Chinachriss:As a former employee of Mobil though not from Akwa Ibom, I can categorically tell you that Eket is not an oil producing Area but Ibeno. The reason Eket holds that tag is because Ibeno was formerly under them and as a result, Eket was well develop during those periods. Ibeno LGA is the reason Akwa Ibom is having No1 spot in Federal allocation but unfortunately, the people are being marginalized in terms of development. |
deebsman1:Yes Sir, you're right. I'm not from the street, am from Zion and because am from Zion, that makes me a Jew ![]() |
deebsman1:This your disclaimer is deceptive cough.... cough...You seems to know their rules and regulations. (cough cough...just clearing my throat). ![]() |
Yesterday marks the end of Saraki as the Senate president but i don't blame him because he did what he did in order to find favour from APC and to save his political career but little did he know that APC doesn't forgive. |
ollah1:Since u believe a mere man stole from a "mere man" and he ran mad; follow also, the scriptures below. Just like the accountant the mere man, "You go, and do likewise" (Luke 10:37) "Do quickly what you are going to do!" (John 13:27) Then shall ye know that there is a God that rules in the affairs of men. |
HungerBAD:In order to receive proper answer to your questions, i have 2 bible verses for you. "You go, and do likewise" (Luke 10:37) "Do quickly what you are going to do!" (John 13:27) Follow the above scripture and do what the thief did and you will know for yourself, why pastors get "too much power", what has he to do with the madness etc etc Peace!!! |
esthersolomon00:You said you've done everything but one thing i didn't see you write is that you visited TB Joshua meaning you haven't done everything. I've seen many lesbian being delivered in synagogue and they are now living a normal life. So if you are willing and be ready, u know where to go. |
Going back these comments, the above description is not true. ![]()

There is an absolute national responsibility for INEC and the judiciary to explain to us the constitutional or legal relevance of the card reader. There must be a uniform interpretation of the position of the card reader by all the tribunals in country as regards the gubernatorial elections. A tribunal in Akwa Ibom state cannot dismiss the card reader as not contained in the electoral act and another tribunal in Rivers will nullify an election based on the same card reader. Weighing both states judgement i.e. Akwa Ibom and Rivers, it is clear that Akwa Ibom tribunal judge was induced because you can't dismissed card reader after billions was spent by the FG to purchase them in-order to enhance the credibility of the election. |
Gr8amechi:Well said!!!Nigeria need people like you who will not allow party affiliations to becloud their sense of reasoning; there is hope for Nigeria. |
Sometimes he simply needs a boost. A boost to his ego so he will believe you want him, physically as well as emotionally. And a boost to get him in the mood to connect physically with you again. Sometimes he needs some extra effort on your part to be enticed and drawn toward you. Just as there are a myriad of reasons he might seem to have lost interest in you, there are also a myriad of ways (or at least 26...one for every letter of the alphabet) to recapture his interest and make him want to pursue you again. Here is what I call "The ABCs of Being Irresistible in Your Husband's Eyes:" A – Affirm him. One of the things your man finds most attractive about you is that you were at one time (and hopefully still are) attracted to him. A man wants to be around a woman who makes him feel like he's winning. Let him know he's a great provider, he is great at what he does, he can still get your heart racing– whatever it is that you can compliment him on. And mean it. A woman who sings her man's praises is a woman he'll come after...so he can hear more! B – Be a mystery. Men still love a challenge; just don't make it too complicated. Does your husband know everything there is to know about you? If so, develop a new skill or idea or come up with a secret he's dying to discover. When you become a mystery to your husband there are things about you that he still wants to know, things you're thinking that he'd like for you to divulge, secrets in your soul that he'll be challenged to draw out. You don't give him a chance if you tell him everything. Be mysterious, in some ways. Be to him a treasure chest full of secrets he's dying to unlock! C – Cultivate your relationship with Christ. What makes you truly attractive, and one worth pursuing? The beauty of Christ in you. When you have