This biafra thing is political. Most things in this country are either affected by politics, religion. Ethnicity is a third one, but it's influence is inferior to the former two.

USA has over 50 states and more diverse than Nigeria, they are able to find a common ground to live as a country. A Texas man is very different from a New yorker. They don't put religion and region before their country.

Why are we killing our selves over living together then?
Britain carried out a referendum few years back in Scotland to know if Scotish nationals would remain with Britain or not...it was peaceful and well carried out...now they are at it again..this is what I call mature government..who says whites are not superior? He seemed for solution and people stole from the federation all in the name of solution for GEJ. Some ppl used it against him. I want u to know that APC has set an ugly example in this country becus we were never like this. Nigerians used to condomn issues like this generally before but becus some ppl wanted GEJ out by all means, the spread hatered across the country and laughed and wished he never got it right. Many haters wished more bombing by boko haram. Lolz...now APC taught Nigerians how to do this and it is bad. Last campaign was a hate campsign .
Now APC don't want same hate...no na...not nice. This is not healthy for us all. But ppl learnt this from APC.
The truth is bitter...regionalism is the way out becus if a northerner wins, same issue might repeat itself. Many Nigerians are half baked literate and will always think like this. Nigeria is politically in mess and APC bleeped political opposition up big time. U don't rejoice when the country is hit negatively becus u want to score cheap political points. This is with us. APC did same and should dance to the song the played too. God help us all. Regionalism is still the best choice.
