peterincredible: Sorry Bros but I have to ask u I have used react and currently using Vue js and I can tell u I have forgotten most of the things I know when I was working with react but you work with several frameworks and several programming languages how do u even keep up with every thing at the same time Good question, every framework has a paradigm, so I try to understand it. React is written to be Component based, Props and States, Redux for updating state and props globally once you have a basic understanding it is easy to grasp things. But I have a very strong JavaScript knowledge and also knowledge of how these frameworks compile/transpile to JS. Once you have that understanding, the rest is just syntax and libraries. As for other programming languages, the more you code in them, you more you get familiar with them. But I am not an expert at every language, I just remember some syntax and consult the documentation when I need to. no one can cram everything |

This is the Application built in Svelte one thing you need to know about Svelte
1. routes on the browser are mapped to folder like Nuxt.JS 2. Script , Style and template is all that is required for a Svelte Component 3. Stores are observable 4. Svelte runs with Sapper which is SSR in nature 5. Svelte is reactive, it is built with reacitivty in mind 6. Svelte has no VirtualDOM 7. Svelte is not complex as React, by far the easiest framework to get into
Here is a screenshot of what Svelte Code looks like

Johnmattee: AST is analogous to JSX in React Hmmm you know I have never thought about it that way, but I think I agree, because JSX is broken into token and mapped to function, so definetely something is parsing JSX. I will have to agree, they are somewhat comparable. |
Programming › Re: My Journey Into Svelte Development by qtguru(op): 2:36pm On Apr 11, 2022 |
It is JavaScript , but it uses AST to generate JS code for your application. so whatever you write is compiled into JS |

iExplore: I met this girl late last year. We got talking and connected real fast. Fast forward to early this year - I asked her out on a date, which she said yes to.
On the date night, I opened up to her about my feelings for her. I told her I love her (I meant it, for real) and would like to be in an open relationship with her.
She giggled for a while, paused, looked straight to my face and told me "I don't do open relationships".
To cut the story short, she reluctantly agreed after I convinced her by educating her of the benefits. She's a sweetheart, no cap.
So guys, can you be in an open relationship with someone you love? No. It's never ends well |

airsaylongcome: @qtguru your chat app mattermost? Yes we took Mattermost sourcecode and I built my application around theirs, so it's an EDX fused with Mattermost, so while the LMS is EDX, we will use the MatterMost screens for the communication platform. I had to read their source code and build around that. It was mega demanding and stressful but still achieved it. |

tosinhtml: Bro let's not lie, React Native is super complex and at this point, I won't recommend anyone to learn it.
Initially in 2019, i was regretting not learning it early because a lot of foreign startups were paying a ton for the skill set, I felt really backward and frustrated that I haven't learnt it yet. Fast forward to 2021, I have had many friends use React Native moving from iOS or Android Native development and I can tell you they all complained, most of them moved to Flutter or got back with Native Mobile dev.
Every new startup I see now are going the Flutter way, they want performace optimizations, they simply want peace of mind.
Companies like Shopify are stuck with React Native because they started quite early with it, so they want to optimize it and also keep using their Javascript devs. If Shopify was to start a new project, I can bet that they wouldn't go with React Native.
It is amazing how Facebook forced it down our throats because it somewhat had React style of writing attached to it, what is point of using a Framework that makes you cry or look incompetent every day. I agree, React Native has been a frustrating experience for me, sadly this was a project that was thrown to me, personally I want to move to Flutter/Native for personal projects. But shopify is working bringing the tech that renders in Flutter in React Native. but personally React Native is not for me. I will rather go the Native route and just use a Native framework for development. Tosyno baba |

POSmecrhant: I'm currently working in fintech as sales person with a six digit salary.
I have won several award both regionally and nationwide in various positions held in the company. But don't know why other companies keep turning down my application, because I have a plan to switch job but not in a rush though.
Some of the HR will even chat me on LinkedIn and go incommunicado afterwards, while some will tell me the have seen a more suitable candidate.
This declining in my applications could this has to do with my course of study ?
Because I read Computer science and I'm in sales company for like 6 years now Foreign or Local company ? |
