that's my fear too. FG, directly and systematically, is anti-Igbo.
the airport, having the second longest runaway (two at that matter, meaning planes can land at both sides of the 3.7km runaway) in the country, after Lagos, merited int'l status. The runaway is longer than Sokoto, Abuja, Kano, which are all int'l. with the maintenance hanger and aviation fuel depot, the airport will open up Nigeria's aviation industry in general. But fg as usual, will think of it as igboland development, instead of national development.
Let's just pray they have a rethink this time around.
they wont have any rethink bro. Their is extreme fear of igbo development in Nigeria o. The worse is under Buhari, forget it.

This is the best news so far from the east this week and aside the apology from iroko guy ,i can take home as a picture that speaks about the future of the east.

The igbo nation is growing 99% through individual effort , 1%state effort and 0% through federal governemnt efforts, the airport is state effort , the airlines are individual efforts while the people patronage will be all that will be needed to drive the airport to 100% selfmade, the federal Government contributed 0% effort to this new industry.

I pray and wish we get to the level where the overall growth of the economy of the east will have 0% federal contribution, 1% state contribution and 99% individual igbo economic power house contributions
The FG will deny the airport international license. Too bad

I like your write-up, but I beg to differ on the latter part of your message. Some states get revenues from the FG plus their IGR. Infact, what some States command as income surpass what some countries in Africa generate.

Until our state governors become proactive and begin to judiciously use what accrues to the state, even if they are given Lagos to govern, there won't be an appreciable improvement.

Also, another factor limiting most states is the Constitution. Until some items are removed from the exclusive list of the FG and states are empowered to control their resources, we will always remain on a spot.
Yea, our constitution is bad.. And pls, no state is as rich as Lagos in Nigeria. In fact, lagos makes in a month is more than what more than 70 percent of the entire states make. Like I said, Nigeria is faulty in her structure which is very bad.

u cant compare the commercial hub of any country with other states or cities in that country. In every country, there is always a commercial hub. From south africa, to Egypt, to Russia, to china, usa, uk, etc. Lagos is our commercial hub and houses over 90 percent of business operational bases, the major clearing and fowarding point of Nigeria, the major source to enter and exist Nigeria. If u want to leave Nigeria, u either in Lagos or Abuja. So, these two cities will top. Abuja would have done same but just that Abuja was designed as a FG sit of power while Lagos continued as commercial hub. Lagos will always top all states in Nigeria until maybe our structure is changed. Nigeria is even made up of three major nations. It is like the destiny of the three major nations controlled in Lagos. lol

Lagos is super rich

All these things are not necessary guys. Even keynas are not making gest of other cities in Kenya.

See, in every country, there is always a commercial city. In Nigeria, it is Lagos. Lagos is the commercial city and attracts more Nigerians from other parts to live there. Reasons are many and politically motivated too.
As a result, every state that is close to Lagos will tap from that close proximity to do well in stuff like this.
Lagos is more like the main entry and exis into and out of Nigeria. Almost all major corporations have their main HQ in Lagos. Every country as big as Nigeria do have one major commercial city, and other smaller cities but there must be one major one.
If not that in Nigeria, there are three major countries in one country with unitary system, this shouldn't be what we should use to make gest of one another. As long as Nigeria is structured this way, no state will ever beat Lagos state and Abuja in any form of development at all. Never.

Except maybe the other nations in Nigeria leaves and for their own countries.

It seems some of you are are ignorant, why can't you stick with your region and states and stop dreaming of another peoples regions for once. Delta this, Rivers that...Niger Delta this, South South that... if you are from Imo you are from Imo and from the Eastern region, if you're from Delta you are from Delta and Southern region. We deltans have few Urhobo speaking group in part of Benin, we have few Isokos in bayelsa state, Delta state also have Benin related tribe (Oza) in Ika South LGA, Delta state. Ijaw are mainly Bayelsa but Ijaw are minority in Delta too. Same goes to most states in the federation.

Represent your state, respect and be proud of your region, don't come here and start confusing yourselves because we know ourselves and history.

Proudly Deltan
Oga, calm down, Nigeria is a creation of humans like u and I. U are the ignorant one.

As an igbo guy, my maternal side have lineage to Igbos in rivers state. So, becus, one aboki came and made created states the way they like, I should forget my lineage?

I have maternal tiles down to igbos in rivers state, while my paternal side is down to Abia state. I am married to a delta lady who is Igbo and she accepted that purely.

