Rossikk: Please spare us the dishonour of visiting Nigeria again with your satanic self. Kindly stay away. You won't be missed. By the way, hundreds of thousands must have died on that road you claim was filled with burnt and rolled over tankers, correct? Animal.Yes they have beast! Or you don't watch or listen to news? About 38 did in my present along Onitsha-Owerri road 3 weeks ago involving two trailers and two ITS buses and 62 people that same day somewhere in the South involving a luxurious bus and fuel tanker! If only your mom had swallowed like she did with most of her clients or used protection you won't be here to insult me for voicing my opinion! And you know what? I visit naija to piss f@@ls like you off! I dey come for December again so go jump off bridge! |
Rossikk: My brother, I once had my car break down in South east DC. As I alighted from the car and opened the bonnet to check the problem, gun shots began firing from windows in houses on the street near to me and the car. My brother, I just left everything, and ran. As I'm speaking to you now, I've not set eyes on that car since that day, and this was several years ago. When will the part 2 of this $h!t you're spilling be out? You are a big lier and please don't use your own mouth to bring yourself ill wishes. Was that a real or toy car? Real bullet or toy guns flying out the windows like that? Or maybe you go there to buy crack on credit! You must be one of those Nigerians that drive rubbish in the name of car instead of jumping on the bus! Why didn't you call the cops or tow truck to go and get your imaginary car? Do you know the size of US that you're comparing with/to Nigeria? Maybe you should combined about 10 countries in Africa and their crime to compare that to US! When this crime and evil happen in the US both by poor and the rich people condemn them and go to jail not Nigeria where people bribe their way out! How many of your Nigeria president, governors, chairperson, or council man had/have gone to jail for bribery/corruption? You know what? Some of them are also reading so keep praising them while they're screwing you! |
It seems most of you guys definition of safety is only armed robbery! That's not the only reason why a city can be unsafe. I just got back from Nigeria last week and I had never been as scared as I was for the past five weeks in my life! I always visit Nigeria but this time was different because I went with my 2 and half years old son that wont sit down in the car cux he want to see everything and about 7 months pregnant wife! My worst fear was along that Redeemed Church camp area coming into Lagos from East. The roads in that area are very bad, the traffic was so parked that cars on both of my side are just few inches from my side view mirrors, the car behind me is almost touching my rear bumper! Bumped into me twice while am also almost touching the one in front of me! With this in mind, now picture two FUEL tankers following each other back to back trying to go around all this traffic/cars with one whole side of tires on the bad bumpy road and the whole set of driver side tires from front all the way to back off the road tilting the tanker to an extent that some of the fuel were spilling all over the tank! Now tell me what will happen to over 3000 cars filled with people on the road if this tanker falls and strike off fire? 90% of all of us won't be able to even open our doors because there're cars closely parked/driving on both sides! We won't be able to back-up or switch lanes and there are no emergency lane! And this is the same damn situation every single day on this road and you can see burnt and rolled over tankers like every 3 or 4 miles! And finally guys and am not sorry for saying it! It's so so stupid of anyone comparing USA and Nigeria regardless of what ever happen in US! It's like comparing sleep (USA) to death (Nigeria). Trying using Ghana or Togo cux even S.A is out of our reach! |
Shadydamsel: She might many reason ti abort d baby likeYou just shadydamsel English! Sorry, the reason right there. |
pekelepekele: Ha just like Jesus Christ he died then when Maria Magdalene was still pregnant but Maria did a good thing by keeping the baby safe with also the help of the disciplesThe gods must be really crazy! Smdh!!! |
kopell: My man wellcome back oh, it nice speking with youSame here! And good to be back. |
Fhemmmy: Chairman, i super hail oh and i am sure the trip was great . . . Where is my Gala or you no bring me gala?My grandfather quotes that "any safe trip is a great trip regardless of the whole wahala on the way" we visited, stayed, and came back safe and sound so all glory to God! Ol'boy hope you're not working part time with baba-alawo lol! How do you know I brought gala? I always take that chance of bringing it even though its 50/50 chance with the custom. I brought a whole box which my wife has been sharing since yesterday! Inbox me your address ASAP if you want some for real! They expire and only last about a week or two I think. Regards to family! Later. |
spyder880: Thank God you are back to base. I was thinking we should have talked more when you were in naija but I understand how these things work. Nigeria is a hectic country where everybody seems to be in perpetual hurry. We shall talk more in coming days. Welcome. My brother hectic is an understatement especially when you plan or have more than two engagements/commitments in a day and visiting/havingmy family with me this time wasn't easy at all! I might be planning or thinking one thing while my wife and her folks are planning another! This was also the first time we're visiting together with my son since we got married so spending and sharing time between both families (mine in Lagos, inlaws in warri) and also visiting both of our villages in the East wasn't child's play! Thank God roads are way better now especially from Ore all the way to Anambra and police waste-time/cash point 90% gone. Without a doubt if not this Dec then sometime next year we will sit face to face to some gist! Keep up the good work my brother! Wish most naija folks are as transparent as you are seriously! |
jites: @ Prince_onx, its nice to have you back, how was naija na? hope things are looking up. By the grace of GOD sha. My project is comming along fine, thanks. slowly but surely. we hope to roof it this week by the grace of God. Once again welcome back xThanks men! and good to hear that your job is coming on fine. |
