This is very shameful. Two Nigerian ladies were filmed fighting publicly in India after a disagreement. In the trending video footage posted online, the ladies can be seen fighting right in the middle of the street in Mahavia Enclave, New Delhi, India, - not minding the passersby and onlookers who were watching them.

Even when two of their friends (a male and a female) tried to stop the fight, the ladies continued. 

Nigerian Facebook user Godson Osas who is based in India, shared the footage as he blasted the fighting ladies for disgracing their country. 

He wrote; 

Look at what a grown up Nigerian Benin ash*wo girls are doing in Mahavia Enclave Palam New Delhi India, disgracing themselves in another man's land , tarnishing the image of Nigerians in India, this is why Indians are looking down on Nigerians , this is why Indian police are disturbing Nigerians here and there..

The battle for supremacy between two of the powerful female politicians in Lagos; Mrs Kemi Nelson, the South West Women Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), and Mrs Jumoke Okoya-Thomas, the Women Leader of Lagos Chapter of the APC, took a new turn on Monday 27 August, 2018 after Kemi Nelson invaded the Lagos State secretariat of the party with thugs.

The fight was as a result of the supremacy battle between the duo and the South-West APC Woman Leader’s refusal to vacate the office she used during her tenure for her successor.

Nelson was elected as Lagos APC Woman Leader four years ago and few years after, she became South-West Woman Leader of the party. She held the two positions till May when Okoya-Thomas, a three-term member of House of Representatives, took over from her at the state level, while she was re-elected as South-West APC Woman Leader.

During the fight, which lasted for several minutes, Nelson and Okoya-Thomas aides and some of the secretariat staff were harassed and beaten, while some office and personal belongings such as television sets, chairs, tables and computers were destroyed and mobile phones stolen by hoodlums, who invaded the secretariat.

Hon Jumoke Okoya Thomas took to her social media page to share picture of her and Kemi Nelson during her 60th birthday with Lagos First lady, Mrs. Ambode, wife of senate president, Toyin Saraki, also present. She wrote; 

Power is transient... This was myself with former Lagos State APC Women Leader, Mrs Kemi Nelson and other great women of our party at my 60th year birthday party, last year.

We were friends until I was voted to replace her in order to introduce new ideas to the development of our party. Since then, she has sworn to sabotage my efforts.

The progress of our party is more important to me than any distractions.

The issue of domestic violence cannot be over-emphasised. A Nigerian woman has landed in a hospital with broken mouth after she was allegedly brutalised by her own husband. According to the woman who didn't give the reason for the alleged maltreatment by her husband, she was beaten mercilessly and left injured in the process.

The woman also accused her husband of tearing up her certificates and credentials in a bid to spite and punish her.

The woman who was rushed to the hospital after the alleged brutalisation is now seeking for justice after contacting her legal team.

Some days ago, angry youths went on rampage in Kongo Rosha community of Jos North local government area of Plateau state. According to police report, problem started after a girl called Maureen who was said to be molested by some youths - reported the case to a group in her area.

The group of youths suspected to be members of Sara-Suka gangsters, then went on rampage in the area where the girl was allegedly molested as they destroyed cars and properties and also tried to burn down a church. 

The Plateau State Police Command foiled the attempt by the attackers who reportedly tried to set ablaze a Catholic Church located in the area.

The Command through its Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Tyopev Terna, said that the incident occurred on Wednesday night between 10:30pm to 11pm.

It was a joyful moment as a teenage girl who was arrested for alleged kidnapping, regained her freedom and reunited with her family. According to reports, the 16-year-old girl simply identified as Miracle was arrested and kept at Port-Harcourt remand home in Rivers state, since 26th September 2017, without being charged to court.

She got her freedom after a young lawyer took up her case free of charge.

Miss Miracle regained her freedom and has re-united with her family.

It was glamour in display at the reception organized to mark the 90th birthday of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, on Sunday.

Oyo state governor Abiola Ajimobi attended the Olubadan’s birthday party in the company of his wife, Mrs. Florence Ajimobi; former governor of the state, Adebayo Alao – Akala; and former Senate Majority Leader, Teslim Folarin among other dignitaries.

