true talk jare,oh boy ehh my friend for damaturu tell me how soldiers dey run leave mopol during bokoharam attack but after those mopol guys pursue them finish u go see soldiers coming out to take d glory
That is the truth bro...I have heard news too from soldiers and mopol men who went there.

What most Nigerians don't know is the role Mopol officers have played and are playing in the north.
They are trying and are more disciplined than the regular police men and soldiers
PoliticsRe: Soldier And Policemen Fight In A Bank In Calabar by Princedapace(m): 10:47am On Jun 01, 2016
Meritocracy:
MOPOL is just police officer with more than 3 years experience and never undergo that kind army training. They have the police blood in there vain. The op said four mopol and a soldier and only torn soldier cloth but they sustain injury and still left banking hall for SOLDIER. May be we should give trial in sambisa forest.
It is only a fool that will compare soldiers with police men..this is only done in Nigeria. As far as internal security is concerned bro...Mopol men are more useful. Soldiers are more useful in fights that threatens the sovereignty of Nigeria. Get it right. U simply don't know why they left the hall. They left out of anger becus of the peace talks on going in the bank hall.

hedonistic:
Riot policemen (Mobile Police aka MOPOL) are more competent than soldiers in this country, in every way. Soldiers merely have a psychological edge because they are made to believe they are superior to everyone else. Bunch of hopeless losers.
Guy no be lie
Mopol dey try....without mopol...naija no fit move easily. Those guys are real street officers..

I am a Nigerian; I know there are two sides to a story and I do not hate policemen either cos I tried joining some years ago. Do you think its possible for a soldier to open fire on the vehicle if they stopped? Do you think the soldier would have stayed after he realised he had shot the wrong people? Some things cannot be explained but we must be security conscious at all times.
Yes to all ur questions...

Soldiers hate policemen except for mopol! We sabi the packages wella

Breaking side mirrors, a critical safety equipment is totally wrong and silly. That many people on this forum support this medieval act is a testimonial of how backward we are in Nigeria.
My brother...it pains me how we reason in this country. Na u and one other guy comment make sense so far. What they did was not good but it wasn't nice breaking their side mirror na.

The way Nigerians celebrate soldiers beast like actitudes make me think again. No wonder we have people who celebrate jungle justice. Nigeria is really a country

Reckless behaviour. The policemen should have known better than to stop when flagged down by the soldiers. The level of insecurity in the country now calls for a high level of discipline and carefulness to avoid unnecessary loss of lives.

Even as a civillian, if I am on patrol or security duty and I flag a person or vehicle down and they refuses and I have a gun, I will fire them right away.
Awon werey olopa; now dem don die for nothing.
My dear...if u eat this story just the way u av read it, that means u are not in this world...u don't know that there are two sides to any story. I laugh at how people chose the military part ..well, I know people don't like policement. Some one said the soldier who shot ran away and u still think it was an error! Well...I know police packages and retaliation na coded and under ground.
As for people saying why they no retaliate...well...I'm sure no be Mopol be those officers...they could be officers on a trip without guns. Not all officers travel wit guns.

Always remember...police get level. I think u dey see the faces of those wet dey follow ur politicians...shoot at them and blame ur self for whatsoever that happens to u. Or shoot at mopol men returning from north east and blame ur villagers

