The first pizza is too close to the top.
Go to your CSS and make some corrections, probably the margin top. The images are too dull, this can make or break your website. Frontend Developers need to be excellent when it comes to UI.
Nice one. Really impressive work. |

How did u come to d conclusion that d bridge has never been maintained since 1990? How's that possible? Kindly read nairametrics and see for yourself. The maintenance you refer to in other climes are just routine maintenance, this one's a major one. |

Truly this government lacks wisdom Don't conclude. Most of the materials were imported from Germany. The covid-19 really delayed the whole thing. With or without covid-19, they would still close the bridge for 6months. Let's live with it, it would be very tough though. |

Does that make Christianity evil? No! Even democracy that was formed for a good thing is being hijacked to re-invent corruption in our beloved Nigeria. Good, reasonable men of the Pyrates then had to make some strong decisions to reform then. As for you replying your friend, you go tire oo.

There's been surge in the number of people soliciting help on nairaland & even out there. While we must continue to do our bit for them, its more important they get a lifeline, something to hang on.

Chris525: Our newspace has been awash with yesterday's event involving Keyamo & the senate committee.
People on different fora have picked sides and trust Nigerians to be sensational & sentimental without even understanding the issues that played out & what led to the drama.
Usually Keyamo (through his ministry) provides policy guidelines on how the 774k job recruitment will be done. The requisite agency (NDE) would execute, then the senate committee oversees.
When news came on with Tinubu & Oluomo's daughters as members of the job committee, the senate invited NDE to explain how it came about the names. Out of 20 members, the NDE could only identify 8, the others came from the ministry (Keyamo) which should not be.
In comes Keyamo; the drama was after he was asked to explain the names & why he interfered with NDE duties. He became rude & dramatic & was asked to leave.
The senators asking that cameras be shut off during an executive session is not unusual anywhere in the world.
Keyamo is being smart by half. What do you know? Where have you worked in? What have you ever achieved? Can you compare yourself to Keyamo a minister of state? Peasant Blogger. |

I know it would cause severe hardship but it's for the best. I stay in Ajao estate, Isolo for now since schools are closed. I asked one of the civil engineers supervising the repair and he explicitly told me that cars can't ply the bridge while they work. Probably due to its outdated technology compared to those you mentioned. |

Mr. Prof, mention one significant achievement or impact of Soyinka's cult on society before it was taken over as per your story.
Intentions & reality may differ. Like I may intend that you to 'have sense' & you could die without having it. Chris525: Stop the 'IFs' when the subject touches on reality & a sensitive topic as this. Dont be creating scenarios that dont exist. We're not playing or dreaming here.
By saying "If Kingsley didnt look for trouble he'll still be alive" You're subtly passing a message that cultists who dont look for trouble dont get killed which is VERY WRONG.
You dont have to say a thing if you dont have anything to say. You are nobody to tell me what to do. I made an observation on groups and I'm solely entitled to my opinion. Do you buy data for me? Do you feed anyone here? Soyinka in the 1950's formed Pyrates confraternity which was a group only meant for the extremely brilliant and gifted students, this was later hijacked by blood sucking demons such as Bolaji Carew and co. Does that make the intention on forming confraternities bad? NO! Nairaland has to start weeding off people with low IQ that can't read 5 sentences without becoming confused. Don't let us detail this wonderful thread. |

During HIT, cults just kill rival members. They dont care if you're good or never slapped anyone in your life. There's a story about a cultist fellowship pastor here, he was killed.

Superwave: This is similar wailing to Ngige, I bet you are still living in Lagos instead of moving to Owerri to build the sky scrapper your fathers n forefathers never built which is why destitute like you abandoned alaigbo to escape the agonishing poverty prevalent there. Lagos is no man's land, just like Abuja. No Lagosian apart from the defeated Epe man has ever been governor. That tells you something. Every tribe in Nigeria built Lagos. Federal government money built Lagos. The military regime built Lagos. Only the Yorubas didn't build Lagos. If you feel you own Lagos, try to chase us. |