States were created by man. It is purely political. If u are igbo, u are igbo. If u are yoruba, u are yoruba, period. I am not Abia in heaven, I will be known as igbo in heaven. The earlier people like u begin to understand that states and regions are mere political descriptions, the better for u. Ur tribe is ur tribe.
Look at how the Igbos in Benue are suffering becus they are minority. They re igbos and becus mumu state creation tactics calved them into Benue, will that make them Benue when they die? That same state creation tactics could have named theme Benex, Benta, Benku, etc. States are mere names, I can decide to create three states inside delta, inside oyo, inside Lagos, etc, that will never change the fact that people there are yorubas, etc.
U are igbo forever if u are igbo. Ur state is ur political lineage, igbo is ur ancestral lineage.

It is only yeye Africans who joke with their lineage. My client, a black American, he became a citizen of an African country last month and took many black Americans home. Becus they understood lineage. Leave politics.
There is nothing like delta, Abia, oyo previously before the colonial masters came, these were created by humans like u and I. Ur tribe is ur identity and will forever remain so. Ur state can wake up tomorrow and change her name. But u can never ever change the fact that u are yoruba, Hausa, Igbo, Ijaw, etc.

I agree with most of what you said ,but you must also realise that the dissolution of some African nations will not be so easy as they were created by the West to benefit the West and there are also a lot of local beneficiaries as well. And these local beneficiaries make sure there is lack of quality education, shytty media coverage of the the realities on the ground ,and also mass poverty ( to create easy-to control political thugs ,misguided child soldiers and bandits). Put all these together ,and you will realise that the shytty state of most of Africa is big money for others, including African elites. So this is unlike Europe where they only had to fight one another to create their new nations, africans are fighting Africans and the Western powers who cannot do without the minerals of africa .
You are right. It is unfortunate that Africans are not ready to do the right things becauss of our greed.
If we are collectively interested in fixing our mess, we can do it. Not even Europeans can't stop us. When the Europeans came back then, they met willing tools who were ready to work against their own people. That is the story till date.
It must not really be all about dissolution. I strongly believe in strong political and national identity to major ethnic groups to reduce political friction and give room for more focus on development. But as you said, we have many forces to contend with, among them, our own people. Sad

now let's be civil and reason. Do you think government is not providing education? Have you ever travelled out of Nigeria? Do you know the cost of education in the U.S and so called saner climes? It's really ridiculous when you guys make bogus and unfounded claims. Do you know U.S has a higher number of uneducated (in terms of going to school) than Nigeria? Primary education in Nigeria is free. Secondary Education is highly subsidised. Some state Governors even pay for waec and neco exams for students. Tuition fee in federal tertiary institutions is highly subsidised. Until you travel outside to sponsor your own education, you won't appreciate what you have. That said, the quality of education is poor. We have very low intellectually capable teachers. That is the truth. Teachers who do not impart knowledge. Teachers who only teach for the pay and not the passion. We have teachers who are unfit to teach. We have maintained an old curriculum phased out by time. I was looking at a project topic given to a student by her lecturer and I instantly became weak. I even got sick when I learnt it was approved by the HOD and a panel. A topic which had no bearing to her study and of no societal importance. This is the problem with our education. Governor Elrufia identified this problem and decided to weed out those who have no business teaching from the teaching profession. In our usual way as irresponsible Nigerians who have no inkling on proferring solution, we politicised it. We the citizens are the problem of this nation, not "government or system" as we term it. Who runs the government or system? If you do not know the ideologies and root cause of boko haram, please do not delve into it. Poverty no doubt has a role in crime but not in its entirety. Else the guys in saner climes who push drugs, steal cars, engage in cybercrimes won't do that. We have a serious and deadly decline in morals. Poverty should actually push one to strive for hard work in order to break loose of the poverty. This applies where there is moral. I will end with this. I had an uncle who was raised in a poverty stricken home in the 50's. He couldn't go to school cos there was no means. But he would borrow books of those who went to school and read. Eventually he raised money for A level exam as it were in those days from doing vulcanizer job. He passed. He got FG scholarship and was sent to Bulgaria to study. Came back and was employed in ajaokuta steel company. Company folded and he came to owerri where he gave birth to his children and raised all of them up comfortably. He broke thru the shackles of poverty. This is what poverty should push one who has morals to and not crime. He is late though, but he left legacies behind.
Addendum: I believe you are well educated. Please research and read widely about student loans in U.S and other western countries.

misterone, look at the daft you have been responding to. Just look at his first paragraph. How did we raise such things in this society. How? God, how?
I don't get it? If govt had provided education to the people of the north, no one will be foolish enough to accept to join Boko Haram. So what are you saying? One of the biggest challenges of our country is terrible educational system and extreme poverty. These two have made many people available for foolish crimes.

