Hello house. I don't get this argument at all. What is actually the essence? In my opinion I feel it's important the couple understand themselves and know what they each like and respect their feelings accordingly. Whether you say kissing or s-ex is important, it's relative[b] because I know a lot of girls who prefer cuddling to even kissing and s-ex[/b]. So why do't we save ourselves the argument and just try to understand your partner and satisfy her accordingly.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with setting up a committee. The problem here, however, is that the committee is comprised of third parties who are not elected officials. The members of the committee should have been selected from sitting senators and congressmen, and they should have expedited the passage of this bill, which is what they are paid to do. If you don't know, they are paid to discuss bills and pass them into laws, if possible. The committee may summon experts to help them explain complexities in the bill, if necessary.

Setting up committee comprising of third parties is a waste of government funds, as each member of the committee will want a fat salary, a maid, a jeep, a generator, diesel allowance, pounded yam allowance, ashy allowance, etc, just to pass a simple bill  that could have been passed my our elected congressmen and senators.

If they have to set up a new committee comprised of new people just to speed up the passage of a bill, it makes you wonder what are the duties of our senators and congressmen.

ATLANTA -- He made his living playing professional basketball; much of that professional career was in Atlanta playing for the Atlanta Hawks. Dikembe Mutombo may be better known for his humanitarian work in his homeland: the Democratic Republic of Congo.

But the former NBA's charitable acumen may be tarnished by an alleged scam to sell gold from his homeland. The alleged scam is detailed in a United Nations report that was turned into the UN Security Council last November.

According to the report Mutombo tried to sell over a thousand pounds of gold from the Congo where such a transaction would be illegal. There is a ban on mining and exports in Mutombo's homeland because the revenue derived from it funds the militias that control it.

According to the 392 page UN report, Mutombo hatched the plan. He's accused of enlisting the financial help of Kase Lawal, the chairman of CAMAC, a Houston energy company who was familiar with doing business in Africa.

Lawal then enlisted the help of an associate, Carlos St. Mary, according to the report. St. Mary had experience in trading third world minerals.

According to the report, the profit from the deal was estimated at $10 million to be split between the three. Lawal would get 40%, St. Mary 30% and Mutombo 30%. A private jet belonging to Lawal, carrying the gold and about $6 million in cash never made it out of the Congo. The gold and cash were seized at gunpoint by Congolese officials at an airport in Goma.

The alleged scam was only part of the 392 page UN report on the Democratic Republic of the Congo. There is no indication any further investigation is under way.

In that spirit, I am a proponent for full disclosure and transparency, as in tell the women in your lives that you have to have more than one woman. Do it just like our forefathers did it. You know they say that only God is omnipresent, that is, only God has the ability to be in more than one place at the same time. Human beings can only be in one place at the same time. Valentines day is fast approaching, and it is a day on which many players, even those who are seasoned, get busted. So, on Valentine's day, there is a possibility that a player who has multiple women will want to somehow create an omnipresent effect without being God. While this is a technical impossibility, there are still many ways you can survive valentines day without letting the women you are playing know you have other women. Below are several tips as to how you can pull it off (each tip is independent of each other).

1) Plan, plan, plan. If you have to work on valentines day, schedule the times that you will meet your women after work (don't tell them your actual work schedule). For instance, tell girl A you will stop by to give her a gift at 5pm. Stop by, give her a flower or an inexpensive gift, and tell her you have to go to work and therefore you can't spend time with her. Include with the gift a card that has all kinds of fairy tales in it. If she wants to complain about you not spending time with here, take control and let her know that your education is very important, and that you can always celebrate valentines day after your exam. After all, your inability to be with her on some designated day should not be doom your relationship.

3) Tell your women that you will be unable to spend valentines day with them because you are working overtime and have no sick days or vacation days left. In addition, tell them that your boss would probably fire you if you call off on valentines day because you had called off or taken time off from work so many times before.

4) Plainly tell your women that you don't don't believe in valentines day and therefore do not celebrate it. As such, you can show your affection towards her the day before or the day after, and that the fact you cannot spend time with her on valentines day should be inconsequential. This is called the religious rule.

5) This trick is old and a lot of women are catching up to it: start a fight a week or a couple of days preceding valentines day, break the relationship off, albeit temporarily, and make up with her after valentines day. This trick is effective in that you are not only relieved from spending time with her on valentines day, but you are also relieved of the obligation of buying her a gift. After all how should she expect you to treat her like a girlfriend when you were not together on valentines day.

6) This is a catchall provision, that is, if everything else fails, this should be your last resort. Tell the women in your lives that you have to go on a business trip or attend to a family emergency, and that your presence is needed at the place to which you are traveling.

There are lots of countries that can pick up the slack if US companies move their businesses out of China. Mexico, El Salvador, etc. As a matter of fact, many US companies recently started moving their manufacturing operations to China, probably in the last fifteen years. Prior to that, many US companies maintained their manufacturing operations at home, and moved to China when the US Congress sign the trade agreement that paved the way for US businesses to move to China. Chinese government knew it would be beneficial to the Chinese economy if US companies moved their manufacturing operations to China, which is why they hired lobbyists to persuade the US Congress to sign trade agreements that appear to benefit both countries on its face but as a practical matter benefited China more than the US. Likewise, many CEOs of US corporations wanted to make stupendous profits and bonuses, so they moved to China where they have lax labor laws. There, they use child labor, pay slave wages, and make their workers work for unusually long hours, practices they would never get away with in the US.