an intimate devotional life with Christ, and are controlled by His Spirit, your life will produce the fruits of His Spirit – love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control (Galatians 5:22-23). What man doesn't want to chase after a woman who is truly joyful, peaceful, patient, kind, good, faithful, gentle and – they love this one the best – self-controlled! D – Dress for him. Some women don't think much about what they wear, with the excuse that they're just not into the "latest" fashion. Or, they will dress nice when they go to church, or out with girlfriends, but not put much effort into how they look for "just my husband." But men can recognize "frumpy" even if we can't. And dress for him at night, too. Your husband might be majorly turned off by a "grandma" night gown that resembles something his mother used to wear! So, it may be time to invest in some lingerie or just something 'form flattering' or feminine. E – Exude confidence. He once found it attractive in you. He still does. So, regardless of how you might feel about your weight, body shape, "big knees," "small chest," cellulite, veins or whatever, get over it. He has. Honestly, he doesn't see all the body flaws you think are so very obvious. Men tend to not analyze or critique our bodies nearly as much as we do. When you are confident in your speech, your walk, your relationship with him, and your role as his wife that, too, is attractive. F – Flirt with him. If he loved it back then, he'll still love it today...maybe even more. Flirting is a hidden art among women today. We usually have too many other things on our mind to even think about saying something to get his attention and let him know we're thinking of him. But flirting can be sending a text message or leaving a voice mail telling him he's on your mind. Think: what did I do back when we dated? And that will help with your flirt factor. G - Give him the best of you. We tend to give the best of ourselves to our jobs, or our children, or our homes. And our husbands tend to get the leftovers – of our time, energy and even our looks. I know many women who enjoy remodeling their homes. But what about remodeling ourselves now and then? The Bible says our bodies are the temple of God. So how long has it been since the temple's been remodeled? Do what you can to keep your body in shape, healthy, and holy for the Lord and for your husband, too. The Bible tells us that we are not only the temple of God, but we belong to our husbands. So we take care of ourselves for them, too. H – Have a positive attitude. Can your husband always count on a smile or a kind word? Or does he enter the house walking on eggshells, and unsure of what kind of mood you'll be in? Positive people are enjoyable to be around. If you're pleasant, he'll generally want to be in your company. I – Initiate. I can't say enough here. Initiate a hug. Initiate a kind word or compliment. Initiate lovemaking. Chances are your husband dreams of the "wild woman" within you. Let your inner tigress come out now and then and show him he's still the one. You want to be pursued. So does he, now and then. Surprise him. And show him there's a side of you he has yet to discover. J – Join him in something he enjoys. Michelle told me she began to be more interesting – and more of a pursuit – to her husband when she adopted his interest in working out. "I was complaining to my husband that I was tired, bored, and didn't have time to exercise. He told me that the kids were always going to take my time, but that I was the only one who could make working out a priority. I started to listen. I made time for my workouts a priority. I made the kids ride their bikes, while I started running. Now, years later, I'm not the nagging, tired, old wife. I am the new wife, with a cute body, and more interesting things to talk about. We talk about workouts, nutrition, and even exercise together. It has really ignited a new passion within our marriage. I can't keep up with my husband, but the fact that I try makes it more interesting." By taking up a particular interest that her husband had, Michelle was able to accomplish nearly every one of the A-B-C's in that one "J." K – Kiss him with passion. Not just a peck on the cheek, like you'd do to your child. But really kiss him. Studies show that couples who kiss each other daily enjoy a higher satisfaction rate in marriage than those who don't. So take the initiative and kiss him. Yes, you'd like him to kiss you first, but do for him what you'd like him to do for you. Kiss him like you mean it. And see what happens. L – Leave the lights on. Need I say more? As a man, your husband