I read an article where the author stated that after independence in Africa, many African leaders were encouraged not to invest in the education of their people and wallow them into poverty. That this way, the populace will never know their left from their right.
This is simple logic. Poor education leads to poverty and this causes terrible crime rate, poor citizenship, among others. So, why are u abusing me?
Leaders were paid to provide quality education but they have failed. They even ran away from using the same educational system we paid them to create because they know that the system is wack.

If it is that useless then it should be scrapped.

Also advise you to stop speaking ignorantly and get your facts right. That will help you to throw your blames to the right channel.

The FG will not do the job of a Governor just to please you.
Oga, the FG holds too much power. Grant states more powers. FG controls electrricty which is a driving force for any economy. As a state govenor, no matter how much u invest in electricity, FG controls it so, u cant have the eletricity for ur state alone. This is a major factor. Poeple dont know. Nigeria's system is unitary. The governors are chief security officers for nothing. Even a minister can make a mess of a governor from Abuja. The security heads in states are only answrable to Abuja and to maintain keep book, these governors wont bark becus their security formations in their states are controlled by FG. This is wrong. Very wrong.

FG earns more than the states and controls major taxations. This is wrong. very wrong. FG is in Abuja and has no idea what the people in various states are going thru.

Wike lamented how he spent multi millions of Rivers money to quip the military in Rivers state, Abuja powers took the same equipments he paid for in Rivers state for Rivers security, the same equipments were taken to north till date. That is becus Abuja is more powerful and like I said, a minister can make a mess of u. The security votes paid to governors are like free money. They dont have control over their own security.

If u see how governors keep running up and down when they have crises in their states, if u see how they keep dialing numbers in Abuja to get approval, sorry is their name if they are not in good book with the ruling party. This is rubbish. I just mentioned two important sectors that states have no control over: Elelctricity, security, taxation by FG. I mentioned three. So, my governor is powerless and is enjoying mainly free money. U people are not ready for the truth.

Take instance of international flight lincense. Stuff that can boost the economy of a zone is strictly in the hands of FG. And FG plays politics and ethnic games with it. This is rubbish. governors cant do so much becus they are restricted by law. If they do it, they wont get license to operate it and it becomes a waste.

Why do Nigerians think it’s other people’s job to fix Nigeria for them to come and enjoy?

Sure, our government is mostly terrible…
But NO advanced nation has ever been developed solely by its government. Ultimately, PEOPLE build nations.

Even in the US (where I grew up), people still die of snakebites until today…
Just as Eriksen (the Danish player) was saved on the pitch, Vivian-Foe died on the pitch in FRANCE (and there are others).

There are THOUSANDS of people who die of sudden cardiac arrest EVERY DAY in West…
It’s MISGUIDED to treat one high-profile case as the norm (most crucial is a quick response - even CPR, which most Nigerians don’t know).

Again, we have generally poor leadership (but of course they were like us before they became “leaders”)…
But ultimately Nigeria’s present (and future) state is the culmination of the varying actions of ALL Nigerians (by commission or omission)!
>
The instances u have given can never change the fact that Nigeria has terrible health care system. The USA govt had to issue out warning to her citizens in Nigeria to use health care facilities in USA, Europe or South Africa and avoid Nigeria's health care system. That release was made last year. Nigeria's health care system is terrible.

Yes, poeple change nations. We have been shouting that our political system can never allow us to grow, no body wana hear. If u read the history of Nigeria, u will know that Nigerians have been fighting and a fighting nation can never win. We keep fighting politically becus we are not one. The best we can do is to run a system that grants nations within Nigeria full control. That way, varrious nations within Nigeria can hold their leaders accountable.
I cant hold my governor accountable for not building international airport when such lincence comes from Abuja and they play ethnic politics with it.
I cant hold him acccountable for electricity becus it is centalized system that ethnic politics is been played with.

