toba: Seun, as i posited earlier, if indeed you're on the verge of appointing new mods,(cos u said Jesoul was/is inactive) please appoint reasonable people that would not make you regret doing so.
Now on Nl we have different christians. the anti tithe, anti trinity, anti giving and pro everything. Make sure you dont appoint a bisaed person that the other party would feel cheated. Appoint neutral christians.
Like Lagoshia would say in the islam section, the sunnis are cheating the shia muslims.
Also dont appoint immature newbie, except the oldies that knows well about the politics of nairaland 2005-2008. Both Jesoul and MMW were part of the old generation and they did well. A_K_O recommended Jesoul in 2010 and she hasn't done badly at all.
Here is a list of few unbiased Christians that may be considered
1 Enigma
2) Anony

As a businessman, try not to offend the vast majority of your customers.Kindly learn from what happened to Hitv and some of other bigger brands of old.
If you loose customer loyalty, people will will port whenever the next competitor shows off.
Secondly I have read people recomending Frosbel for the mod job.Never make that mistake except you want pygru to leave this forum
I will recomend you go with popular opinion here and reinstate manmuswac. You might be the CE0 here but your customers can make or mar you.If majority of posters here get disenchanted with you then you are done for.
Don't play onm xtian emotions by trying to demonise manmuswas by saying he was only pushing anti-xtian treads to the fb.We xtians are not complaining,we re happy with him. |

Romans 16: 17. Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.

bizmahn: Topic is on point. The devil in his last days efforts is dishing out a lot of contrary revelations to decieve & destroy the redeemed children of God.It takes deep purity & strong discernment from God to track the true ones.A christian that lacks these graces must rely on the bible alone. 100 likes |

End time tinz John 16:13 King James Version (KJV) 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.^^ ...it's the spirit that will guide into all truth not some concocted revelations by people who allegedly died and came back to life. You are a christain? You want to stay focused? Then avoid those revelations! The Bible is complete!2 Peter 1:19 King James Version We have also a more sure word of prophecy; where unto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: Most of those revelations are false, demonic and meant to cause confusion and discouragement. Are christians being disobedient to civil authorities if they do protest? |
Politics › Re: Nigeria Must Break Up To Enjoy Peace by Pygru: 8:15am On Aug 01, 2013 |
evil666: A renowned prophet and the founder of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has said the only condition for Nigerians to enjoy tranquility, politically and economically, is for the country to break up.
Primate Ayodele, while speaking at the third annual distinguished inaugural lecture organised by the Fellowship of Christian Ministers Nigeria (FCMN), held in Lagos, at the weekend, said the clamoured zoning system in the political system had never worked for the unity of the country.
He also warned that President Goodluck Jonathan should not be deceived into contesting the 2011 presidential election, saying that he (Jonathan) was not the expected Messiah.
“Jonathan should leave the stage, he will not do anything good. How many months will it take him to restore power in Nigeria? For how long should Christians pray for Nigerian government? There is no need for prayer again. The only solution is to break up,” he said.
While speaking on the theme of the lecture, Nigeria nation at 50: the impact of the church challenges of the future, Primate Ayodele, who described the country as an adult baby at 50, lambasted former President, Olusegun Obasanjo.
Primate Ayodele described the eight-year tenure of the former president as the worst period that the Yoruba race had ever experienced.
According to him, “zoning system will alter the plan of God for the nation, it will not help us. What did Obasanjo do to improve the Yoruba race? Obasanjo insulted Christian leaders, did he apologise? Will Obasanjo family be ever poor again? Check the percentage of Yoruba race that are still poor, still Obasanjo ruled this country for eight years.”
While fielding questions from newsmen, Primate Ayodele noted that most Christian leaders had traded their integrity, adding that Christians were more of the problem of the country than the solutions.
Speaking on the current position of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Primate Ayodele said the leaders had failed woefully in their responsibility.

fluxbush: @alexleo,I know it might sound unbelievable but I was there,in the church, when this 'confession' was taking place. Funny enough, the testimonies on that fateful service, were mostly connected to the CDs and how it affected many people. Quite a number of people came out to testify how they watched the 'demonic' CD and became insane instantly. It took the grace of the god of chosen for them to regain their senses(according to them). These testimonies made the GO declare that no one must buy those CDs or run the risk of insanity. You can imagine the haste at which the members who already owned those CDs,destroyed and burnt their copies. All these propaganda makes me feel unsettled and uneasy in the spirit. The new thing is to say to anyone who tries to talk you out of the church,' I am a chosen,I cannot be deceived. Sounds like hogwash to me. peteregwu, Is the bolded true |
