I have rice but don’t cook as I don’t regard it as food.
Beans I buy when I feel like eating which isn’t often like 4cups .
I will still have change in my hand .
I take processed plantain in place of garri . ( same way you make your wheat , semovita)
Tomato I buy little #500 if I will cook plantain porridge within the week .
Ice fish I don’t buy but a friend do gift me if it pleases him .

3) Rice and bean 3 mudu and garri 6 mudu.

4) I apply red oil like anointing oil on the forehead. Oil for colour

Garri is always onboard. this is for a top-up.

N:b No be say I like my eating pattern, I'm just caught in between the line. I hope ulcer won't come visiting.

All is for survival. As long as I don't steal from anybody or defraud anybody. God remember us ooooh!

9pm is too late for dinner.
7 or 7:30pm so the food will digest and you urinate before sleeping.

For me it will last two weeks and three days .
I get to the market either buy #3000 or #2500 meat , buy okporoko #1000 each . Come back and prepare oha soup and Ogbono soup that’s what I am eating currently. I go to market once in two weeks. Other condiments I have them.
I stay alone .
This morning I made Okpa ( Bambara nut) too for breakfast.

If you people take her to Psychiatric hospital they will place her on drugs , if she stops taking the drugs whatever is happening to her will return in multiple. If she talks back at your dad or even fight him don’t be astonished is the long effects of the drugs. The drugs trying to keep them calm makes them more bold in actions. For some the drugs increases their appetite for food leading to adding of flesh so much, for others could be their tongue getting longer all are side effects of the drugs given to such patients to calm her down. I am writing you from experience of what my little sister passed through. She’s now in South Africa and there’s no drug she’s on . Is counseling that brought her back to normal.
Nigeria health system is not it at all.

I have come across so many sisters and I have tried to interview them about how they take care of their private parts, many don't get that a woman is supposed to take care of her private part always, at least two times every day, washing it and cleaning out everything that will cause bad odour coming out from Inbetween their legs.
