There's something such as insinuation. You are indirectly implying that the lady might not be up to the standard her father puts out for her partner. It seems so, because of the question you chose.

If we were to look at that girl now, and it was publicly revealed that she has a high body count, many guys would start dancing, that how dare she ask for a standard she does not deserve. Your guys would be happy. So what else is the intent of your question. We are adults and we know that questions are not always innocent, things are not always white and black.

There's more to this interpretation of mine on your post, and it can be discussed further. But if you don't want to look into it, and if you feel my opinion of your post is offensive to you, then just dismiss it as my personal opinion which you don't agree with.

You guys cannot bear that a woman has standards. You want to be the only ones confident enough to have value for yourselves and standards. Hence pulling out that card of how promiscuous a woman has been when she presents herself with a self appreciative value.

Why not learn to be happy for women with standards along with yourselves? You can't stand a woman you don't rate trying to hold herself up and do better in her choices. It's scary, as if you have the right to judge and tell another human being what they deserve based on your perception of them.

You allow people envious opinions detect how you live? In all these, how did your husband react to it? If you two had discussed it and stuck together, you would have not bulged.

Husband is very immune to all these. His facial expression alone makes people understand not to mess with him. He doesn't give a rats ass what they think. He can be very hard, always told me not to associate, keep it at greeting and go my way. That these people, some of them aren't human again. It seems exaggerated, but that's the way they reason, like pests and demons rather than humans, though a few amongst them are still well behaved and caring.

Because I'm not used to that kind of challenge, I got upset many times, but I'm stronger from every experience.

The people kept at it low key. I don't want to go into details but I've been out of their reach for a while now thanks to hubs, and it has given me peace.

There is no such thing as trying to follow God, it is either they are following or they are not. Some of us sees how difficult is it to follow religion, God or be righteous and we chose to be unbelievers. There are no half way to righteousness, it is either they are or they are not. We can only believe there is a half way if we are not truthful to ourselves atleast. Which is what all these so called pastors are, not honest to themselves.

Are the pastors infallible because they follow God? Addressed to your second paragraph.

Citizens refusing to follow religious figureheads blindly and seeing those figureheads can be vulnerable doesn't mean that when courts rule, they are judgemental. Reply to your first paragraph.

No, I'm not supporting them but I don't want to be judgemental. You know there are these people who never believe what they preach and constantly do opposite until they are caught, and others who are actually trying to follow God despite temptation but still genuinely failed at resisting. Those two are different.

Also, I'm discouraging people from looking at them like God's, which they often do. Recognize their vulnerability and protect yourself.

I have a female friend that has seen things. She used to be wild before turning to a church girl. And somehow, those promiscuous pastors can tell. This girl has given a pastor head in his car before, and has slept with another in a hotel room. Pastors do crazy things just like every regular guy out there.

Yes, we shouldn't have lofty expectations of them. They preach holiness but they are just human like us and we should try to pray for them and avoid tempting scenarios with them.

You haven't seen pastors act like perverts one on one with you.

Heck you haven't seen training pastors with all the flair act strange, and it's only you that knows that they have that side.

I would never believe it again if a group of people classified me as weird and odd. People are all doing things before closed doors and nobody but them knows the extent.

Stop trusting people because they got a religious outlook or title. Get to know people before you judge and be careful, regardless of what anyone says about them.

For me, beating and rough handling killed me mentally and psychologically. I remember feeling more helpless and worthless with each beating from home. Resolve and self respect became water. I became so fluid and bendable and it extended into my adulthood.

I remember feeling like a dude more and more on the two occasions my female teacher slapped me extremely hard in front of the class for mistakenly handing her something with my left hand. I remember feeling unloved and respect and dignity exited my body when the entire class was just silent and nobody did anything. I just know she stopped. That was jss1. She might have been warned privately but nobody came to my front and defended me from her. I know I would have felt more human and dignified with rights if they did.

This is really bad. If these rituals work, the effect should be immediate now. He shouldn't even have been caught if the powers are real. You'll see someone killing another person for power and yet get caught so helplessly, it means all these claims of power are fake.

I've had supernatural experiences before, so I know these things exist but it seems that these native doctors don't know what they are doing. All these failures make me doubt if these supernatural things really exist and if I wasn't having mental breakdowns at some point..

How can a person that doesn't know what he's doing tell someone to kill another person when he's not sure it will work, that's severe stupidity.

It's very important for mental health. That space and at least decency in the state of the place. Even if you are in a small space, if you can just paint it, it's okay.

Honestly environment affects your mind. Even those claiming hard guy living in spaces not meant for humans are badly affected. They start behaving like animals. That's what causes thís unnatural rugged personality. Let people live in good spaces so that they can remain human.

Two things.

Either they were actually very lucky with the new person (this world doesn't have a manual, nor is it Nollywood), that is, the new person was truly all they asked for. They actually fell in love with each other and have a successful life with the new person, so there's no lesson they would learn. This scenario is rare.

Or, they were unfortunate with the new person, but not much. It wasn't serious enough to teach a lesson. It wasn't serious enough to cause deep trauma and pain to the extent that they see new people the way I stated in my last post. That's why they keep going back. If the new better person really deals with you, almost destroys everything about your life, you will certainly repent.

I have different sets of twos.

1. Data and good food.

2. Light to watch nice movies and good food.

3. A beautiful spacy environment, and every other resource to make me happy.

4. Work from home that will let me earn in comfort, and good food for the family.

Not if they've seen shege.

If you haven't fallen into that hole before, following someone else because you think they are better, only to suffer terribly for that, yeah you'll skip right up to that new golden person and fall for them even if you don't want to.

But if you've made that mistake and seen pure hell, you will never try it again. In fact when you see the so called 'better', you will do one of the following:

a. Run with slippers on your head and pass.
b. Revoke the devil and pass.
c. Laugh very hard and pass, saying to yourself, 'not today, devil.'

Better people, especially when you have a partner, are mirages. Harmful mirages. Put water in your mouth and taste hot sand instead.

I like the Yoruba type that comes with sugar on it and no soup/sauce.
