I’m not good at writing so pls bear with me anyhow you see this.
I’m a young man 24yrs old and my girlfriend 22, I just finished my undergraduate studies and about going for Nysc, While my girl is still in school but she’s already into some online business making good and enough money for herself money that ordinarily she can use to start up a good life. She does not know how to spend which I have complained severally, I don’t really blame her due to the fact that she gets money at any given time she needs it. She can be paid 100k today and be broke in next 3 days calling me and disturbing me for recharge card and all sort of things she can actually do herself. I normally give this to her but it’s now becoming worse and unbearable no matter the amount she gets, she’ll spend it for you in less than one week with no reasonable thing to show for and you’ll be amazed.

To cut it all short, I’m still unemployed but I normally do some little jobs that brings me cash just change compared to what my girl makes in a month. Let me add that she’s a very supportive girl, helped me during my school when I had issues.

I’ve talked and talked now she tags me a nagging guy, and that I have poverty mentality by telling her to have some savings not for me but for herself

I’m just tried and cos she’s not changing keeps doing same thing
I’m even scared of taking the relationship to the next stage.
Cos if things fall out for her

Young man, financial behavior is very very very crucial in a marriage. It can stress a man to his early grave. She is hard working in making money but scandalous in money management. VERDICT: SHE IS A FAILURE FINANCIALLY. It's not how much we make that matters. It's how much we save and put to good use. Let me tell you, things change in the business and financial world. Some of the things that used to be money spinners yesterday are no longer viable. Oil for instance is going down and Tech is taking over. If you used to make money via oil and you didn't save to divest into Tech, the speed with which you would go broke would surprise you. That thing that is giving her money now and she is wasting it can become obsolete tomorrow and she would become broke. It's then you would bear the brunt of her financial recklessness. She isn't disciplined financially and doesn't even want to accept that it's a problem, not to talk of changing. This is a serious red flag. You don't marry out of sentiments. If you do, you would regret it. Put sentiments aside and put an end to that relationship. You people are not compatible and it's going to give you heartache going forward. SOMETHING YOU SEE AS A GRAVE ERROR, SHE IS CHIDING YOU THAT YOU ARE WRONG AND DUMB. It's a red flag. You can't change her perception, not to talk of her character.

Before you buy any property pls do due diligence by checking the status/title of the land from the relevant authorities to avoid the story that touch.

It's about corruption within the government. A DG or whatever would approve and sell the lands in a particular administration, when that one is gone, many years, another DG in another administration would come and say that what the former one did is illegal, shouldn't have been done and bla bla bla, then come for demolition. So government officials use their position to scam folks, they would leave them to build, then another comes and screams blue murder, that it wasn't done right. That's what happens in most of these things. Those guys have papers from the same FHA for those structures but they were told that they are on their own. And same government wouldn't arrest and bring the officials that did the scam to book. They have shared the loot. It was all a plot.

When this happens, due to the uncondusive nature of the place for it, it would try to get out and the natural thing is to look for source of air and this leads it to the pipe. From this pipe, it starts to crawl through to the WC.
However it can only get into a WC of a bungalow or a ground floor of a upstairs. It can't climb a pipe in an upward position to get into toilets located upstairs.
