dammybrite:When you provoke or dare your boss, he fires you! If your woman is too much and you cannot communicate effectively with her, Maybe its time for a divorce.. not head injury! |
Fundango:Abi ooh...Its even much better if the man knows how to work it in the bedroom.... It will be explosive!! |
cr7lomo:The stereotypical woman talk too much.. lets hit them lol! What about the various men who have talkative wives but don't hit them.. do they have two joysticks? What happened to your own mouth? Why don't you use it to call her to order? Besides, Nigerian women are the most submissive and respectful women out there, they respect their marriages a lot. Because you see patience ozokwor acting in a movie abusing her husband does not mean that most women do. Do you fight everybody that disrespects you? Why only your wife? |
ayoola648:personal insults! So you cannot come up with a comprehensive and thought out response?? I weep for you! |
DeRay98:When a bus touts/agbero dares you , you men will cower and hide but when a woman talks backs , you strike because you know you can win! Abusive men are cowards! |
cr7lomo:Going straight to personal insult because you cannot counter my argument...Classic!! I win! |
sauceEEP:Yes, a head injury which can cause brain aneurysm and death makes me crazy! |
geeben112:What's my age? |
Orikinla:Not a bad advice, if she is a stay at home mom! |
DeRay98:I am not a teenager, dared him how?... pls! So a woman deserved physical abuse because she did something wrong? I shudder when I see women and children being abused! Dared him so much that she got a head injury?? When you spend nights in the hospital because of physical abuse, come and tell me what stupid dare it is. |
My daughter, you see this your husband? He is aVery Very bad Advice! Look, my own mother suffered abuse in the hands of her husband after doing heaven and earth for him. You know what my mother told me one day? She sat me down and said, "Raayah. My husband does not love me, If he did, he will not abuse me like this for no reason". Weeks after that, She moved out and hasn't looked back. She is planning to return the dowry to his people very soon. Life is so much better for her. No more spending nights at the hospital,(Yes, that's how serious the physical and mental abuse was), no more tears.. Life is good! If you choose to stay with an abusive man because of the "children" or because you cannot "live independently", then say so. Don't tell women to stay with men with abusive men.. Same advice for men, don't stay with abusive women. They can kill She dared him by doing what? How many of you will fight an agbero who dares you, or a man who disrespects you, Not a lot! But when it comes to your wife, she does something wrong, you decide to give her head injury! All of you justifying this abuse are cowards, yes I said it! |

I am responding to this post as a career orientated and Independent woman. 1.Can you start a life with a man in one room a.k.a FACE ME I FACE YOU? Yes, I dated a young man living in face me I face you with his parents while my family was middle class.I even sent him money when he was broke. We broke up because I moved. For some women, its not possible for them to marry such guys because its difficult for them to run into such people in the first place . Their social circle does not extend that far. Just like female Celebrities that marry rich guys, its not because they are picky. Its simply because these are the men they meet. Another reason, women do like men who can provide for them- its a natural thing .so most women will find someone who can take care of them. 2.Can you marry a struggling man who has no regular job? A man without a job or struggling. It depends really! Are you sitting at home watching TV 24/7 or are you out there trying to get a Job or business. Also, If I bring in the income, are you willing to keep up with the housework and perform duties as a stay at home dad. A marriage is a life commitment and I will reconsider if a man will be a financial drain. Your point about maybe his business blows or not, It does not matter. If a relationship is not working out for you, it isn't. 3.Can you have a very low budget marriage?: Yes I can! This is because I don't like being the center of attention. If you and your fiancee want a flamboyant wedding.. go for it . If you don't want it, then don't do it. People in the real world communicate! 4.Can you marry a man who loves you but is not your preferred spec?:Marriage is a life-long commitment. You cannot go into it with a person whose flaws you cannot accept. Its like going to the market to buy a shoe, you keep trying it and walking with it to see if the shoe fits! Why would I marry a man who does not fit me? The only thing i will say is that you should not be unrealistic. But if a man/woman has a major flaw that you cannot accept better to move on. 5.Can you marry a man with a wide age gap to you: Marrying someone that is Significantly older than you is not really convenient. Especially when its much younger and much older. A 20 year old woman and a 40 year old man have nothing in Common. There are usually regrets. Barring unforeseen circumstances, It's likely you will become his nurse, sexual libido will be very different. Both of you cannot retire together, his friends are way older than yours and same with their wives too, It will be harder to make couple friends, power inbalance etc.. This one is your choice |
Bros... can she dish food? Don't make mistake and marry out of love. Marry a woman who will"serve" you. |
ALISMILE:I wonder how some people will choose to get into a life commitment without checking their compatibility with their partner in this day and age. When you are starting a serious relationship with somebody, sex is very important to talk about. If a man prefers virgins, be honest and say so! Nobody's time will be wasted If there are some defects in your sexual organs.. say so! If you are planning to wait to have sex until marriage.. say so! ... It's not rocket science! |
There is nothing wrong if a spouse chooses to provide for the other! |
charsola:No |
tpiander:No |
Dygeasy:middle of the u.s |
MarvellousGod:lol.. i know.. |
Dygeasy:what's funny |
PapaNnamdi:i am trying to be discreet. |

On the eve of his visit to the United States, Pope Francis blasted religious institutions who are exploiting tax loopholes to make money instead of helping the needy. In an interview with a Portuguese Catholic broadcaster, the Pope discussed the need for Christians to fight the temptation of the ‘God of money’, into which many religious institutions often fall. He then called out those institutions that have opted to enter into other industries while exploiting a legal loophole to keep from paying taxes on their business enterprise operating under the guise of doing “God’s work.” “Some religious orders say ‘No, now that the convent is empty we are going to make a hotel and we can have guests, and support ourselves that way, or make money.’ Well, if that is what you want to do, then pay taxes! A religious school is tax-exempt because it is religious, but if it is functioning as a hotel, then it should pay taxes just like its neighbor. Otherwise it is not fair business.” This statement from the leader of the Catholic Church is part of his continuing call for the Church to set an example and create change in what he has continuously referred to as a “bad and unjust economic system,” that continues to maximize profits at the expense of the masses. In America, it is estimated that churches would generate $83.5 billion in annual tax revenue if the exemption was lifted on their $600 billion in untaxed properties.