is visually wired. And it's believed men see in soft focus anyway, meaning your man is not nearly as critical of your body as you are. Make the most of what you have to offer him and trust he'll appreciate it. M – Make his favorite meal or dessert. The best way to your man's heart may still be through his stomach. So let him know you care and whip up what he loves to eat. Food is still good pre-intimacy when it comes to men. N – Notice the little things. My husband really does want me to notice his latest haircut even though I really can't tell the difference. When you notice things about your husband it says to him that you're aware of him, appreciating him and – convey this one, too – admiring him. Make your observation into a compliment not a complaint. (In other words, don't notice that his shirt is wrinkled or he's wearing athletic socks with casual shoes. Notice that he still looks nice when he dresses up – or doesn't.) O – Offer to do one thing that will make his day go smoother. You might be surprised at how simple his one request is – pick up his suit at the dry cleaners, pack him a lunch, pray for him during a crucial meeting? Just offering to do something for him will show him your heart is tuned toward his needs. P - Plan a surprise for him. Men are, at times, like little boys. They love surprises and spontaneity if at the appropriate time. Find out what he's been missing and bring it back whether it's a hairstyle on your head or a favorite place to eat. Q – Quit directing, correcting, and controlling. (That one came from my husband and I tried not to take it personally!) Let him lead. It will show him that you do believe in him and his ability to handle a situation. R – Respect who he is and what he does. He needs that from you more than you realize. S – Spontaneity. Be unpredictable, but in a good way. Suggest you eat somewhere you never have. Wear a color you never have before. Go outside your comfort zone and take a risk with him. It will make him feel like he has a brand new wife, especially if you've been mothering him more than dating him lately. T – Text him endearing messages Such as "You're still the one," "I'm a lucky woman to have you" and "You still take my breath away." Chances are, he may begin to text some of those messages back. U – Use a soft voice with him. Few men are attracted to loud and boisterous. Talking softly conveys femininity. V – Visibility. See "L - Leave the lights on." It's that important to him, which is why I'm mentioning it – twice! W – Watch his favorite movie or show with him. Even if you can't stomach sports or another episode of "Man vs. Food," if he loves it, watch it with him. And try to enjoy it – for his sake. X – Xercise (Ok I cheated on the spelling here...but how many words start with X?) Exercise will improve your mood and overall health, which will, in turn, make you more enjoyable to be around. Even better, exercise along with him, if it's possible. Y – "Yes" – say it often. It may be his favorite word from you. "Yes, we can invite your friends over for the game." "Yes, I'll try that new type of food with you." "Yes, I'll wear that just for you." Think: "Your will, not mine." Self sacrifice goes a long way in marriage. Z – Zealously pursue Christ and your husband. As you look to God first as your Heavenly Husband (Isaiah 54:5), your earthly husband can't help but notice Christ-like character in you...the essence of true beauty. And when you pursue your husband, you are affirming to him that he is worth the pursuit. Source: http://www.strengthforthesoul.com/couples-the-abcs-of-being-irresistible-in-your-husband's-eyes.html Now, read the scripture below and pray the prayer that follows and God shall restore your happy home as you're faithful to it. Esther 2:17, "Now the king was attracted to Esther more than to any other woman, and she won his favour and approval more than any of the other virgins." I receive today, the favour of attraction toward the man that God has made for me from the foundation of the earth in Jesus name. Esther 5:2, "When he saw queen Esther standing in the court, he was pleased with her and held out to her the gold sceptre that was in his hand." Lord, I pray that all my desires shall be pleasing to my husband and i will always find favour before him in Jesus name. I paralyze the power of marriage interferers in Jesus name. My husband shall not be control by strangers in Jesus name. Father endowed me with favour that you gave to queen Esther that made her to receive favour from her husband, the king in Jesus name. May my husband desire me always in Jesus name. O Lord, instill your perfect peace in my marriage in Jesus name. I decree that every home witchcraft or wizardry manipulation on my marriage broken into pieces in Jesus name. I disallow the operation of evil in my marriage in Jesus name. Father, everything I need to know to be the best helper to my husband, Lord, let me know in Jesus name. O God, give me the grace to be a woman of noble character in my home in Jesus name. I look forward to hearing your testimony and remain blessed!!! |