Popular singer Yinka Ayefele was also at the birthday event and appeared to be in high spirits and cheerful mood as he met with governor Ajimobi following the demolition of the singer’s Music House/Radio Station. The demolition sparked a public outcry.

The colorful reception was also attended by prominent traditional rulers, which included: Oba Enitan Adeyeye Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife; the Eleruwa of Eruwa, Oba Samuel Adegbola; the Olugbo of Igbo, Oba Obateru Akirintan; and the Obanikoro of Lagos, who represented the Oba of Lagos, Oba Rilwan Akinolu.

A young man has been arrested along with his accomplice by men of the Enugu state police command. The suspects who are members of the dreaded Black Axxe confraternity otherwise known as Aiye, were arrested in connection with the killing of a 105-year-old traditional ruler, Chief Eze Nwah-Onuh, in Igboeze North Local Government Area of the state.

The monarch, Nwa-Onu of Ekposhi Umuidoko village in Ogurute community was allegedly strangled on August 9.

The command’s spokesman, SP Ebere Amaraizu, gave the names of the suspects as: Onyeka Abugu, 22; Ogbonna Eze, 22 and Nnamdi Eze, 19 and said they were already helping the command in its investigation.

The spokesman said the body of the deceased had been deposited in a hospital mortuary.

It was said that on that fateful day the cultists conspired and strangled the deceased over a yet-to-be established issue or issues and escaped.

In a trending video, one of the nabbed suspects confessed that they killed the traditional ruler in order to increase their ranks (Kpowai) and to be well recognised in the cult group. But the villagers think there is more to the story.

They are currently in police custody helping with investigation.

The comedian who has been labelled president Buhari’s doppelganger due to similar looks, was hosted by the president along with his identical twin brother and others in the president's hometown in Daura, Katsina state. 

The comedian said though he is an Igbo man from Anambra State, he learnt how to mimic the president because he was born and raised in Katsina and he has always admired Mr. Buhari.

MC Tagwaye shot to stardom after he styled his craft in such a way that he dresses, speaks and acts like the President coupled with the fact that he has a striking resemblance with him (Buhari).

Former Arsenal coach, Arsene Wenger has been given a special honour by Liberian leader, President George Weah. Wenger was given a hero’s welcome after arriving in the West African nation this week - received the country’s highest civilian award.

The ceremony was held by president Weah, who was brought over to Europe from Cameroon football when Wenger was boss of Monaco in 1988.

Claude le Roy, the former French football coach, was being honoured.

That £50,000 move to the French principality kick-started a stellar career which saw Weah eventually play for Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, and latterly with Chelsea and Manchester City.

Most significantly in 1995, he become the first and only African to win the Fifa World Player of the Year accolade – an award he immediately handed over to Wenger at the glitzy ceremony.

Wenger held a meeting with Weah yesterday at the executive Mansion in the capital of Monrovia.

The 68-year-old, who left the Emirates hotseat after 22 years in May, also watched a local match between Arsenal and Manchester United supporters.

A man was shocked to find a strange item in his car while washing it. According to Okaka Austin Chukwuma, the strange item believed to be a charm, was tied with black thread and nylon and was allegedly kept under a foot mat in the car.

The shocked man after the discovery, decided to burn the item which he couldn't explain got inside his car.

It was exactly 10:50am today that I got a call from my friend/brother, Engr Okafor Victor Chukwuebuka to come and witness the above picture. He was sanitizing his car, as the Lord wanted it, he removed his seat footrace to dust off the sands, lo and behold, he saw a leakage sachet water.

An attempt to remove it, he saw the above diabolic amulet severely tied with black clothe and strong black nylon as captured in the picture above.

He is nice, God-fearing, hardworking and a philanthropist. Giving free ride to both known and unknown.

It was an emotional moment when the little girl who was found, four years after being kidnapped, reunited with her family. The whole streets was on lock down as residents trooped in their numbers to welcome the 6-year-old girl from Imo state identified as Onyinyechi Okpala. 

The then 2-year-old girl was stolen on 30th November 2014, when she and her mother went for end of year party which was hosted by “Taribo” her uncle in Port-Harcourt, Rivers state.

They searched everywhere for the little girl all to no avail.