spyder880: My people, we are holding on and allowing some things to take shape so we can start this process legally. I will update the committee and other members when things are set, meanwhile no penny has been paid by any member for anything yet. We have to be sure this will work before we start spending money on it.How's going chief Spyder and the entire NL folks especially those inventing and sharing great ideas to move like minds forward. The above quote was kind of your exact word when we spoke two days ago. Sorry I called almost at the end of my visit! Was in naija for 5 whole weeks but didn't even accomplish half of what I planned to take care of. All the same, God is good and glad to be back. I will touch base with you sometime next week when am fully situated. Oga femmmmmy, I saw a mail or iv to some site or so from you but was unable to open it in naija and I have no idea what happen to the mail cux I don't recall deleting it! Any way, am at your service if need be! Hope the family are doing good? @jites and co, hope your projects are coming up good! |
spyder880: PREVIOUS TOTAL N6,194,600.00The plot/land is not included in this price is it? |
If appeared in Oshodi too! Smh |
FLORIDACAR: @Fhemmmy, I expect a kind of an agreement with CLAUSEs in it that clearly state mode of payments & DURATION. Should owner fail to pay couple of things could happen either owner approach bank for a short loans or we approach bank on his behalf.I kind of get what you're saying and that can easily be done here or other western world but hard to do in Nigeria. Debt no dey fear people for naija at all and by investors going to bank on their behalf is like baby sitting to me! Who has time for that? Main while he's living in the house comfortably and if worst happen and end up in police or court, the Nigeria I know will take years to settle this issue. I know guys that still owe me balance from cars for over 2 years now and they go to China like once every month or in two months to buy goods! The last one I spoke with told me he just replaced the Honda transmission so I should not even talk of money now! And this was a car that will be 3yrs he bought in April. So my brother, personally I will NOT build a house for a client on HIS land to pay up later! |
ikwere militant: oh can't wait for d dat dayokun egghead ndeko ile will set demsefs on fire over ibos nd gej oh lord pls let 2015 come quick o I will suply coffins free of charge wit befitng burial all expense paidI know say you no witness 1966 civil war so make you try read about am or watch some video on YouTube. As long as they're not hurting other people they can actually buy more fuel and do it all over again since they survived the first burn! Ara ga gba ndi ara. |
gunpoint: Gtb, ahead on all fronts. You're a banker? And your username na gunpoint? Ok oh! |
You want make I throw up the rat meat wey I just eat? Which kind question be this? When dog bite you, you go complain say dog wicked while na chop you dey chop the thing! Smdh! |
I thought it was 19 ? What good will knowing them do a hungry and jobless Nigerian? |
coogar: always add a bit of logic and common sense to your comments - it's not about money or poverty. it's about management or mismanagement. that dangote can buy one million bugatti does not mean he should. if he doesn't need it, why should he? that's just gross mismanagement!I guess some poster already gave you few answer that I can't match! See? You don't even have what you call common! Sense! |
Yoruba do it as well. Although some might leave it till later in life and are less likely to build a very expansive building at their home town unless otherwise very wealthy. However I have noticed that an average Igbo guy might start building a mansion during youth. It's all just part of common practice. Doesn't mean there are no exceptions.
This common practice is also responsible for hundreds of uncompleted structures all over some villages! What business does building a house have with someone running a business or petty trading with N100k? Watin concern fish with raincoat? These are the ones trying to impress folks in the village with something they don't have. |
Poverty is a real sickness! Most of those complaining about building mansion in the village and none in the city are broke a55 folks! If you have money, you can build a castle in the village and the same in the city without even thinking twice! War or no war! |
Dee60: SHOW OFF. A kind of attempt by people to let their kinsmen know that they also have money. I better pass my neighbor mentality. In the city nobody notices your fine house because there are too many fine houses.

FLORIDACAR: @Spider880, From above quotes it's easy to say #2million Naira Profit on every #10million Naira Investment average 9 to 10 months duration? Meaning if any investor invest #1 million Naira that person should expect about #200,000 Naira profits in 10Months .@Floridacar: I believe everything or almost all that need to be said/known has been laid down by lawyer. I guess am also one of those guys on the fense at least till we know how to role this project/investment. Personally, my biggest issue/concern is not even how long the house stay before it sell but like lawyer rightly said, what happen to investors money/investment/funds if anything go wrong? That take me/us back to why I suggested involving some kind of insurance company or bond on the investment but it was never commented on or considered a major factor. I also recalled suggesting adding an extra 10% to whatever amount a lot or investment cost to cover the insurance. My example was if a lot or investment amount is N500k, investors should pay N550k bearing in mind that their primary investment is only N500k and N50 apply to some kind of insurance. I hate stories when it comes to business and I supper hate losing money too which is/why I do my homework very well and if its a deal/business I consider risky (101% of naija business is as far as am concern) I will not do except somebody (insurance/bond company) somewhere is ready to pay if any unforeseen happen. All the same, I strongly still think/believe this is doable! Maybe better off with fewer investors and higher investment. |
Na wa for this fash guy oh! When is he due to gtfo of office? |
Strauskhan1: As said earlier, the best way is neever to join in the first place! Cultist, they'll trace you wherever you 'abscond' to! They believe once you are with them and you leave, their secrets are no longer safe and that you can lead to the arrest of many of their member. On this account, one would be tracked and hunted if one deem it right to leave em', peace!Guy, you know how many places dey this world to move to? Except if you're broke! If you get cashhhhh na for only TV them go dey see you for the rest of their life. |
knockturnal: That's the only way. Then you confess to a trusted man of God\Imam\Babalawo. And Pray that your past sins wont hunt you.Why am I not on that list? You can confess to me too!

jennykadry: You's won't understand, not everyone gets a second chance in life. I got one and I am grateful to God. I have not stopped crying and thanking him, I laid on the ground on the streets thanking him. No one would have experienced what I experienced and come out of it alive without a single scratch. The devil is a lier! Thank God for his protection over his children. |
