you stay days in SA already on your visa check the day that was put on your visa that is the day the Immigration offie will give u to use in the comuntry but have been hear about people who extend it after then enter the country, but i dont know if that still work again o

Hii @collinsfbi pls help. I applied for South African tourist visa and got it. I got a 3 months multiple entry visa. I intended to stay for 7days as I stated in my application letter, but now i will like to spend more time in SA cause of work holiday. I will like to spend more time within the 3months visa issued me. Please is there a legal way I can do this and not have issues when next I'm applying/extending.

I don't have info on conferences, but I am sure they will start announcing soon.

Then we wait on US Embassy in NG to also announce the full resumption of interview appointments.

Hi Guys, I applied for a study permit on December 1st, Yesterday I got a message that my visa application has been processed and is ready for collection. I had my interview on Tuesday and I was refused visa ,I think it was entirely my fault as I answered all the questions with monosyllabic responses … I didn’t try to convince the vo… he asked what I do and I said ‘video editor ‘ he asked my purpose for visit and I said vacation lmao… could I have done better? Yes ofcos as I have travelled to many countries including Uk and Canada before.. all I wanted to do was spend 2 weeks vacation in us since I had never been there before. I’m married with a 4 year old kid but hubby was going to allow me go for vacation alone to blow off some steam after working so hard. I was denied based on the fact that i didn’t have strong ties which is ridiculous, would I leave my 4 year old kid behind and abscond? I intend to reapply and even if I get denied again, it won’t be because I didn’t do my best cos I knew I could have done better… the feeling of inadequacy makes me so sad and hunts me

My visa application was denied yesterday. It was stated my bank statement transactions lacked credibility. I supported the application with my business documents and account balance was 4m+... I was disappointed to get a refusal letter yesterday. Planning to reapply tho or what do you guys think? Is SA now accepting receipts as proof of transactions?

Funny story.
After successfully scheduling appointment for March 24th, i got an email after about 4 hours that my appointment has been cancelled.

A review of my profile still shows either cancel appointment or reschedule appointment.

If i go to the embassy like that, will i still be able to attend the interview?

It should not be that much of a problem. Simply fill a new DS-160 form and update your profile with the new application number. You will be fine

I had my B1/b2 interview in Abuja today.
Gave birth in 2018 in Houston, renewed in 2019 even though the hospital I used is one of the low cost ones listed.
I didn’t use the 2 years visa I renewed in 2019 that expired January 2021.
Thought that will matter as I hear people say if you don’t use a visa, it matters.
The officer asked me where I was headed and I told him.
He asked why? I replied that I am going for vacation with my toddler.
He asked, what I do for a living, if I am married and what my husband does.
After typing he said my passport will be ready in 5 days.
I said thank you and left.
I hope this will help someone.

the last time I visited the embassy was 2017.

I filled my uncle's wife's application along with mine. they approved her and denied me.
though I was the one that answers all the questions.

you can use same account since it use for the business

The person has been using her personal account to run the business all this while.... does she have to go and open a business account for this purpose?