PMB There was a time in this country that we insisted that a president Who can not ensure the security of lives and property of the citizens was clueless and therefore should get the hell out of the way. Well, it seems we have since CHANGED our minds. During the campaign Buhari told the world that foreign soldiers fighting Boko haram in Nigeria is a DISGRACE to both the Nigerian army and Nigerians in general. Today the same Buhari has invited American soldiers to come and help in the fight against Boko haram. Ladies and gentlemen, you don't need to wait till 2019 to know that this one is a disgraceful U-turn by a president that won election wearing the toga of integrity but has appeared from the inauguration stage representing a misguided, confused and ultimately deceitful figure. FASHOLA QUESTION 1: Senator: Mr Fashola is it true that you used N78 million in constructing a personal website which should normally cost N200k? ANSWER: Mr Fashola: I don't sign checks. In my 8 years as governor I didn't sign any check. Reaction from stupid Nigerian youths: what a great man Reaction from sane people: Fashola is a thief and our senators are dumb. FAYEMI QUESTION 1: Senator: Mr Fayemi, is it true that you bought a bed for Fifty Million? Answer 1: It is a frivolous allegation; anybody with the invoice should come forward. Reaction from stupid Nigerian youths: Abeg make una free the man make him take a bow and go abi u get the invoice?. Reaction from sane Nigerian youths: Imagine! How would I keep an invoice when he keeps the bed? No be the person wey buy bed go get invoice? Akpabio and Tribunal Judges The tribunal led by Justice Goddy Anunihu, in its ruling said there was nothing legally wrong with 205,519 accredited voters casting 444,505 votes which were declared for former governor Godswill Akpabio. The three man panel comprising the chairman, Justice Goddy Anunihu, Justice A. O. Adebusoye and Justice A. M. Lamido, who were billed to deliver the judgement by 10am, did not arrive the court till around 2.15 pm and that same day, Akpabio arrived the senate between the hour of 1pm and 1:30pm to continue his day 2 of his ministerial screening. This judgement is a slap on Buhari's anti corruption campaign. Until we get rid of all these judicial Shekau's and tribunal suicide bombers who go about parading themselves as chief judge, democracy will continue to be gang rape and the defendants will continue to shout political "alahu akbar". INSECURITY When GEJ was president, if a suicide bomber detonates a bomb in the suburbs of Maiduguri, it will mean that the president is weak and the army is loosing the war on terror. Now Buhari is president, suicide bombers will majestically walk into the federal capital territory and symmetrically detonate bombs and some dumb fools will try to tell us that they are coming to Abuja because the army is winning the war and have dislodged them in the north east which shows that the president is strong. No problem... Nigerians with no party affiliations are watching. ECONOMY Oil revenue down by N372bn, non-oil by N198bn ABUJA — Nigeria’s economy suffered severe shock in the second quarter of 2015 from the impact of the low price of crude oil in the international market, as data obtained from the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, yesterday, revealed that the country’s oil revenue dipped by N372 billion in three months, between April and June. (Vanguard) Can someone explain this apparent contradiction to me please. *Oil price has remained almost the same in the last 8-10 months. And we have produced the same volume of crude within the same months. * GEJ govt have been stealing almost half of our oil revenue. Buhari came in and stopped the stealing. * And in the second quarter (April-june 2015) our crude revenue dropped by N375 billion and non oil revenue dropped by N197.78. *During this period Buhari was the sole administrator of the country, no minister was helping him and he ran the govt by himself. *The logical thing is that having blocked the leakages, there would have been a boost in the revenue generation in the country, but mysteriously the opposite is the case. *We are asking Buhari, Where is our money? |