So yes, US corporations can definitely leave China today, for they have all the patents and products that consumers want. The only impact is that the companies will make less profits and/or price of products will rise. As a case study, if Apple were to move out of China, Apple's profits may reduce and/or the price of Ipads and Iphones and Ipods and their computers will increase.

There are of course Chinese companies in America contributing to the US economy, just like there are US companies in China contributing to the Chinese economy. My argument was not even based on that. It is based on economic power, as in US consumers have more power than Chinese consumers.

The NYSC program, in my humble opinion, has no real-world significance and should be scrapped like a bad habit. It has outgrown its usefulness, it is an anachronism of the past, and it is a practice that is being continued for no reason other than nostalgia. Among the other problems this program has caused, for example the killing of corpers by Boko Haram, it has prevented many older Nigerians in the diaspora from running for public office in Nigeria. Can you imagine a diaspora Nigerian in his fifties returning home to run for public office or work for the government only to be told that he is ineligible because he has not served. Very backward thinking, if you ask me.

If Walmart alone even pulls out of the Chinese economy, the Chinese economy will feel the pinch. Recently, when the US was undergoing the economic crisis, many Chinese factories closed down because many US companies were not placing orders.

Just like you said, all the Chinese do is copy US patents and hack the databases of US companies to steal trade secrets. This act is so common now that the US Department of Homeland Security is considering giving to US companies US military classified technologies that are used to deter hacking. The type of technology that is used to protect US military websites and databases.

the difference between not up to 4 and 6 is negligible. Bottom line is foreigners were killed for no apparent reason other than failing to pay the kidnappers the huge ransoms they demand. I know a couple of foreigners who go to Port Harcourt for business, and they always hire a security team to guard them during their stay. Otherwise, they are walking targets for these kidnappers.

My Wonderful people of Nairaland. This matter has almost ended the relationship of my boy and his girlfriend. They have been dating for a couple of years. She wants to go to Jamaica with her girlfriends on a girls trip and told her boyfriend. Upon hearing that, he decided to summon his boys and organize a guys trip, and they decided to go to Brazil. She booked her flight and accommodation, and he also booked his flight to Brazil, as well as his accommodation. Problem is that she said that he is not allowed to go with the guys to Brazil, claiming that there is too much temptation in Brazil, owing to the fact that there are many hot babes with big yanshes (this guy is a yansh man). Likewise, he claims that there is a lot of temptation in Jamaica, too, owing to the fact that there are many men in Jamaica who prey upon women tourists. He his, however, saying that since he has no problem with her trip to Jamaica with her friends, she has no right for her to question his trip to Brazil. He further said that she should trust him, just like he is trusting her. She claims she would break with him if he dares go to Brazil. He said he is still going to Brazil no matter what, and that she should do her worst. 

The funny part is his girlfriend said that men behave differently from women when they go on these trips with their boys. She said that, unlike men, who usually sleep with many women on such trips, women don't usually cheat when they go on such trips with their girls. I beg to differ.

Sanusi is a fool. Nothing he said addresses the over compensation of government officials and extreme corruption that is so pervasive in Abuja. Most importantly, I do not disagree with what he says, but as a practical matter, what he fails to realize is that the money that would be purportedly saved from the removal of the fuel subsidy will not go into developing the country. Rather, the money would be used to fatten the pockets of politicians, including him, just like they have been doing all along.

The fuel subsidy, however nonsensical, at least still benefited Nigerians who would otherwise not have benefited had the subsidy not been there. The issue is that the subsidy should be removed in phases, but only after unnecessary federal ministries have been closed, and salaries of senators and congressmen has been reduced to a reasonable one--one which people who chose to go into public service should receive.

Bad guys win because women reward bad behavior. You can't change the rules of engagement as to how you deal with women, for women will always respond unfavorably to good men and favorably to bad men. That is why the saying, nice guys finish last, is still alive and kicking.

And by the way, I did not say that your relationship will come to end, except that I will personally end a relationship with a girl who can't kiss and is not willing to learn. To each is own. I posed a question whether kissing is an essential ingredient, not the sole ingredient.

Kissing isn't required to have a successful relationship however it is a form of an affection for some couples.  If you meet a good man/woman and they can't kiss, teach them but free them if they do not want to learn.

My husband and I had a debate about kissing some time ago because one of our mutual friend complained that her fiance doesn't like kissing.  She said that if he doesn't kiss her he doesn't love her.  I told her that she is being petty and my husband said that she is being human. 

To me, kissing is something couples should do in comfort of their own home.  I am not talking about a peck but tongue mingling and spit swapping is something I do not want to see others do.  My husband stated that it is normal for couples to respectively kiss in public and our leader stated that couples shouldn't peck during wedding ceremonies.  A prolonged peck is decent for wedding ceremonies and children do attend some weddings. 

I had to bite my tongue because children and adults were present, but I simply said that she need to look at kissing from his perspective and work with him on his kissing fears.  Maybe something happened to him when he was a child or teenager that caused him not to kiss. 

It is not a life or death thing with me, but it is important to some folks.

If you don't know how to kiss, please go and register for a kissing course at the nearest kissing center, for the inability to kiss can ruin a relationship. Kissing is usually a precursor to sex, and a way for couples to passionately bond together. I know many people don't think kissing is important, but, as for me, if she can't kiss and is unwilling to learn, she has to go. Share your thoughts.

The imposition of the curfew shows how ill-equipped Nigerian State Govt's are in dealing with people who do not obey the law. Rather than dispatch police officers to arrest these alleged miscreants, they impose a curfew on everyone, thereby inhibiting the rights of people to drive at night. With the Nigeria I know, this curfew will give the miscreants more room to commit their malicious activities.
