wow! How can a country move forward with this kind of mentality na... Its just sad |
funny seeing the name of Lai Mohammed on The list... The man must be like like, all these talk i have been talking nko?... But seriously, this administration needs a kick up its backside cus it seem faulty somewhere |
i am angry with this OP... Go and read about Adam Johnson... Why are we like this in this country, have we nw lost our sense of reasoning? So OP what are you suggestin? What should be done to Yinusa?... All you are saying right nw are after prescriptions. Right nw, he(Yinusa) abducted a minor, whether she consented or not holds no ground her mr man, what he did was terrible. Full stop! You do that to my niece, i will blow off your head. Let me change the name of ur topic, ignorance and lack of knowledge stinks to the high heavens in Nigeria. And right nw, it is smelling all over you! Rubbish!!! |
sometime I just wonder why our leaders are so different from those of other countries |
danites3:he is fighting for hus wife na... If na you marry that fine woman nko?..lol |
jesters all over the place! Nice comic relief tho. Its been a high intense week for us all! But APC self. |
when the herdsmen killed a lot of ppl in Benue state, there was a cynical kind of silence from everywhere, that made me scared... Because i had a feeling we were gonna start having pocket of violence here and there. You may say it is not related but if you ask a security expert he will analyze the relationship to you. Something just isn't right about our country at the moment. There seems to be a lacklustre atitude towards the lives of people. |
I think we have too issues here, was it a mistake voting in Buhari, no way! The world would have laughed at us if we voted Jonathan back into power. That for me is case closed! But we have another issue with us right nw. Is the govt currently struggling, hell yes! And they seem not to have a plan at all. And that is where i am bothered!!! |
if tyou think he is the worst, then your article tiltle should have been, 'how to help a misfiring govt' or something like that because I believe the govt really need help but writing an article like this won't solve any problem. |
hmmm! Maybe Nigeria should backdate its calender to 1910 because the things I see and hear in this part of the world doesn't sound or look like we are in 2016... Goodness!!! |
we all thought if APC assumes majority in the house, things will be different, but nope, still same of the same! A country cannot change this way na. We are so focused on the presidency but these house members need to fall inline if we are to experience real change. That is why i no longer believe in the change mantra. Because these guys do not practice what they preach! |
officially! And i say this with anger and bitterness, 99percent of the nigerian youth are totally hopeless n a big disgrace to humanity. What is wrong with you guys? I wish i can get to Trump n just plead with him to use his 'bad mouth' to run u guys down. After 16 years a party failed totally and some of you are here naming roads constructed by that party while other are defending a govt without direction after 9 month. Its a pity! And to think some of you have gone through the university while some are married with kids leaves much to be desired!!! SMH! |
Yomieluv:they are not smart, and they are not taking us for a fool. We have decided to become the fool |
tuale4u:you are a disgrace to anything that has brain... I'm sorry but it is just obvious |
hmm... All of you asking for evidence of the roads and those defending GEJ... Can you pls tell me how your life has or will be better because of that... These politicians hasve succeeded in turning us into dummies... Tell create a topic, we start fighting here and there. PDP failed totally, if i were the president I would prolly probe the past admin for its inefficiencies. But we have to move on anyway... So i keep asking the APC, what are your plans, what template do you have in moving us forward. Its almost a year but i still cannot see any. That should be our worry. I am tired of these blame games. Are you not? |
don't know whats funny anout the pictures self ...hahaha |
Some Nigerians and their mentality... Just feel like slapping this OP's face right now. Go and get a life bro. |
ojun50:lol! Twitter go soon install E-blow for them |
doublewisdom:hehe you will have to wait till 2023 when Buhari leaves office...lol... omo but how many years will Buhari be by then? |
I'm just sad. These 'adult babies' are supposed to be our leaders jointly working for the good of the country. |