PoliticsNigerians And Their Beast Like Mentality by Princedapace(op): 9:32am On May 28, 2016
Now, not every Nigerian you see, posses this beast like mentality! Things have gone wrong in that country after independence! This article does not target any one however, if you read it and feel targeted at, it only shows that you're guilty of this evil! Now, what am I talking about? I'm talking about Nigerians and their Beast Mentality! Why? Only beasts can do what most Nigerians do! I just don't understand this breed any more. Why are they barbaric! Not all of them though!
Few days ago, there was this news story with images of a young lady who was stripped naked in a city known as Warri, south of Nigeria! There were people victimizing her here and there and others were busy taking photos of her! The scene was humiliating and evil! I felt sorry for this lady after reading the story! That scene reminded me of the ancient Roman empire and the plight of Jesus Christ while paying the ultimate price! I couldn't figure out why a pretty lady like that could be publicly embarrassed to that point: For nature's sake, she was stripped naked...I mean completely naked! Guys were busy watching her boobs and major sector displayed for all to see. I'm sure some guys must have masturbated too while watching her been paraded by self made police men along the street, to the display and delight of many cheerers! The street was happy, the street kept on dancing, the street kept on singing and the street was filled up with crowd! Everyone wanted to see something! The pretty lady was obviously shy! Wait a minute, what am I even talking about?
"Hey, are you sure all these happened in this modern time?" My spirit questioned me!
Oh yes! They all happened few days ago. "And what was her crime?" My spirit asked me further! You will be shocked if I tell you. I replied my spirit! "Hey, go ahead and tell me! I'm sure she must have contributed to the current state of the country or may be a female Abacha though! I have heard so much about that country and how rich the country is and how poor the country is at the same time...a science or should I say, an element of magic that cant be determined! The fact that the country is known as one of the richest countries in the world and also known as one of the poorest countries with the poorest citizens in the world makes it a science and magic of confusion!" My spirit queried me further.
Yes, I must say it! Let me tell you exactly what this lady did that led to all that physical, mental and environmental assaults on her!
"Alright, go ahead bro" my spirit showed further interest.
She stole a phone
"And..."
She stole a smartphone!
"And..."
She stole a Techno phone!
"And.."
Nothing else...she only stole a techno phone please!
"Don't tell me that was all she did! You must be kidding right?"
Seriously speaking, I'm not! That was all she did!
"I'm speechless! For real!! Are they humans at all?" My spirit questioned me further!
I even heard some people were angry that she wasn't burnt alive!
"Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!! Are you alright? Do they still burn people in Nigeria?"
Hmmmmmm...these people who were not satisfied with the treatment given to her, said, some guys were burnt alive for similar crime few weeks ago in the same city!
"Please, tell me you're joking!"
Hey, I'm not joking here! It seems the spirit of burning fellow humans is peculiar to black race! I also heard their African brothers also do same....They burn people a lot in South Africa!
"Please, please, please...I have heard enough! Even South Africans too? I thought they were better of!"
Hahahahahahaha...well, this is not an issue to laugh at! They call it Xenophobic syndrome..It flows in the blood in South Africa! Humans were easily burnt during Xenophobia attack few months ago in SA!
"I'm surprised and shocked and disappointed and disgusted and angry and vexing! In fact, I don't know what else to say...tell me more."
Okay, how can you burn and brutalize your fellow human because he/she stole a phone? I'm not in any way justifying crime. You have a police institution and a judicial system! Take such people to them!
"I think Nigerians are frustrated"
Yes, you have a point. They are frustrated and most of them have beast tendency in them! I will discuss this other issue of frustration with you some day! I just want us to trash this beast nature out!
For nature's sake, no matter what a person has done, for the fear and respect to human lives, why burn or engage in jungle justice? To me, this is misplacement of energy!
"Why did you say so?"
Yes, if such acts are melted on these fantastically corrupt politicians, may be, I wouldn't have started this conversation with you. I think they deserve it!
"Now, you acting like them! You're acting like a Nigerian!!"
I'm not! Truth be told! Just google jungle justice via the google image and see how Nigerians exhibit beasts like nature on their fellow humans while praising and dancing once locally made dance step known as 'shoki' to the fantastically corrupt politicians!
I know how painful it is to be rubbed! May be you starved your self to get the money! The economy is bad, yes, very bad! I know some criminals have raped (God will destroy all rapists), I know some criminals are more wicked and heartless than lucifer. I know some criminals are the ones teaching lucifer how to be wicked! Yet, they don't deserve such treatments given to them! Why burn your fellow human alive and watch him/her weep in agony? It shows there is something wrong with the Nigerian society! This act is very popular! It's so common! Why? This is a modern world! You may not trust the police or the judiciary, please, still hand over criminals to them. Burning your fellow human only shows you are evil too!
"Oh, now you have preached on and on! Tell me, what would you do if you are fortunate to catch the person who stole from you?"
Very nice question my spirit! I will simply call the person and talk sense to the person. If I have the capacity to empower the person, I will go further to bring the person out of the street! Only beasts are brutal. If you can beat, pour fuel on your fellow human and watch the person burn to death, you're nothing but a beast. If you can't help the person...hand the person over to the police.
If you can beat, burn, stone a person to death without following due processes, it only shows you're in same category with the person you're attacking! This act only shows how backward, barbaric and unciviliazed the Nigerian society is! It shows the society has a long way to go. It shows the society may never reach developent. I think the national assembly should enact law to held discourage jungle justice in Nigeria. One of the images of jungle justice I saw online only made me to ponder over the Nigerians have in them! I saw picture of youths celebrating and taking photo shots as their jungle justice victim burn in anguish! i don't know, but I think there is something mentaly, spiritually, psychologically and physiologically wrong with the black race!

