The media rate the govt in India as excellent. Yet the average lives of a Saudi and Qatari citizens in smaller country and bad leadership is better off than a average Indians in supposedly good leadership.

International standard is 1000megawatt for 1million people. Nigeria currently needs 200k MW for her 200m people while she currently has 7000mw. No good leadership in Nigeria will get 200mw in 15 yrs. It's not even feasible. But a smaller country like Benin republic with 13m only needs 13k mw or less for steady power supply thats why they are having it.