The Minister of Transport, Rotimi Amaechi, and a serving Senator, Ben Bruce, on Sunday engaged in a twitter fight over the activities of the current government. The fight was set off by a tweet posted by a popular tweeter user, Japhet Omojuwa, who tweeted that Ben Bruce should not be taken seriously. “The reason I will NEVER take people like Ben Bruce serious is because when they saw a leader (GEJ) do wrong, they kept quiet. Don’t be Bruce,” he said. Responding, the Bayelsa Senator chose to use the recent comments credited to President Muhammadu Buhari that some Nigerians are giving the country a bad image by engaging in nefarious activities around the world. While condemning the president’s comments, Mr. Bruce wrote on his twitter page that “Your own minister spent ₦80 million on a one day dinner, yet it is your citizens you accuse of being criminals #IAmANigerianNotACriminal”. The tweet seemed apparently targeted at Mr. Amaechi whose administration was accused of spending N80 million to organised a dinner for Nobel laureate, Wole Soyinka. Apparently sensing the jibe thrown at him by the Senator, Mr. Amaechi wasted no time in responding to Mr. Bruce; accusing him of being a coward. “A coward who is not bold enough to name the minister that he alleged criminally spent N80M on dinner is unfit to sit in our senate chambers,” he said. Mr. Amaechi’s spokesperson, David Iyofor, Sunday confirmed to PREMIUM TIMES that the twitter handle used in responding to Mr. Murray-Bruce (@ChibuikeAmaechi) belongs to the Minister of Transport. He also said the Minister’s response was triggered by Mr. Bruce. The Senator responded to Mr. Amaechi by referring to the recent Supreme Court judgment that upheld the election of Nyesom Wike as governor, thereby, stifling the hope of the APC candidate and Mr. Amaechi’s ally, Dakuku Peterside. He posted another tweet on his handle @benmurraybruce saying, “When you have been Wike’d, you become wicked! But you will always be my beloved brother, no matter how much you transfer the anger on me.” The Transport Minister reacted by accusing the Bayelsa Senator of only finding his voice on twitter while he is hardly seen contributing to debates in the Senate. “I will not respond to innuendos. Be courageous, name the minister. We know you talk here & do ‘siddon’ look where you are elected to talk,” he said. Nigerians ehn I hail una o... Nw its old news but if you guys heard he slept with another man's wife 20years ago, you all will cruxify him for a sin he committed 20years ago... |
daretodiffer:No one is voting Jonathan back because he failed! But Buhari is our president and we have to make sure he doesn't make the same mistake Jonathan made!!! |
Gbaa:Haba! February just start na |
talktonase:don't pretend like you don't know what I'm trying to say! |
Its 12:17am and I am still awake, reading the comments by you guys on various issues! The truth is, its not funny anymore. Something has definitely gone wrong with us. I mean how did we get to this point, where almost everything we say makes no sense. We have been eaten up by hatred and unjust tribal sentiments. Obama said the American youth can change the world. Can the Nigerian youth change the world? Not even a chance with the way we are going. From the east to the west to the north and south south, we have nothing to sell to the world but we are so filled with pride!!! No one is making sense anymore! What is wrong with us ![]() This is 2015 but we seem so outdated in our reasoning. The truth is we deserve the kind of leaders we have had since 1999! I mean afterall, leadership is a reflection of the people! |
Damn! I'm tired of this! All this back and forth as to who got us here should stop! U guys need to make it your new year resolution... Let's all move forward as a country! How would acknowledging that jonathan did or didn't do anything while in office solve our problem... Surprisingly ur signature has to do with ignorance, I can't help but wonder... |
A lot of times we have caught ourselves in this act, thinking about the past and regretting the decisions we didn’t take or the once we took that didn’t turn out right. Sometimes it even makes us cry and we wish we could turn back the hands of time. We visualize taking the other decision and we are quite sure it would have turned out good. It can be more hurtful especially when our present life is not where we want it to be. It’s called living in the regrets of yesterday. I used to be guilty of this act too. In secondary school I was a star athlete. One of the best the school had. After secondary school, I didn’t take it further despite so many friends urging me to. You know sometimes I would think about my past and regret not going further with athletics because I was so certain I would be a star athlete by now. And little by little I was getting trapped in that past, I was happier living in the past not knowing I was ruining my present. A lot of people are trapped in their past, that happiness have become a scarce commodity. I’m here to tell you that taking the decision you wish u had taken does not guarantee your present life would have been any better. This is your life, it happened this way because it was supposed to be this way. Regretting about the past may seem like a safe haven in a way but the truth is it solves nothing. We all have something stored in our memory banks of the past that we wish we could have done differently or something we wish we didn’t do. And as we get older, maybe life at the moment isn’t as good as we want or expected but that does not mean we have to regret what we did or didn’t do. If we didn’t go through those experiences, we might not have grown into the strong and knowledgeable people we are today. You may not