I cant hold the poeple in Abuja accountable becus ethnic politics will be seen from it. We cant protest becus govt will use thugs and scatter it.

No country ever grows if the leaders are so scared of making real changes, accepting oppositions, criticism, protests, etc. We are not serious at all. In 50 years to come, it will be the same stories except we change our political system and grant locals more power and access to their polically elected leaders.

9jaRealist:
PS: Btw, I noticed your reference to (indirect) VAR taxes, instead of direct (income, corporate or other direct taxes). Yet, it sounds as if your doing pretty well materially (private estate, etc.). Without presumption or prejudice (and assuming that you actually and timely payment all of your due taxes), the propensity of the average Nigerian to EVADE taxes is one of the contributing factors for the paucity of public services. The fact is that Nigeria reportedly has the LOWEST tax to GDP ratio in all of Africa (yes, even lower than many very poor African nations) speaks volumes. The reality is that, outside of the civil service and those subject to PAYE withholding taxes, the greater majority of income-earning Nigerians (in formal and informal employment or self-employment) ACTIVELY EVADE paying their due taxes or notoriously underpay (when/if they pay at all) - and yet everyone seems to expect world-class public services. Of course, a big reason is the Culture of Entitlement cultivated by the oil windfall that the overwhelming majority of Nigerians do not contribute to in any way at all!

I am well aware that many Nigerians would argue that they do (or should) not pay taxes because there is little or no evidence of tax revenues being put to good use or that said revenues are more than likely to be embezzled, but such an argument only renders the citizens just as culpable the rulers (I am loathe to refer to these lot as actual leaders). Every nation/society is a social construct built upon the basic premise of rights and responsibilities, perhaps best manifested the so-called “social contract” between the government and the governed. But every contract requires “consideration” - which means that you have to provide something to get something in return. Accordingly, when citizens fail to pay timely and fully pay their due taxes, it is not only a moral failing in the basic tenets of citizenship (those taxes can be likened to equity investment in the nation, from which citizens expect some form of returns) but also a more legalistic failure to uphold one’s obligations under the “social contract” - and consequently strips such derelict citizens of any (moral or other) right to complain.

Unfortunately, so many Nigerians have this rather weird notion of citizenship, whereunder citizens enjoy only rights but do not bear commensurate responsibilities. Yet, as with most of human experience, one most often gets what one pays for - and that’s if you’re lucky! Furthermore, Nigerians have a rather grave misconception of the resources available to the state (even if politicians did not steal a significant portion of public resources). Just for perspective, the US expended over $4 trillion just on healthcare last year (2020) and yet could not guarantee access to healthcare (or adequate and affordable healthcare) to all of its citizens - including to many actual taxpayers! Accordingly, even if Nigeria spent every single cent it earned from oil and gas sales ($32.6 billion in 2018, even before the pandemic decimated revenues in 2020, and for perspective Kuwait made $60.7 billion same year with a population of only 1 million nationals) solely on healthcare and neglected everything else, the government still wouldn’t have anywhere near the revenues to provide the sort of world-class healthcare across the nation and across all strata of society (even if the politicians did not steal a penny).

While fully cognizant of the gross failures of governments in Nigeria, it is sometimes irritating that Nigerians often act as if they have absolutely no agency in their own fortune (or perhaps more accurately, misfortune) - even discounting that the poorest Nigerians are often the most fervent supporters/voters of “Sai Baba” and the political elite, and even the supposedly educated class and/or middle-class will fanatically defend their “own” (defined by tribal, religious or such other base or primordial affiliation) in almost all circumstances (including corruption charges). Yet, every single CHALLENGE in our nation is also an OPPORTUNITY - and as life experience has amply illustrated, the most successful people and organizations are those who address or otherwise help solve challenges. In Nigeria, our eyes are too clouded with the torrent of tears from our wailing about our challenges that we fail to see opportunities arising therefrom.

With all due respect, the saying that every society DESERVES the leadership it gets couldn’t be more aptly demonstrated than in Nigeria!
>
There is no company that is registered in Nigeria that their staff dont pay tax and still pay VAT. When I worked as a CCR, my tax got deducted from my salary before it got to my account. That is the story of working class Nigerians. I do not work under Nigeria's economy. My clients are abroad and my tax are deducted there becus they are the ones who pay me. When I use the money in Nigeria's economy, I pay my tax as well.

