i dont get it... These guys keep reporting to us... Illegal miners, vandals, cabals etc...ok what do they want us to do really? I thought its the job of the govt to put these people in check! Nigeria defies logic!!!

Like a prof once said, our leaders have succeeded in making us hate the world bank/IMF... We now blame them for our own failures. Those guys are not the devil... Our leaders are! These economic institutions are simply doing their job. We hail the president for his foreign trips cos we feel he will lure foreign investors to Nigeria but we despise or wave aside every thing the world bank/IMF says or forecast. But the truth is the foreign investors we are trying to lure rely on the analysis of these organizations.

I don't get! When was the budget padded? Before or after it was submitted to the National assembly? If it was before like we were told, so what is he cross-checking? Was there ever a perfect budget? I tot the padding was done when it was being prepared by the civil servants... Emm.. I'm kind of confused here! Nigeria is becoming too complex to understand o.

What really is the work of govt... In a sane country, we should be the one reporting of vandalism to govt and thus, the govt taking action on it. But in our own case, the govt is the one reporting to us. What do they want us to do? If Harvard decide to study Nigeria as a course, I bet the students will all come out with Failure. This country defies logic!

Seeing so many comments here makes me feel sorry for Nigeria. We really deserve the kind of leaders we have had since 1999. Abike is Buhari's SSA on diaspora.
