in line to run the number one office in the country? Then we end up complaining when it's already too late.
I think it's high time we, the citizens, took the bull by the horns and claimed responsibility for our past irresponsiveness which has brought us thus far. Apparently the House of Representatives has failed woefully in it's duty of representing the voice of the people.
What I propose: We need to start making awareness campaigns to know the most eligible Nationalists and True Patriots who have proven themselves in their various fields and have the technical and political know-how to direct and manage this country adequately. We do not have to wait till 2019/2020 for APC and PDP to impose the next president on us.
There are Governors who have transformed their states phenomenally. Why are they not given the opportunity to perform on Federal capacity?
Evidently across all sectors of the country, there are people of integrity and substance who can be instrumental in getting Nigeria to it's rightful position in the comity of nations.
To mention a few, Who do you think would perform best as the Next President?
Dangote Donald Duke Peter Obi Ngozi Okonjo Iweala Fashola |

obailala: Such response is typically expected from a bitter opposition desperately employing the divide tactics even when their argument is baseless. Last time I checked, 2017 budget was produced by PMB and Osinbajo; but when it has to do with frivolous budgetary items like millions for cutlery, you blame Buhari, when it has to do with budget for a seaport, you insult Buhari and hail his partner. SMH! This reaction should be expected. Can't stop people from being people. Let's just hope Buhari and Osinbajo have the leadership skill to see through this cheap attempt to divide them. At the end of the day, the success or fall of their adminstration would forever be their joint effort. |

4Play: By adopting pro-market reforms: privatisation and deregulation. Primarily, the currency market needs pricing to be dictated by the interplay of supply and demand.
This is not by any means devoid of risks but would represent a big improvement on the status quo and improve investor confidence increasing forex inflows. Have you considered the human factor in achieving this? None of these is alien to govt. But at the end of the day even the best business plan is never going to work when the people you delegate it to are destructive. I read a post on NL where a guy was so frustrated by how corruption has eaten deep into our very fibre across all levels. From the security at the gate, to the staff all the way up to the management. Govt needs to tackle this first focusing on the executive and the judiciary before the implementation of your ideas can come to fruition. Private organisations realise this, which is why unlike govt, they have sanctions to address malpractices immediately (as e dey hot). |

4Play: What the government ought to concentrate on is improving investor confidence and attracting forex inflows into the country. This is why Buhari's statist policies have made matters worse as they have the opposite effect. Attributing our difficulties almost entirely to GEJ's failure to save sufficient forex reserves for the Buhari government is an exercise in delusion. Interesting. How do you suggest Govt can achieve this? |

The problem is not just Corruption but the lack of commensurate justice and stringent penalties. The effrontery with which Corruption is shamelessly celebrated among these political miscreants and embezzlers is the problem.
Why won't every other Nigerian be motivated to embezzle or cut corners when not one politician has been brought to justice, not one! All we hear is noise and sensational news. When I hear some of the deafening, food-choking, mind-numbing, outrageous billions of public funds being embezzled by these corrupt politicians, I wonder why no one has been shot and executed by firing squad. The judiciary definitely needs a major liposuction, so out of shape. |
