Maybe you are rich. Maybe you are poor. Maybe you have experienced being both at some point in your life. If you haven’t figured it out yet, being rich isn’t all about money. It’s about well-being, abundance, having time, success, and the right mindset. There are definitely social issues that contribute to poverty, however, rich vs poor mindsets can also drive wealth and success. There are many poor people with a rich mindset, financially poor due to circumstance. And there are many trust fund babies with a poor mindset. A simple shift in your mindset can point you in the right direction to becoming as wealthy as you want to be. While Rich mindset knows that the world isn’t fair, and deals with reality swiftly, humbly, and practically. It knows the world owes it nothing, that the universe is indifferent to its existence, that the default for life is suffering and death. All successes are improbable and should be appreciated as such. Poor mindset is consumed by the unfairness of the world, and wastes time complaining about it. As we grow and mature, we learn so many lessons in life. Some of them are: Life is not fair. It never was, it is not and it will never be fair. People leave. Not everyone stays with you during your hardest times. You may be important to people but not all the time. Not everyone you really care about, cares about you in return. Life is full of temporary people who sometimes makes use of your emotions. Parents are the only ones who really care about you NO MATTER WHAT happens to you. Also the same is true with close friends. They really care for you. All other "friends", acquaintances may be curious about what happens in your life, but they don't really care. If you ever truly love someone, be prepared to get vulnerable and to get hurt. Love doesn't hurt, but the emotional attachment hurts. Sometimes their indifference hurts. People will judge you. They do not know what you have been through, they do not really know about you completely but they still judge you. They talk behind your back and back stab you. If they gossip about someone to you then they surely will gossip about you to others. Not everyone is a true friend. It hurts when the one you truly love moves away from you. But life has to move on and you stay away for you love that person truly and wish the best for them. Everything takes time to nurture and build. True love, true friendships and so on. Finally, always know we are not perfect. Pastors are human being like us. They also make mistakes. Don't use their title to think they don't err. Make up your mind today to pray for them and stand for them even if they are not from your church. Always remember, if Jesus was in your shoes, would He say or act the way you do?You your self, read your last paragraph again. Some of this "God of Men" act like they aren't human and can't make mistakes. For the fact that your pastor earn your respect doesn't mean he will earn everyone's respect. Ever wondered why there must be enemies. The secret is it makes the opposition relevant. C'mon have you ever wondered why God has enemy (Satan)? Why you wondered why there are always bad guys in super hero movies? They make the world and movies more adventurous. Which means that this enemies create obstacle and overcoming the challenges is what create a sense of achievement. Without enemies no achievement. Point 1. Let shift it to the religious body. Just imagine a church without enemies (Satan), it absolutely become irrelevant. Why is it that Churches prayer revolves around enemies? Why is it that witches and wizard, Marine Spirit, spiritual wife/husband cases are more common in Churches? It's b cause it makes the Churches more relevant. It's never easy ignoring family when u are the first child and son of the family. I work (though covid19 affected our work) and stay in city but this fellows keep bothering u with calls and all d call are sadnews.. it makes me depressed most atimes..The reality about your predicament is that you are not alone in this. There are other people who're likely facing similar "problem" right. Your write up glearly shows that your family strongly hold a belief perseverance towards spiritual "enemy" which means that all their line of thoughts is influenced by it. So, which means the enemy which includes diabolic native doctors/women is usually held responsible for any misfurtone about their live. Atimes, the ideology and belief we hold usually play a very vital role in ways we see life challenges. Your family might believe in all of these and also made you to belief as a child. You grew up and things get harder. Yes, there might be other life lingering family issues. The fact is that we all have family issues either extended or within. How do you choose to see your problem? How do you choose to handle life challenges? When life looks uncertain, what keeps us pushing on. Sometimes, will might find ourselves in the mist of bittered people, people with negative taught, everything about them is bad energy, negative vibe, they might even transfer bad energy into us and we feel down. @ Joyless004 I know life is not fair. We sometimes find ourselves in some circumstances we can't control but regardless of whatever odds against us we just keep pushing on until we strive for what we wanted. I might not feel exactly what your pain feels, but I can just hope you get better. @23 you can't boast of 2k... The reality is that more than half of Nigeria population youth are on this table and even facing worse situations than you. Sadly there are lot of things that can get one depressed in Nigeria but it's more advisable to focus on the positive things. Atleast, you go to school and still progressing, and I believe you have a sound health. Only, if you don't give up, you will remember this day and smile. Remember to stay positive because even if you crave for all what you always wanted, you can still be depressed if you let negative energy drain you.
