No. 1 among men greatest weaknesses is woman. That man should advise himself and stay back in Naija. NPFLADMIN: Honestly, my dad knows a person in this situation.
He earns 1M as salary monthly and also has a side hustle which should be bringing him nothing less than 200k estimate. But the man still wants to leave 4 UK. And getting a job in the UK at the age of around 45+, isn't that almost impossible?
His wife is already there and she's doing care-job.
I still don't understand why he wants to move.
If I ever meet him with my dad before he leaves, I'll tell him "sir, you're making a big mistake!"
Well, he's still agile. I guess that's an advantage. |

kennyliza: Happy Sunday Nairalanders Please I need to know if I am on the right on this study visa application. I have been given admission to Seneca college -Business Analytics (1 year Graduate certificate program) and I don't know if I should accept it or not based on the discussion on this thread saying that this is a career retrogression for someone that already has MBA (Business Admin) already.
Is this true please ? If yes, please what other program can I go for apart from PHD. Thank you if that’s what you can afford, use am take enter. I know several people who came to Canada with a comparable program but already had one or two master's degrees from another European country. |

Annettevoke: Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee
How do i address this refusal, house pls advise. Was refused today applied Feb 28th. Hello. It's only a matter of filling out another application. Working on your evidence of money (POF) with a near perfect SOP would do the magic. |

Meanwhile I am married with a child and I applied alone and provided family pictures. So I was convinced that was easy for me to tackle.
Second application was on March 11, 2022 BVL and PPR: March 30, 2022.
I ensured I provided more document and pictures for my home ties, I did MBS for 1 year for my statement. Every document I submitted was backed with a proof.
In all it is all God's grace. It will end in praise for us all.
Thank you all. you applied from Europe. Right? |

makano: Hello Princetigris
The bolded though..
As our custom is here, after a refusal, you order for your GCMS notes to know the exact reasons for the refusal of your application.. When you get your notes, upload here so we can help figure out the concerns of the Visa Officer and tackle these concerns so you can get your Visa in your next application..
I wont advise an appeal if you are not sure of what you did. So order for your notes, when you see the refusal reasons and you are certain it was actually addressed in your application, then you can go for JR.. And I hope you have the money for it cos its not the same amount with Visa Application fee..
Lastly I saw that they refused you for Immigration status, I dont need GCMS notes to know you didnt apply from Nigeria and you failed to explain your current status in the country that you are... Please shed more light on your situation..
Peace Please can I PM you? |

Saw one Senegalese food , not Ok at all there is, but most open from afternoon. Go to Strasbourg St Denis (it's a few poles away from Gare d'Est), you will find lots of Nigerians who own cosmetic shops there. Ask for how to go get Nigerian meals and you will get what you want. |

Kkshanana90: You could check Coracle for free travel health insurance. You could also sign up for public health insurance like TK or AOK when you’re in Germany (being insured is compulsory in Germany), or possibly via the internet from your current location. Which of the cities would you be staying in Germany?
P.S. It’s normal to have a cold feet when you’re moving to a new country. . Na only you address the insurance question. OP. Get Axamansard travel insurance for 18k online with your Nigerian bank card. When you get there, try TK, AOK or DKK for public health insurance. No worry, your employer suppose to dey pay for the contribution every month |

Travel › Re: Should I Invest In Nigeria Or Wait Until I Get A Permanent Stay In Abroad? by princetigris(m): 4:33pm On Dec 14, 2020 |
I think I gave you this advice Basalt: Goodmorning Ladies and Gentlemen. I am Basalt by name and I came to Germany last year(2019) October for my MSc studies with a little amount of Money and a partially borrowed block account from my inlaw (his money and my money). On arrival in Germany, I took only a few courses and got a job outside my city and also got a mini-job. I did all my monthly expenses from my Mini job and used my main job to completely pay back my debt within a few months of arrival.
Now, that's not the discussion at hand. I need advice especially from people who have lived abroad or have many years of experience in life. My visa still counts till 2022 and I can even extend it if I don't finish my studies by then. According to German policy, once you graduate from the University, you will be given 18 months to get a professional job or return back to your country. Returning back to Nigeria is totally out of my plan at least for now because I came from a very poor family without any job connection and I am really enjoying Europe. I plan to buy land or start building a house (I saved millions of naira and will even save more as time goes) but my friend who is also a student here discouraged me against that saying that my root is not yet fixed abroad that I should wait and continue investing in myself and undergoing professional training until I get permanent residency before investing. That I should always keep saving because it is not certain that I will get a professional job after graduation since my course is not in Information Technology which is currently booming in Germany. That even if I don't get a job, I can use the money to migrate to Canada or any other country of my choice. He asked What if you invest the money now and don't get a job after graduation, what will you do after the 18 months of post graduation visa since you don't have any backup from home who will help you out financially.
What do you guys think. I need opinions |
