Osibanjo as a Christian ran with Buhari a moslem to even out power in government within the two most popular regions in Nigeria. The fact is that there are 66 govt vehicles parked inside Rochas compound as we speak. Replacing them will cost the new govt billions and it won't be economical to do that since the state has a lot of debt incurred by Rochas govt. So recovery becomes the best option for now. Almost all the new govt appointees are moving on their personal cars. Even the new governor comes from his personal bungalow residence because the governor's lodge was stripped bare.

So if Rochas stole 66 government vehicles, u recover them by using thugs.
If he has enough evidence, Emeka is a sitting governor, why not use court order to impound those vehicles pending court decision.

Wasn’t the contractor (Julius Berger) primed and ready to go the second the airport was shut? Wasn’t Kaduna airport designated as an alternative, and billions spent on it to bring it up to standard (of course this was a sly way of making it int’l through the back door)? Wasn’t the Kaduna-Abuja expressway fixed as a consequence? Weren’t arrangements made for the protection of travellers shuttling between Kaduna and Abuja?

Our elite should have forced the evil Buhari gov’t to put the necessary logistics and safety measures in place before shutting down that airport

Nobody knows how long it will take them to award the contract and how long it will take the contractor to start the job not to talk of how long it will take them to finish it, test-run it and finally commission it for use.

FG closed an airport even before awarding a contract to repair and renovate the runway.
The State governors pleaded for a little time so that citizens will not suffer cos of the abrupt closure, FG refused.
