My point and business here is, you can't run a privately funded university cheap (or free) and that the universities are actually involved in minor aspects of industrialization. That's all.

Then run something else less costly to uplift the poor who contribute. How does it makes sense to collect their money to build something they don't benefit from? If whites do that to you, you will be making noise now your fellow blacks do that but are saints for it.

I did not say universities i said schools. And i can mention lots of free primary and secondary schools by missionaries . Can you for thesame by your modern day black pastors?

Upgrade is in many forms. If a church set up a security or logistic outfit , rehaps for cultists and prostitutes, to help tackle cultism in universities thats something. If they are interested improving existing universities they will achieve it.

How much does a professor earn as monthly pay, multiply it by say minimum of 50, cost of maintenance and running cost you would realise running a standard University is not cheap...

The argument is not if running university is cheap or not it goers more than that. Why are those church university property of the top MOG?, cant they guild other things that can benefit the contributors of the money like true missionaries did? Those are more important issues.

My business is not with any jet money. That is between the pastor and his God. I haven't said anything about my own church that gives free food, clothes, and health care to the needy. Because that is not the scope of this matter.
So the church should basically be helping the FG right. The same FG that cannot account for much of the money allocated to universities. The church should give them more space for embezzlement

Which space? I said upgrade the universities not give them the money to embezzle. The jet money is also between them snd those who contributed for it.

You're comparing missionary primary and secondary schools with universities. How many students were admitted into the primary and secondary schools that time? And how many staff were they paying and how much was their salaries? Get answers to those questions and you will understand why church universities can't be free or cheap

Erm you too consider the church. The early christians sold off inheritances for the church yet they never got free education nor free healthcare.
They did wealth redistribution but that was because the church got the all of members. You can't be giving 50-150 naira a Sunday and expect to get free everything.

The early churches didnt have their pastors using their money to buy the jets, build in thrir names to be inherited by their family and living in maximium opulence so the motivation to give was there because the collected money was used for the poor and most needy.

Then you buy the property in the name of one man. You open the church account quite alright but your spiritual head is the sole signatory and his wife or wards as next of kin. How do you even feel comfortable collecting money from say a civil servant paying 850,000 each for three students in your school? A permanent secretary's basic salary is barely 500k per month. And that's the height of civil service work. Corruption smells already. How much do those pastors in your church get as salaries that they can even afford that tuition? Oh! I hear you say those ones are on scholarship. Yes, great one there. Then let all the poor students too from poor parents who gave their widow's might in building both church and school all get these scholarships and I think this case will be closed. Thank you

As an educated person you should know that the missionary schools were not free in the sense you are making it. Those schools were paid for by the mother churches of the missionaries abroad. Oyibo people paid for us to be given free education so it was not free.
