My question is to those who have passed through the experience or have good knowledge of the UK immigration rule

I'll be clocking one year in the UK under the skilled worker visa this month. The problem is my sponsor have not been Providing work to about 90% of people under their sponsorship, infact I've never received a penny of pay from them. This situation I think made the home office investigate and I know they are under suspension or administrative review but the certificate of sponsorship has not been withdrawn that's why we've not been given the 60 days rule. My personal problem now is that I want to bring in family and don't know if the officer will dig into my info and refuse the application making me loose thousands of pounds for the 4 dependant or if I'm still entitled to bring my dependant as my visa is still intact. Please don't be offended house but kindly indicate if your response is based on experience or knowledge of how the immigration rules work. It happened to me last month, just go to TLS where you did biometric and make sure you are with the collection form given to you on your biometric day, at the gate if ask, just tell them you come for collection. They did not ask me for any collection mail, I left in five minutes with my passport

I also live in Abuja so if you want to get police character. Just go to area 10 at police FCT Command. Got mine there but make sure you don't allow those police outside to help you inflate it. Make sure you enter by yourself, go to the second floor and straight to the end of that floor. If you need me to give you the number of the officer, just contact me and I'll send you her number then you can just call her when you get to the fct command gate

That's alot of money and I suggest you be careful, normally I want to tell you, RUN O, RUN O, ólúwà á má wá pẹ̀lú ẹ̀ but I won't lol.

If you are dedicated enough to go through previous threads here you'll see alot that'll cut off the agent 250,000 fee for care certificate. Just ask questions here if you need more clarification on that here.

Based on the what people go through to get company that'll issue COS, I don't think 150,000 is too much "if" there's refund agreement incase of failure to secure this job, but I doubt you will get any refund, agreement or no agreement, so why not put in the time for "searching and interview" by yourself by still going through this thread and asking questions. Goodluck with that.

And lastly 250,000 for visa assistance, my question is, Is your agent an Entry Clearance Officer (ECO)? Because I do not understand why helping to fill forms is so expensive to the tune of 250,000. A task which you can carry out yourself if you ask questions

Those who have used them should please explain if they are good or I should stay away because I intend to book with them tomorrow with either British Airways or Virgin Atlantic because it seems they are the only two with direct flights to the UK and I do not want to be going through the stress of learning how to apply for transit visa. Sorry but that's wrong, once your employer ticked maintainance. Both you the applicant and dependant does not need proof of funds

You as the main applicant don't need to show prove of fund when summiting your own application, but will have to show prove of fund when summiting your dependant application.

Don't get it twisted, in your case, proof of funds is not your greatest asset to be granted visa. It is your ability to proof you are about to finish your education and not ready to throw 4 years of labour down the drain. Proof to them after your holiday you are coming to finish your education, and you are good to go

Company sent me a successful decision letter on the 4th and since then I've been waiting, my wife advised I should just go to tls contact that the highest they can do is send me back, but I'm feeling wiser than myself showing her the decision letter specifically said I should not go until I got a collection mail. After intense pressure from someone over there with the company this week monday, I realized the company already got collection mail since 5th of this month. So I went to tls and they didn't even ask for the mail but just the collection printout they gave me on my biometric day. So if you have it just go to tls

I made a paid call on Friday on behalf of someone who did biometric on 14th July, and I was told a decision has been made on Wednesday which is 14th September which is exactly 9weeks.. so I was told to wait to be contacted within 10days which I believe we should see a pickup mail this week, so calm you will get a pickup mail latest this week Friday ✌️✌️

Please for those who have called them, what is the charges for the call, if you don't mind giving a breakdown and also the number to call, thanks