So, Nigerians pay tax. The ones they pay, govt should use them. Govt loot bro. Nigerian politicians owe master art properties in Dubai,. that is where our money goes. Our oil money, our sweat, these men loot them. We cant talk becus we run a st*pid system of govt that has placed ethnic politics above proper governance. This will continue until we change and run a proper system. Many people who earn 30k naira as miinimum wage, by the time the salary gest to them after various tax cuts, they will be getting around 26k

Many people who have shops pay all sorts of tax and levies. I can never ever defend Nigeria politicians becus they have failed. Look at the billions spent in electricity so far. Go and read. How much and what is the evidence? We run a useless system of govt that makes politicians to escape with their poor governance and until we fix them, we are going no where,.

And some deluded idiots like Julius Malema think it's possible to unite Africa without 1st fixing each nation undecided. They think getting rid of the borders will automatically make everyone peaceful, really ?.
Exactly, I said this on my post that first, Africans need to fix their ethnic rationality. No major ethnic group will be happy to be dominated. It is like the French dominating the English or the Scotish. This will surely cause war.

I read about the UK union of 4 nations and I was amazed at the contents that I read. The Scotish were a bit scared of joining the union at first becus they didnt want to be dominated by the English. But a proper system was put in place to reduce this. That is why the nations that make up the UK have their own culture, religion, national identity and even national sporting teams. It is a global fear: ethnic domination is a global fear and the best thing to do is to run a system that will not give any major ethnic group opportunity to dominate others. Buhari could have pushed us into war becus he came in with complete ethnic bias in place and pushed his tribe to rule over others in Nigeria.

Things like this can cause war in a fragile country like Nigeria. Africa will never know peace if she doesnt run a political system that grants major ethic groups complete national identity, same as minor ethnic group. The current prime minister of Ethiopa caused this rubbish. He came in with ethnic domination mindset. I dont know what is wrong with blacks. It was later that I read and understood the type of agreement Monaco has with France. That is it. Let nation building be based on agreement that can be reviewed and let these ethnic groups enjoy political national identity. Europe did a great job in managing their ethnicity, especially, western Europe and that is why u see peace and stability there. They used to fight before and the wars were mainly all about ethnic domination.

Africans dont want to hear the truth. We need to grant ethnic groups national identity to help grow Africa. Look at this war in Ethiopia will take another 30 years to fix. This is why Africa is so backward. Sudan fought war for 28 years to free south sudan. Come on, why all these madness? come on, Africa. What is all these?

I don't know how people defend these criminals called leaders. All of them are wicked. They know exactly what to do but they are all looting and waiting for the day everything will collapse. Evil people. Once there is serious crises, they will all fly abroad. Wicked and heartless beings.

bro, dont mind that guy, he wants to cause igbo bashing. He is not igbo.

Akwa Ibom people have right to leave Nigeria

I read how UK become Uk and I read how at some points came to agreement. But Africans were forced into countries by this same British. Southern Ireland even left the Union and Scotaland was given opportunity to decide if they will remain with the Union or not.

And funny enough, the union has been fair and productive but the key word here is freewill. Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales agreed. But in our case, we were forced by Britain and mumu black race sid they will die to keep the British identity the same even if it means killing all the blacks. We mumu.
Akwa Ibom has right to be a country and countries can have their identity and still be in a union with other countries.

You can't afford pure water but you can afford data to post nonsense on Nairaland.

Mr govt blamer.
oga, may ur life be like Nigeria. Nigerian leaders are wicked. over 30 people killed in a community in Oyo state, over 100 slaughtered in Benue last week. In fact, last week, over 400 Nigerians were slaughtered. Poeple like u must be the ones telling leaders that all is well.

Oga, all is not well. Nigeria is too big to be managed as a unitary system.

I had to pay heavily for solar and inverter system to power my apartment. This is not fair. No stable electricity, we also pay private security to guide our place. Terrible. Infact, many communities and areas in Nigeria will be robbed for hours and no security on sight.

Even the politicians u defend dont trust Nigeria that is why they cant move around without heavy security even in their domains.

That is why they always travel abroad for medicals. More than 80 percent of Nigerians will die if they need health care emergence becus of terrible health care system. Ur leaders will always use tax payers money to travel abroad for health care, but how many Nigerians can afford to travel abroad for medicals?

That is why they send kids abroad for education. They know that the education they gave us is wack. They loot our wealth, send their kids abroad and flaunt it on our faces. We are left with an educational system with endless strikes, poor teaching methods and terrible living conditions.

