Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Japa: Background Check Requirements by Realist777: 9:29am On Dec 29, 2023 |
jobbitto: Hi family,
I hope we all are having a great time this festive season.
Quite a while, I have been looking for job outside Nigeria, care work to be precise. Since this is one of the easiest route to leave Nigeria. A friend in the uk gave me a Link, an agency to be precise that would help in the process. Although, he has not used them before.
When I contacted the agency via mail. They told me their terms and conditions, I accepted and proceeded with them to help get a care job. I paid in about 499 pounds as consultation and processing fee. After a month, an interview was conducted and I scaled through.
The agency now said they are going to conduct a background check on me of which I am to provide some documents. Below is the list of documents
Proof of employment letters Payslips Discharge / Resignation letters with the cause of leaving the employment clearly stated Academic Qualifications Recommendation Letters 4 References CV The entire set of documents mentioned above must be submitted for each of the following employers. If some of the documents are missing or unavailable, They could provide a self-declaration letter confirming the reasons for such missing documents ALL THE EMPLOYERS IN THE LAST 10 YEARS If there is any employment gap in between or from the completion of their education, They will need to write a letter of explanation of the same All the documents to be put in a zip file with a separate folder for each employer Once the screening is successful, The client would receive an employment contract to sign followed by the COS within 3 working days.
House my question now, is getting this documents visible? Or they are 419. Please mod help me push to front page. I need help. Ask that your friend not Nairalanders, especially when you failed to provide us with the details of such an agency |

Education › Re: Why Do Teachers And Textbook Writers Do This This? by Realist777: 9:44am On Dec 24, 2023 |
YourGFsnatcher: Why do teachers teach the simple part, especially of subjects that have calculations and leave the students to solve the hard part that is unrelated to the simple one they taught?
Same with textbook writers. They will give an example with a simple question, but when it comes to exercises, they expect the students to solve harder ones that are not related to the examples they solved.
I don't see that as a way of making the students smart. If you will ask them to solve a problem show them how to solve a problem of the same level of difficulty.
Learning should be simple but we want to complicate it.
The result is seen in our graduating students, most end up not being able to solve simple problems because they have been confused. If the method is not working, then change it! This was my major problem in secondary school then. Teachers kept giving us simple physics and mathematics questions as examples but the exercises are harder and sometimes unrelated to the steps used in the examples. As a little gangster who recently got someone encouraging him to go to school, I was always bringing some of the difficult questions from the exercises to my physics and mathematics teachers respectfully without fears. Though it normally made the class boring whenever they were to use those hard questions as examples. Then I realized that using the difficult questions as example would make the class boring and students would hate the subjects. I corrected this in the school where I served by asking my students to pick the most difficult questions for me to use as examples for them. This really helped them a lot |

Solomon Friedman.
Imagine a Christian clergy or a Muslim Imam owning a porn production and distribution company.
The fines ($1.3m) do not in anyway fit the crime.
Human trafficking and pimps get life in prison .
Why should PornHub be made to pay only a meagre $1.3m? Because the nigga is a Jewish motherfucker |

1TrippleCee: I have trained close to 500 in the past five years. Also majorly here too. I do not charge. I have taken some in to leave with me all end up disappointing to even stealing my items. Only very few have turned up to the moment that my work showed. Those ones have moved on to setup their own businesses. But the percentage is small. Very very small. Majority just want the results and nothing else they don't want to go through the process of getting the results You don't just pick anyhow people and except them to possess certain qualities bro! For you to have picked up someone that ends up stealing your stuff means you picked them without preliminarily testing them |