ernesty20:Bro, you like every other 95% believers is quoting that scripture out of context. When Jesus said the truth shall set us free, he didn't mean as in telling the truth but he was referring to himself because He's the way, the TRUTH , and the life. He didn't say ye shall TELL the truth but rather ye shall KNOW the truth, and the truth will set you free. That's why many times people tell the truth and they still get beaten and they end up blaming Jesus and the bible for it that their truth didn't set them free. "Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed; And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." John 8:31-32!!! In other words, if you continue in his word, you are his disciples, and you will get to know him more and he will make you free. Having said that, it's good to always tell the truth no matter the situation. Continue to pray for the peace and unity of this country because Nigeria is the only country that we have. |

Buhari will sack some of these ministerial nominees before the end of the year. |
APC and propaganda........This is a recycling picture of what happened during GEJ's tenure now being front as a recent pics. |
Even the senator behind him (Senator Manager from Delta state ) is sleep laughing. |
Splashme:Abeg free the man joor and "take a bow and go" ![]() |
Richie0974:Thank God for them and pray that when you go for interview, they will tell you to "take a bow and go". |
Ushafaiza:Una be Fderal Capital Territory, una still wan be ministers on top. Na only una waka come? How about a deal, Abuja should relinquish FCT status and get a ministerial slot of its choice? Deal or no deal? |
murphyibiam15:I never said he was in PDP. |
StepTwo:It's called MINORITY meaning anyone who is the least represented in numbers and PDC is automatically the minority in the house. Case study is Ebonyi state house of assembly where Labour Party is the minority with one member Ms. Nde Nwachi and she was automatically the minority leader. He will lead PDP members except politics is played. |
So does it mean Nnamani will now be the minority leader and not Akpabio of PDP? |
During Sunday service, God's oracle Apostle Johnson Suleman revealed the mind of God concerning Nigeria and senate president in particular. "I saw in a vision the current senate president removed. I want us to pray because if that happens, there will be problem. Like i tell some of this people, there is a remedy for every prophecy, if you can pray it can be handled. I saw the senate president of Nigeria removed, that's the vision i saw and i asked the Lord what's going on? And the Lord said to me if that should be allow to happen there'll will be problem....problem to the extent the president cannot rule, cannot do anything...everywhere problem. As for Nigeria, it can never divide..................." He also prayed for the unity of Nigeria. Whether you like Buhari or not, hate Saraki or not, you're a member of APC, PDP, APGA etc etc Pray for Nigeria. |
jomoh:That new saying of yours is totally wrong because many have learned and many are still learning but yet lacks knowledge. So stick to the bible version. |
jabbok:It is because the full meaning of NNPC is NIGERIAN NATIONAL(meaning it's for all Nigerians and since Abuja represent all Nigerians, hence the headquarters is situated there.) Petroleum Corporation and not Niger Delta Petroleum Corporation which could've made it a must for the headquarters to be sighted in Niger Delta; same way NDDC headquarter is in Port Harcourt because it's called NIGER DELTA Development Commission. So the problem lies with the name and not the location because when Lagos was the capital, NNPC corporate headquarters was in Lagos. If tomorrow, the capital of Nigeria is move to Maiduguri, so shall NNPC be move to Sambisa as long as it bears the name NIGERIAN NATIONAL.... I hope that answers your question. |
Buhari have no intention of appointing 36 ministers at once. His well orchestrated plan is to hope senate approved this 1st batch and there after he will send the next one in two years time to replace this 1st batch of ministers. Senators must reject this incomplete trickish list. |
DaBullIT:Nobody complained because it was their "oyel" money they used in paying them. Since the amnesty money given to Niger Delta came from their "oyel", i hope amnesty money from Boko Haram will also come from the sell of groundnut because if Buhari's plan is to used Niger Delta Money to sponsor ISIS and alqada in Nigeria, he's in for the shock of his life. As am writing this, Asari and co have returned back to creek and are busy recruiting in the street of Port Harcourt and its environs. |
