Mondi, is even unfortunate that some women join these men to bash their follow women who are already suffering in their relationships, maybe for the sake of fame in this NL or to be liked and cherished by these men. Some will even profer terrible advises that will make you to wonder if a woman was actually the personality behind the post or a man impersonating as a woman. Well, this is african, where majority of men are given the impression right from homes that when the tough gets going in a home, they should opt out but when a woman is in the situation, she should stay and work it out. One of the reasons why broken and divorced homes are on increase exactly. Such ideas and impressions do not sail much these days because women are no longer ready to die carrying the burden of their relationships alone. Some parents are beginning to train their sons well about relationships and how to pass through choas and save their homes. Even in this NL, some men exhibit good inculcated traits as a result of good parental upbringing, good husband and marriageable qualities. Madam is unfortunate that i could not see your inital post before you deactivated it. Am going to be judicious based on the what people commented here. I am able to learn that you are a second wife to your husband. My advise is simple. If you are really a second wife and you know fully well that the first wife is alive and still leaves with the man, you need to walk away from that marriage. Are you a christian? If the answer is yes, please divorce him and wait for your own man with faith. You should get married to a man who will have you as his only wife. That is the standard of marriage in christianity. Logically, monogamy is far better than polygamy. Polygamy has more of envy, diabolism, cheatings, hatred, favouritism, greedy e.t.c in it. The practise has never really been an easy one. You may also want to ask God for more ideas, wisdom and instincts on what to do but you must leave that marriage and look for your own man. |

My dear you must reap what your sowed. You must suffer for whatever harm you have done to your marriage and this is it. All you need is patient and the grace of God i.e prayers. You must be humble enough to sort this out because you too have skeletons in your cupboard until you restitute. When things fall apart, the center cannot not hold. Ofcourse, he who wants to come to equity must come with a clean hands. Yours aren't clean with all the beatings you have given to your wife and the cheatings. Please be humble and patient enough to handle this. |

@ the age of 24 although it was not up to a million but very very close to it. The worst part of it was that i misused some of the funds and lost some in bad investment. I wish i knew then what i know now. |

Marriage vow is too scared to be toiled with in this form. i just pray the poster does not transfer the spirit of adultery to his wife if only she hasn't already started. Adultery is becoming very cheap, common, and generally accepted in the midst of married men, married women and the society. What morals will the children learn from their parents? @ poster you are partially right because this does not really happen to everyone per se. Some people possess the ability to control their emotions and put them in check. This particular hatred is peculiar to those who have been betrayed before, those who are passing through heart breaks, those whom are passing through hard times in their marriages or those who have lost love or happiness in their homes or even those whose marriages lapsed after some moment of troubles etc. Ofcourse is natural to hate someone that brought a thorough pain into your life but the ability to ignore, forgive, overlook, let go, is key and necessary because such hatred will always affect the most sensitive part of us which is our heart and also our ways of relating with the opposite gender. The two genders cannot survive without each other. |

Miky please ignore any post here that was channelled towards making you look like a fool for accepting your woman back. Take and accept what happened as a test. I wonder where i stated or gave the impression that coogar does not worth being a lover or even having one or rather i was only letting the OP know that those characters she has been contemplating on whether coogar has them or not are real and alive in him. Is now left for her to check the compatibility level, whether they can complement each other or not so stop misinterpreting my post.  idnoble and mynd you guys really made sincere points here. OP, how sure are you that the next lady wouldnt have done it up to five times? Having four babies aborted does not really mean she cannot or will not be able to reproduce. Some barren wives were virgins, some were not but never had abortions in their lives while some mothers have had several abortions but still were able to procreate. But our ladies should be more calculative and tactful to avert this kind of nasty situation. OP, yes, one can marry a lady who has done four or even five series of abortions and they will still reproduce. |

Lizzy, you have all the reasons in the whole world to be worried about this. His attitude on NL still has to do with his real personality. He may not have shown you that other part in real life but is hidden in him. Marriage is a life time contract and the huddles in it are much, so by the time this very young man passes through these huddles, his hidden personality which is the one he depicts on NL will surface . Do not think he is faking his character here on NL because some of the character he shows here are secretly hidden in him waiting to manifest. Tread with caution. An adulterous man can even go beyond this level. He can sleep with his maid, mother in law, best friend of the wife, his wife's maid of honour, neigbour, his wife's class mate, his sales girl or secretary, colleague, etc. The issue here is lack of self control, indiscipline, selfishness and moral decadence. The woman is on a safe side because an adulterous man is nothing but a cankerworm in a marital institution and a bad example to children produced in the marriage. She is still young and can remarry after all the bible approves that in this kind of case. This time, when selecting a man , she should look before she leap for by their fruits you shall know them.
