PS: I think this is a damage control strategy by the government. Please bear with me. The thread is a bit long. This thread is about me and not my friend. (lol)

i honestly need mature advise from the married and matured folks here.

I am in a very serious relationship with this lady. This is our 12th months together and i plan to propose to her in few months time.

I observe that she has hot temper. Each time we had little misunderstanding she flare up and wouldnt calm down for us to resolve and settle it amicably.

Being a gentleman i believe there are no perfect relationships. Quarrels and disagreements must pop up no matter what.

Yesterday we quarreled due to certain issue we had agreed on. I must confess i caused it but i was quick to realise it and apologise but she wouldnt listen. She made an attempt to call a friend of hers to report the issue. I stopped her. She again wanted to call her pastor too i blocked her hands and was surprise why she is inviting third parties to our matter. She was even voicing it out for people to hear us quarreling and i was calming her down to lower her voice.

This lady is the type every man needs. Religious, good cook, prayerful and she gives me advise on so many occasion.

Her parents are late and she was abandoned by her brothers and sisters due to change of religion. I dont know maybe this affected her attitude.

I myself i have my own wrong sides yet i am ready to accept her wrong and hope she do the same to me. But she wouldnt.

I have talked to her about her anger and made her understand that it is not good for us. Yet yesterdays event surprised me.

Please sorry about the long post. I just need advise or advises about how to handle this issue with my woman.

To add she is 23 and i am 29 years.

I attended a command school and I have seen students being flogged with canes while water was being poured on them and also while rolling on the parade ground.

I have seen students crawling with their knees on the rough parade ground while the knees are blistering.

But of course it had to be the one of the greatest offences e.g jumping the school fence to avoid classes or for whatever reason.

I have seen a student almost being expelled simply because he disrespected his teacher.

We even had a guard room then where they could lock you up if you really misbehave but to get most of these punishments you must have committed a grave offence.

My first day in secondary school as a little girl I was flogged by a soldier in fact my whole class was flogged simply because we didn't know we were supposed to sit up to greet a military personell (The school A.O) instead of hitting the desk and saying good morning Sir and the way we were flogged was you stand up and bend your head to touch the desk that way your back will be curved and the cane will enter well. It was just one stroke but ehn the ripples of pain it sent through our bodies chai we never made that mistake again.


Anyway they should have just expelled her instead of the beating since we are in the era of no child caning.

Besides those are marks of the caning, It will fade away. Its water cane marks. I am a bit surprised that caning is making the news.

From what i understand, Peter is not happy with the outcome of his effort.
1- He feels he is not getting the acknowledgement he deserves.
2- He feels his decision gets overlooked alot.
3- he feels he and paul should have different managers and be able to perform independently.
4- He wants a fiscal structure where the manager does not get an equal share.

These are some of the grievances i was able to pick up.
Now, how do we address it?

1- There album should become 50percent peter and 50percent paul with due credits to individual works.
2- Decision making should be on quota basis unless in an emergency situation. Jude should have the veto power of 40 percent of decisions, while peter and paul share 60%
3- Peter should be allowed to have his own manager which he will pay out of his own pocket.
3b- The company should hire a road manager which will handle all their tours.
4- Well, this is family business and i feel the sharing structure should remain perfectly equal except in cases where one of the twin brothers perform individually.

I have managed some some successful l brands in Nigeria and i have realized that sometimes, issues come up and if it is not addressed as soon as it arises, it leads to negative sentiments which will harm the business.

The issue with P-square has gone beyond professional inconveniences. There is a lot of negative personal sentiments and this has made the issue even more complicated.
The professional work flow can be resolved but i am not sure about the personal life.

Finally, people like Teebillz and tiwa savage and their whole crew should be black-listed by the management of p-square

Nigerians and sentimental way of reasoning . Don't know if you're a student or yo' working. Whichever. Imagine you found yourself in a group (let's say a Team either in your workplace or school project/assignment, whichever applies) and over the years people around have been perceiving you as the weakest and most passive of the group, to crown it all up, majority of your inputs and creative ideas for the success of the group were always discarded to the favor of other team Member(s), pls think deep, for how long would you continue to hold on and watch? Without any sentiment, imagine you found yourself in such scenario , pls tell me you'd forever be cool with it. Now imagine a case where your Father tends to like you brother more than you, infact, he never hid it even when you got married, for whatever reason best known to him he never showed up. He always welcomes ideas from your brother, showing love to him and his family (probably cos you married your heartthrob who's from a place he never supported) , making him feel he's better than you and this your same father is the one managing the business which brings money (that has made him as well rich) as a result of you and your brother's creativity. Pls, tell me you're an Angel and would easily overlook it, till like forever.