be living in that fancy house or with that dream partner or whatever your regret is but you have something that can get you more than all those things. You just have to find your purpose. So what are we going to do? I know! I say we get rid of the negative thoughts- the could haves, might haves, and should haves. I call them the agents of regret. And then we start living a life that won’t make us feel regretful even when things are not going the perfect way. It can be difficult but believe me it is worth it. Here are a few tips I got online that I think if you put them into practice can be helpful. *Realize that it’s okay to make mistakes, just make sure to learn from them, forgive yourself if you need to and move on. *Find the humor in life and laugh like there is no tomorrow because it is sadness that harbors regret. *Relax and move with the flow of life by being unafraid of change. *try to find happiness with as many different people as you can. *Try not to judge people before you know them. *Be thankful to God for who you are right now instead of thinking about what you don’t have. *Know that happiness is bigger than any bank account. *Control negative thoughts as they don’t contribute to the outcome of your life. And remember, the past is the past. No matter the degree of regret can change that and also it won’t add anything good to your future. So let it be what it is- THE PAST. Feel free to leave a comment below on how you were able to deal with your regrets of yesterday. And help someone become a better person VISIT: http://georgiascrib..com for more of this. Happy New Year friends. |
why so it to the world? something in not just right with the pic. ![]() |
It’s almost Christmas!!! And I know we are all expecting gifts or something special from love ones, friends, mum and dad etc. but what about the government? What are we expecting or want from federal government this Christmas? Ok so here are the five things I want from government this Christmas Fuel!!!!!!!! Hey I don’t mean for government to send a gallon of fuel to my house…LOL! hell NO! But can government get fuel back to our local filling stations, can we please go back to normalcy? I bet everyone no one wants to go to the filling station and be made to wait on the queue for hours this Christmas. I mean it’s Christmas so let’s not go through that hustle. So first thing I want from government this Christmas is abundance of fuel at the filling stations. The second thing I want from government this Christmas is electricity! Oh, this maybe is a little bit too much to ask from government at this time but then its Christmas right and you never know what surprise the government is planning for us. Maybe they can just add this into that surprise package. Beside it happened when the government just got into power, I don’t know how they did but a little of that again will surely make my Christmas. But why does asking for constant electricity seem like a fairy tale wish in Nigeria? Anyway the budget is out and power got the highest chunk, so we are all hopeful something great will happen next year! My third wish is more like a plea to government. Umm we have had too many violence to contend with this year already so can the government please trade carefully with the Nnamdi Kanu issue and also with the Shiite leader? I bet they can and should! We don’t want to enter 2016 with a new set of crisis to deal with. I thought the previous charges were dropped so why bring up new ones against Nnamdi? And what’s really the issue with the Shiite and the Nigeria Army? You are the Commander in Chief so please speak up and get this under control. We all know how Boko Haram became what it is today. So please trade with caution, will you? the fourth thing i want from government is kind of funny, anyway it’s Christmas and who wouldn't love to eat some cake especially one from the government. I know you will properly be cutting some Christmas cake so can you make it go round this time? The previous government were a little bit selfish. They share and eat the so called national cake alone, but this is a government of change so I want to see things done differently in that regard. LOL! Don’t just make us watch you guys on TV, at least lets partake in it this time around. And finally, my number 5 wish/gift I want from government this Christmas is… OK you know we all love to spend special moments with special people and she Christmas is a special moment for everyone one, umm maybe not everyone but in any case spending this X-mas with our President in the country will be cool huh? Of course it will be. So our able president can you promise us there will be no ‘over the sea’ trip this festive period? We want to celebrate X-mas and the New Year with you. In that case put on hold any engagement you are planning until next year. So that’s it. My serious and also hilarious gifts and wants I’m expecting from government this Christmas. MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR IN ADVANCE EVERYONE! |
Mznaett:funny you! |

. Jonathan was worse, we voted him out because we he was a failure. At least we tried him, it is madness to vote him in again because of what
