From Nigeria's perspective, Onsite is usually better if there is poor light and internet condition but if the devs are not having those issues then remote is better.

I just think working in groups encourages collaboration vs working alone. I prefer to work in a workspace than from home, but because of Multiple screens and switching systems, I have to stay at home. That is my own personal opinion.

Remote, but onsite is better because some dev abuse the remote privilege.

try Zoho Mail or you can buy a host that comes with free mail, but you can also buy from Google too, but Zoho is cheaper.

Ha I see it could one of those Nigerian hosts wahala, I used to use WhoGoHost and it would always crash, I use Bluehost now, but na USD dem they charge me, but it is way better than most of the Nigerian hosting.

There is an error on your WordPress application, to fix:

you have to enable WP_DEBUG in config.php or from your CPanel allows PHP Errors to be displayed

my advice still stands, outsource it to a WordPress Engineer on this forum to fix it for you, it is technical and you could crash your site.

if your host provides you with logs, you can also read the logs to find the error.
