The commissioner had adviced the police to arrest the five anti amaechi law makers, what about the gov and his security aids are they not culpable. Oh the gov is immune from prosecution. |
Hello friends, i have been battling with this issue for quiet a while and i felt the best place to resolve this is in this forum. The bible made us to understand that 'if any man be in christ he is a new creature, old things have passed away and behold everything has become new''. Now the question is how can we reconcile this with restitution? Is restitution no longer an issue if someone is now in christ? Pls mod kindly allow this to be on the front page for wider view thanks. |
I think the best retaliatory measure should be directed at shell which i think is the british greatest interest in nigeria. We should use the inability of shell to stop gas flaring which is a crime in nigeria to deal with the british. A stiffer penalty should be imposed on them. |
Nice program. But i must say that some issues need to be revisited. I see no reason why female corps members will not be allowed to put on trousers but ajuwaya. Also, some of us who are batch c's are not really happy with the current system whereby we are been sidelined from leadership position under the pretext of short period of service, but rather given to otondos. I think the current exco at the national level should take a critical look at this. |
Senator yerima has gotten his own fair share of the media bashing. Lets focus our attention to other senators who supported him . |
British with mediocrity. When will these people stop this madness of royalty? I pity these people sha. A royal prince is born, and so wetin concern me? |
If that fool thinks he has a monopoly of hacking then he should think twice. There are hundreds of us in nigeria who can do it better than him. It is matter of morality that is making us lie low. If the nigerian government feel they can no longer contain this fool they can as well inform us so that we can start foot printing the web site of the irish govt. |
I hope the interest of mr chinedu in this case has been taking care of. I will not accept a situation whereby mr chinedu will be made the sacrificial lamb in the this issue. |
But on a serious note what actually transpired on that day still beats my imagination. A truck load of tens of security men could be killed just like that? The police ig should leave no stone untorn so as to get to the root of this matter. Even if it required the services of a superior herbalist to that of the ombatse spirital leader. Such superior herbalists could be found in places like benin-edo state, ogoni-rivers state, ijebuode-ogun state, etc. |
While people are trying to console the bereaved herbalists are busy making cool cash. |
I think it is time the military authorities implemented a short military program say one months with the sole aim of recruiting these civilian jtf into the military fold. With that the beginning of the end of bk will be a reality. |
Since our intelligence unit are yet to be matured to deal with islamic fundamentalism i think the best way for now is to deploy more troops to volatile states , especially those with fertile breeding ground for terrorism. Create favourable environment and incentives for the encouragement of local vigilantees. Threaten any gov with state of emergency if terror occurs in his domain. Threaten to deal with any traditional or religious leader who supports terrorism. |
Gej should not contemplate on forcing bamanga to resign so as to appease recalcitrant gov like wamako, aliyu, kwankwoso etc. He should realise that as long as he has a second term ambition, these gov will continue to fight him. Mr bamanga should not be the sacrificial lamb. He should make best use of the 16 gov in his kitty and focus more in his transformation agenda. Recalling wamako from suspension will never make him remorseful rather it will boost the ego in him. |
Good news. But am sure they will put words into action. Am tired of we will do this .. We will do that. Come to think of it, why spend money building smaller units of power plants with insufficient capacity to power the whole state. Why not channel that same fund and build a mega plant that will service all parts of the state ? |
This lady has has suffered much dose of media bashing pls they should let her be. |
baba ireti: Please if you had dedicated so much energy and passion to developing your poor Grammar like you have done with this issue of B/Harram then your English would have been a bit more readable and comprehensible.Attend to a personal issue first before you exhaust your mental energy on mundane things such as B/Haram.short up you fool. Why not go ahead and correct? If you are not comfortable with his comment why not be explicit, instead of hiding under the auspices of semantics. |
@op am in support wella! Anything you guys want to do in this regard please email me at profidada@yahoo.com. Am sick and tired of this. People are complaining of terrorism while preventable deaths have snatched thousands of nigerians. The one that happened at the east west road where i lost a friend is still very fresh in my memory. |
While developing i hope you guys care much about information security. I think the trend/challenge is not just to develop a scalable app but a secure one as well. It bits my imagination when i tend to test the securities vulnerabilities of most apps in nigeria. Most of them i must say are not really secure including those from financial institutions. I just pity them. Its high time they started having in-house security programmers for effective customization rather than relying on foreign security apps in which in most cases tend to be generic, hence a security crack on such apps applies to all institutions making use of it. |
Personally i get mad whenever my country men will be carrying out comparative analysis b/w nigeria and ghana. For goodness sake it should not be. We have nothing to learn from ghana. We should be looking at countries like brazil, india, pakistan, bangledish that have similar size and complexities for comparative analysis. Enough of this bookshit of nigeria is this while ghana is that. |
Commendable i hope it will be passed and implemented. Let use this medium to call on the minister of education to toe the same line of her health counterpart, by proposing a bill that will ban public officials, wives and children from seeking education outside the shores of this country. |
Your excellency sir, on the contrary i think the real bk haram will oppose the amnesty offer while the political and criminal bk whom you and your fellow politicians in the north funded will be the ones that will accept the amnesty offer. Unless you are telling us that imam shekau is not the real bk. |
Welcome development. |
I think buhari has not help matters despite the fact that his inflammatory comments may have aggravated the current security situation in the country. |
Instead of amnesty why not state of emergency? Declare a state of emergency in borno and yobe for effective security and political coordination. Lets see where their source of funding will come from . Atleast reports so far suggest that local government areas under state of emergency are relatively peaceful. |
A welcome development i must say. When it comes to the issue of media tolerance i think gej should be commended. In this country there is no difference between freedom of speech and character deformation. |
rodeo0070: *Covering his eyes*as i speak the fool is still there. |
I participated in the first batch of the federal govt youwin prog but i did not make the last list. But i dont know how these fraudsters got to know about my details, since then they have been disturbing me, posing as world bank officials and promising me jobs. Well, i have been looking for ways of forwarding their phone numbers to relevant authorities. |
Whether there is evidence or not i hope he is going through a severe and sustained torture? That is my area of interest. |
While senator ita enang was addressing the house i was excited. Enang is indeed a son of the niger delta. This is a wake up to other senators of the south south and south east, rise up to the challenge, make a bit of research to buttress their arguments during plenary and i bet you public opinion will be on your side. |
Whether you like it or not they are in charge. Come next tomorrow boys are going to spend hell just to have a feel of the day. Millions will end up contacting STDs . |
deandavid: What do you expect, boys are not happy, no jobs, man must hustle. I saw those guys last week around osubi/eku road with my 2 koro koro eyes with their guns on their hilux van, God save me,say na scrab i carry, d motor even breakdown for road, dem no even send me. All these politifcians neva see anything yet.if them no send you then your condition really bad. Guy please upgrade. |
Federal govt should not be fooled by the socio-religious antics of bk. They have been hit in the neck and are actually buying time to regroup. What the federal govt should do is to finish the job. They should learn from the algerian govt, no negotiation with terrorists, it will only take time but it will definitely payoff. |
