Imanuelle:lol are they expensive? |
I like Amaechi, he's the only man that comes out to face his crticizers. Even Fashola doesn't speak up when questions are asked of his governance, and he's such a politician with answers to everything! Inc a whole chunk of $$$ in his pocket ![]() |
blakky97:This is why the Nigerian police are soo brutal and they transfer their aggression on to innocent helpless people. How much are they being paid that they should now face getting shot, on top of that they are not given the resources they need to fight crime. When they die their families are not compensated. The little resources they have they prefer to terrorize people with it ie their heavy handedness and unnecessary use of teargas. The same yesterday MOPOL at a bank in lagos brutally beat one young boy only lawd knows if he's still alive. If not for the robbery that will be the trending news in lagos. |
I just don't understand why they will be shooting like that! When we see the gun we will not disturb you! Why are nigerian armed robbers soo bloody ruthless! RIP to the girl, she seems young as well! It's actually too sad. |
If Amaechi catches these people ehn lol.. I'm surprised the school hasn't shut down. There are better schools in PH now?? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGCt13PHJds https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kcbD1wlbRkA coming from this: http://www.hrw.org/reports/2007/nigeria0107/6.htm Governor Amaechi is a don |
Imanuelle:I like it about him - he's modest. He hasnt changed since his union days. Nigerians have this problem - you will prefer him to steal all the money and be ostentatious? |
deletrue:I pity you and your people - waffling like an incoherent animal. tell me what recommendation in the report will stop them from doing anything, describe the contents of the confab report that will change this? Explain what exactly Jonathan will do? |
deletrue:The stupidity, clearly this one knows absolutely nothing about the contents or its intentions. Please tell me what recommendation in the report will stop them from milking what they did not produce? #ashiweray |
This is serious |
Mrbigman1:Nigeria. . . .. . . . . |
Khalessi:is the uniform political? I dont mean GEJs outfit i mean everyone else. What kind of stock exchange enforces uniform? kilode! |
must we nationalise everything? Why are these guys in uniform? |
I don't remember anybody being consulted on who exactly is going to represent them at this conference. This report needs to be scrapped and a referendum take place isolated to regions that share common interests so the North can't come with their majority nonsense and silence the needs of the masses. APC shouldn't sink to Jonas level with the confab nonsense. Instead they need to tell us whether or not they agree the current settings are unfeasible and propose how exactly they will help with the restructuring. I am quite frankly fed up. |
robosky02:No energy spent the hatred is natural. I'm enjoying the luxury of decent governance please tell me what you are enjoying? |
deletrue:Tribalism has blinded your eyes and blocked your nose. Jonathan did very well to rile you up by making people waste time at the Confab, just go and listen to the people that went. Have you even looked at the details of the recommendations? If anything it's the northern interests that dominate it. Even with that, Jonathan after calling people together to provide recommendations, set up another committee to provide recommendations on the recommendations . Please does this man sound like he's interested in implementing any Confab? Don't be silly, if anything there should be another SS man you can vote for but don't delude yourself with the confab nonsense. |
Fellonigerians:what other country has an official office of the first lady? |
Fellonigerians:You do know there is actually nothing to scrap? Except for whatever Patience has created. It's not an official office or position. |
dein77:hmmm - your community. Are we sure it's your community and not 5 leagues down? ![]() Because we hear this argument alot - and a lecture at Brown university exposed the rogues that kept shouting my oil (ie the militant leaders) only ended up in the creeks looking to slaughter one another. Maybe this is a SS thing - see I will only claim I own anything is 1. It is sitting on top of my dads lands or 2. We are affected by this said thing. If oil was found in my village but 2 miles from my home - I cannot lay claim to it because it is not my fathers land. All this our oyel our oyel is very suspect #imjussayin. |
Fellonigerians:she should do it with her own money. The office should be scrapped. If she wants to do wonderful things she can join the UN |
robosky02:I apologize - I'm unable to contain the hatred I have for the woman! |
If they could attack and teargas him the Governor I'm sure his brother is small fish. Patience is just trying to show him what she can do. The guy better remove himself from school and come back when all is settled. |
QuotaSystem:See this - I don't agree. The oil belongs to the people whose lands are being ravished by the exploitation. When Sanusi and Madueke were arguing about who the missing money belongs to I caught something. That the argument was actually more to do with WHO was stealing rather than what was stolen. At the end of all this - the people who are suffering the most are not even central to these conversations. People just assume because someone is south south they are automatically from oil producing areas. Some people are bathing in acidic water - starving because they can no longer farm and dying because there are no hospitals built to cater to them. I don't see how you can lay claim to such when you've made no sacrifices for it. |
LOL I will have agreed with the protest if the claim is actually true (it's most likely a lie) AND if the protesters were actually from the communities that need the positions. I have come to realize that most of the people shouting OUR OIL don't come from oil producing regions and those selected to represent them never have their interests at heart. |
alaoeri:By this we can deduce that Nigeria is full of insane people ![]() |
lecturerdabo:he's half yoruba and half Deltian, I see nothing wrong with him wanting to pursue his ambition. He pursued political ambitions, it's not as if he switched from party to party so please tell me how he betrayed his principle? People just talk nonsense for the sake of talking, nothing you wrote here discredits him. |
tonychristopher:LOL no be so? How can indians come and be doing Nigerians anyhow? |
Misogynist2014:Thats the point,It's not actually a position! She has just made herself one!!! It will need to be written in the constitution just to make it clear THERE SHALL BE NO OFFICE OF FIRST LADY, IF YOU WANT ONE YOU FUND IT YOURSELF. SHE SHALL HAVE NO POWERS OR AUTHORITY. SHE OR EVEN HE SHALL REMAIN A CUSTOMARY APPENDAGE ![]() |
Is it that easy to hire marketers? I wouldn't mind hiring some myself in that case. @post - ideally they will have done a market survey before hiring marketers to either waste their time or get themselves blown up. Even a security analysis first and probably clearance from regional security agencies before sending anyoen there. Otherwise if anything happens while you are on the job your family should sue them to Timbuktu |
Misogynist2014:Lol Wole Soyinka described her as a 'customary appendage' most 'first ladies' are travelling round the world seeking initiatives that will better the lives of the minorities. This one diverts funding illegally for her own gain, controls security forces and harasses democratically elected governors. But the Nigerians like it that way abeg. |
PassingShot:The Nigeria of our dreams will probably only ever be in our dreams. I pity the people that died fighting for democracy in Nigeria. It's really not a country worth dying for. I also have faith in the opposition and subsequent process that should push the leaders to accountability, but given the attitude of these people, making a positive change will only be met with constant criticism. It seems depriving them and claiming they simply cannot have it better is an easier way to control them. |
I doubt it. Please post a video let's see it. Who stole he money sec. Was the case never taken to court? There shoul . ran investigation! |
timunstopable:Funny enough I've only been hearing that statement from Jonathan's henchmen. And this isn't 2nd hand there's videos on YouTube with them saying it confidently. People are threatening to terrorize Nigerians and they remain supporting them. |