Well..u can talk as u like. I'm not arguing wit u bro. Lagos is very beautiful. Pls...rest the case. Lagos this , Lagos that...we are tired..it is now a cliche..why u carry Lagos matter like this na? Oh...u think yorubas don't die in other places eh?
Lolz...even in agbor...we have Yoruba community...living, marrying and dying there...there are many yorubas in PH, Aba, Enugu etc. Lagos is obviously the most developed state in Nigeria. Pls..I'm not arguing that. What we are saying is..stop castigating and insulting other regions...not becus they migrate to your state..u should be castigating them. And be modernize enuf to know that Lagos is what it is today becus of the advantage it has decades ago. Read my words. Lagos is the most developed place okay.
No one is hating on Lagos...u guys are over talking and over stressing on this issue.

Keep hating at your own peril. Are you telling me the colonial masters are still in charge? You could see mind blowing development and you shying off from the truth. Since when has the nation capital moved to Abuja. Has Lagos not grown in leaps and bounds. Keep shouting PH while Lagos keeps getting things right. I guess you haven't been to Lagos recently to know we are not kidding here when it comes to infrastructural and human development. How is your PH a match to Lag? Kindly educate me more abeg cool undecided
Lagos is beautiful and the most beautiful city in Nigeria...no one is arguing that. What I'm saying is ...it is not called for.. Pls...and people are using it to mocking other States...pls...Lagos makes a lot of money...more than other states..Lagos attract investors becus of years of mono poly of business friendliness.. I'm not hating. Pls. I'm not arguing either. What I mean is...it is not called for to be hating or mocking other States. Lagos makes a lot of money and almost everything that enters Nigeria enters thru Lagos.. So, bro...it is natural for Lagos to be far and should even be farer than her current state.
To me...all these things arent called for. If Nigerian govt is serious, they can help improve the business friendliness of other States too...u can see the magic that was done in Abuja. FG govt can decide to have capitals in all the regions and diversify investment across these capitals to attract investors.

Just don't get it. No body is hating on Lagos. Lagos is the best city in Nigeria ...yes ! We know. Pls...don't also forget that she enjoys mono poly of investment...her IGR is bigger than many states all put together...she enjoyed many advantages which other States didn't enjoy.

The govt of the land should decongest Lagos sharp sharp abeg. Build sea ports and standard airports in other states...or regions and see them attract investments.. I'm tired of all these hyping...these things aren't done in other countries with sane humans....this is why this country is backward

You are kidding, right? They are using their phones to apply for jobs at work? Oyaa people look at this! Well, I just got to work, and morale here is low too, but you guess what, I'm still gonna put my phone away and concentrate on my work!
Don't get it twisted sis...no one is using phone at work...

I just painted picture of the scene and nothing else. The point is not the phone...no one is using it. I'm askingbwhy they outsource their services when they can still pay these staff better salary and avoid bonuses attached to their real staff? That is the question...no one is using phone...calls come in endlessly so, no time to use phone. Was only painting the environment which is people should be paid for the stress they pass through...

The point is, there is more to this outsourcing than this. Simple.. Stop painting picture of what is not!

Your posts reeks of so much entitlement that it borders on funny.

First, no one owes you anything because you are a "graduate".

The world will pay you the market value for whatever service you render.

Maybe your work hours could be improved. But that's about it.

If you want more money, then you have to find a way to provide more value to others.
Hehehehehe...don't get it twisted...I'm not asking for help...

I just don't know why people always miss the main point to a post...just few people understood this post..

I'm not asking for money.... I run my things well bro...I av been into online freelancing for more than two years now and I earn quite a reasonable amount...

The point on this post is why big firms outsource their services when they can still get better payment for the contract staff and avoid benefits... Just few people answered in that direction. The graduate I mentioned is to paint a vivid picture of what I'm talking about. Why are we allowing firms like this to take advantage of the unemployment situation in the country? This is not right! I spoke wit a south African friend of mine and she said that can't happen in SA....why is Nigeria such a pathetic place...? Must we allow things to just go on?

I earn quite cool aside salary...fiverr has been doing it for years...I want to see how much I can help in this situation with info viral and I wanted to hear mature reasons why firms outsource their services....I beliv some top men hijack these firms to make more money and if we don't speak...it will continue...what about people without any help at all?

I am a young man who belivs that "let's make a move first'

Not just do and get your self better of and move on! No...we should think on how to better this society...no matter how far we run...Nigeria is our country..
