Well the wise president of Nigeria has spoken through this ever so sensible man. So I'm guessing very soon we should expect to see this documentary. Also that Patience is very peaceful and will never invite violence or insult anyone. So assuming so is just foolish and wrong. |

He's right. There's a brilliant competent government in Nigeria, they don't need help. They'll use the money to wisely and find the girls when they're good and ready. |

He forgot himself. Jonathan can only try his nonsense with Nigerians within Nigeria. Anyone further and you are submitting yourself to international ridicule and embarrassment. Don't forget he will still end up living in a foreign country with the looted monies.
Meanwhile I'm sure Nigerians are happy about this. Being how they are n all . . . . . . |

golamike: What amazes me is the way the so called leaders of tomorrow accept/support what is clearly unacceptable and immoral just because who/the party they support is involved. Even if you support GEJ or GMB, does that change the fact that no sane government upholds the nomination of an individual with questionable character for any public office. Can't our youths be objective for once? I pity our future generations if we continue in this foolishness. Posterity will judge everyone! They've not only been rendered financially wretched but socially and psychologically wretched too. They can't really think objectively because they don't have basis to do so. |

Montaque: good. We all heard of the great things he did in Ekiti State. The "serious business" assigned to him by the president to come and execute in Ekiti... It should make you sad You don't think that will just be wasting my own time? Time that I can spend improving my life and those of my family by moving them out of the country ASAP. No I won't be sad, Nigerians are happy and it's business as usual. Opposing it is a waste of time and energy. |

Congratulations on your appointment, you will live and last long in office to continue the works you have been doing.
Nigerians are clearly so intelligent and the wisest of all and it shows in the state of the country.

ROSSIKE: Start a new thread to discuss education and roads. And no, Jonathan does not fix primary schools. Not his job. When last did you visit a "federal school''? So the transformation of Nigeria and therefore the improvement of 170million lives hsould be determined on the basis of Airport refurbishments? You have only called to attention the state of the presidents misplaced priorities, why didn't he pay such attention to the trains? Why didn't he pay such attention to security? Why didn't he pay such attention to electricity? Oil production? Transparency? The judiciary? |

ROSSIKE: You do realise those generally are the responsibility of state govts - assuming you actually know the difference? Are the federal schools the responsibility of the state governments too? Or the federal roads which state governments have been forced to fix at their own expense? That aside, please tell me what the purpose of a state government is in the face of a nationwide educational crisis? To the extent that people now travel to Ghana for education? |

blackandbold: ur governor..true indeed.fayose is remarkably unrefined with dominant exhibition of agbero gene in terms of verbal and behavioral display. any right thinking mam will know and understand who fayose is and his kind of being.he has history of this kind of attitude that several others on account of which he was lawfully inpeached in his previous tenure.infact in countries where things work...I meam where rule of law is being followed and where anti corruption bodies are effective...fayose is not, I repeat is not legally supposed to even contest for amy political office until 10years after initial impeachment. .besides he still has cases in court but unfortunately in nigeria..even if u are an internationally convicted criminal. .the presidency in his good pleasure can endorse u for a political office..imagine in nigeria.so dont come here and yan dust..am an ekiti man..and at present fayose is oweing me at least one outstanding salary and many others in the state. anyway u dont. sound like some1 who has adequaute knowlegde of what goes on in ekiti sha. let ur campaign be isue based please not to be based on nonsensical side attractions. mandella and ronald reegan were ild man when they were presidential element of change in their respective countries. .so do come here and display ur collective ignorance.look amd study the outside world amd see how things are being run in a progressive manner.no womder nothing works in nigeria for more a while now. una go suffer.na austerity measure go starve most of una.mtwee I found it and you are right - I am actually in awe of this happening on yoruba territory. You don't know much thats why you are talking. Fayose is nothing but a rogue who has no respect for law or lives. He is uncouth devoid of sense and does nothing but terrorize people that oppose him. What project is Fayose initiating abeg? Please just google Fayemis projects and look at the difference. The man had a vision and a plan and no one should fault that. |

hush15: Interesting,
So it's a federal government thing. So how much is FG owing Aregbesola cos the last time I checked, there was no outstanding. What is the function of the governor if he can't devise creative means to pay and receive accolades at the expense of the FG? That it had to result to strike. It only shows that The governor is incompetent. It is every bodies thing, if the FG is not paying the state should go and find the money. I do not in anyway advocate withholding peoples salaries and disrupting their livelihoods. I 100% agree with you - if he cannot look after his people he should quit and allow someone competent to take over! |