On 20th August 2018, the little girl who is now 6 years old, was found by the Imo state police who busted a child trafficking syndicate. 

A total of eleven (11) stolen children were recovered from the suspects some of whom have been identified by their parents.

Yesterday, a Chinese man joined other Muslim faithfuls to pray at the Eid ground in Wase local government area of Plateau State. The Chinese man accepted Islam earlier this month after arriving Nigeria to wed his beautiful Muslim girl.

The Chinese man came all the way from his home with a family member to marry the Muslim girl known as Aisha.

It was disclosed that the wedding was done according to Islamic rites in Plateau state. The Chinese man who now goes by the name Samir, was seen dressed in Nigerian male native wear designed with Guinea fabric and cap.

Meanwhile, the foreigner also called on his fellow Chinese colleagues to join the religion of Islam. He said that Islam is the religion of peace and unity as he wished all Muslims happy Eidul Kabir.

Operatives attached to the Ogun police command have arrested three young men in Atan-Otta area of the state, for allegedly carting away a veritable source of power to MTN mast.

As it is a known fact that the mast needs to be on for the entire 24 hours of the day, to service subscribers, a condition the MTN management felt was a task that must be done and decided to install 12 solar power panels for the installation.

Against this well designed arrangement, a gang thieves besieged the site at Atan-Otta with the intent to cart away the entire solar power panels valued at N14 million.

However, having succeeded in dismantling the source of power on Saturday, August 18, 2018, they ran out of luck when a group of vigilante members at Onigbongbo Phase 2 sighted them at about 12.30am on the fateful day and put a distress call across to the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) of the station, SP Abiodun Salau.

SP Salau, led his team of patrol men to the scene and arrested three of the alleged vandals while other members of the syndicate escaped into a nearby bush.

Disclosing this to Crimepuzzle in a press statement, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, gave the names of the suspects as kehinde Yahya, 36, Akeem Ademola, 36 and Taofeek Oladele, 36.

According to the PPRO, the entire 12 solar power panels as well as a Volkswagen bus, popularly known as Danfo marked LND 10 XE, were recovered from the hoodlums.

He further said that the state Commissioner of Police, CP Ahmed Iliyasu, had ordered the immediate transfer of the suspects to FSARS for discreet investigation, even as he directed that serious manhunt should be launched for the fleeing members of the gang, with the view of bringing them to justice

According to Eze Ndigbo in South Africa, a Nigerian man identified as Mr. Donald Mordi, has been declared wanted by the South African Police for alleged murder.

The suspect who hails from Ika northeast local government area of Delta state, is alleged to have killed a fellow Nigerian over cult-related matter before absconding. 

Meanwhile, the presidency has said that Nigerians killed in South Africa recently indicated that they were killed by fellow Nigerians, unlike the past when South Africans were killing Nigerians.

The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Abike Dabiri-Erewa, said the intervention of President Muhammadu Buhari changed the previous situation.

“The last three killings have been Nigerians killing Nigerians, some, quite worrisome and a more dangerous trend. Six policemen involved in the killing of Nigerians, over the years, have recently been arraigned in court, and the Nigerian Embassy is closely monitoring the cases in court.

“The Nigerian government will continue to demand justice for killings, but, this element of Nigerians killing fellow Nigerians in another country will only complicate matters.”

Dabiri further said: “This is the first time policemen would be arraigned for killings which is as a result of President Muhammadu Buhari administration’s persistent intervention on the matter. The Nigerian involved in this killing has been arrested,” she concluded.

A woman has taken to social media to expose a driver who allegedly stole her iPhone 10 after her return  from the United Kingdom. The woman who hails from Edo state, revealed that her friend's driver stole her iPhone 10 after entering his car. 

The woman who revealed that she is yet to pay fully for the iPhone which is worth about £1,250 (over N620,000) - said that the gadget was stolen just one week of her return to Nigeria after boarding the suspect's car.

After trying to recover the phone all to no avail, the woman promised the alleged phone thief that she would give him N100,000 if he returns the phone to her.

In the process of returning the phone, the suspect and his alleged accomplice were nabbed by the police. The iPhone was already disabled as at the time of recovery as it was alleged that the suspected thief tried to open it.

The suspects are currently being held at the station.