We are shameless that after 60 years and bloody civil war, we have not fixed the most basic things such as water, education, health care, electricity and housing. Shame, shame, shame. U are telling people not to rely on media. Oga, come, I challenge u, come, let take a walk on the street to meet the real Nigerians. Let have them interviewed reandomly and lets hear from them.

Over 60 years, Nigeria has one of the highest number of beggars on the roads. Our forests are full of all sorts of evil, from ritualists to kidnappers to farmland destroyers. My good friend lost her dad due to poor health care. My mom's coworker died becus they couldnt get emergency health care for her.
If the Denish player who collasped on the pitch was in Nigeria when he collapsed, he would have died. To get access to health care in Nigeria is hard becus the health care system is terrible. Even u, u will die if u dont have access to fly abroad if u need an emergence health need. U are gone. A guy lost his sister in Kano due to snake bike. He lamented how the roads that led to the hospital was terrible, and how they managed to get to the hospital and the hospitals they are tried didnt have basic antidote to snake bike. Three hospitals. And the sister died. If he was in South Africa, the sister would have lived.
Those of u who defend these politicians, nature will pay u all back. Evil candidates. I have to dig my own borehole, jointly contribute in our area for prive security to guide our area, installed solar inverter system to generate electricity, have access to poor health care, etc. What is now the benefit of being a Nigerian and govt takes VAT from me? Rubbish

Are you saying without Sponsors, their won't be sporting events again?
Yea... That is why Nigerian league is suffering. No sponsor. Govt can't fund sport.
Sport is business.
Sponsors put in billions into leagues in Europe and make profit via sales. So it is so wrong to take away the sponsors brands becus they are the ones paying huge money the clubs pay players and UEFA use to organize their leagues.

Yea, but water doesn't provide the money used to maintain this football that you all live. Without the money from these sponsors, there won't be UEFA champions league or all these nice leagues. Many continents can't compete with Europe becus they don't have rich sponsors like the europeans.

Oga, calm down. Buhari had to improve becus of the backlash he got after Twitter made that update of him being the only president who doesn't speak to his people. That was a heavy backlash.
It is good that he is improving. That is what he should have done.

Buhari messed up big time. U don't communicate with ur people. Ur Aids talk anyhow and abuse opponents.
Buhari him self talks anyhow.. I'm sure the recent meeting in France and the Twitter backlash has given them light of what to do.

We need young visionary leaders to lead the people right.

But we are few in numbers and we can't win the majority. These people will vote for buhari and even blame their gods instead of their politicians. They are found across all regions of this country. It is a shame.

This exact scenario played out 3 weeks ago around the same area.

2 young persons returning from Abuja in their private vehicle were shot (sprayed) at. They were able to drive past and escape. One of them sustained severe bullet wounds and has had surgeries in the past weeks.

That road is a death trap similar to Kd-Abj road.

Meanwhile, police are busy mounting random check points within the city looking for typographical errors in vehicle papers.
Oga, don't blame police. Some of u Nigerians don't even have sense. Let me educate u first. Nigeria is extremely over populated and does not have enough police at all. Infact, it is like 5000 citizens have just 1 police offer. It is such a terrible situation.

Then the endsars came and detsroyed the very few facilities Nigeria police even have. The police that does not have sufficient facilities, endsars protests deatroyed many facilities. And left many weapons in the hands of armed robbers. People were setting criminals free from prisons.
I said it when it was happening that we will suffer becus politicians already have best of mopol and soldiers to guide them. It is the average Nigerians that will suffer more becus those robbers they are setting free and jubilating will come back and hunt us. We are aleady messed up.

The solution is to hand over policing to states and regions and allow states mount their borders. Simple. As citizens, we must pressure govt to do this else, we are all in trouble.

Many Nigerians think that nothing concern them with their country's politics. E concern us all. We better push our governors to push for state controlled security before it is too late. It has already cast and nothing can be done.

How can over 500 Nigerians killed in one week and u all in politics act like there is no problem?

Ubiaruku people don't tolerate herdsmen. That protest you talked about was to alert the state govt. If you can get a credible source, ask, and they will tell you the final score.
The entire essence of my comment is to condemn the bloody nature of the fulanis herdsmen and FG fo*lishness in handling the case. What the fulanis are doing is not right at all.
