See a Gynaecologist and prepare for a diagnostic laparoscopy. Endo has varying symptoms....irregular period is not one of them, but the pain you are experiencing is, sounds like stage 3

U can sum up total amount for the year and then divide by twelve to get an average for a month so u can fill up in your financial section of the form.
Explain also in the additional information and have the HR also highlight this in your letter. This would serve as a further confirmation as to the information you would provide

So my salary gets paid monthly and i also receive a lump sum quarterly, which is also part of my net salary. Which do i state as my real salary, or do I have hr write and explain the amount.

You must be tested for tuberculosis (TB) if you want to come to the UK for more than 6 months and are a resident of Nigeria or Benin. See https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/tuberculosis-test-for-a-uk-visa-clinics-in-nigeria
If you are going to be staying/living/working in the UK for more than six months, a TB test is compulsory.

I will just be visiting for a few days at a time, so I guess it's not necessary

just make sure the mixture is not too watery before adding your boiling water. The mixture should be a bit thick and makes sure that water is on boiling point. With a few practice u will become better. My elder sister still has that challenge till date, always comes out watery cos she refuse to learn.

I love pap so much. Corn and guinea corn mixed together is beau. Normally drink it with groundnuts

When I get home, I will take a picture of mine, they are in supermarkets and not pricey either.

Use lukewarm water to mix it first ,before pouring in hot boiling water.

I do that all the time, still comes out watery. to salvage it, i just put it back on heat.

Coco's post reminded me that it had been ages that I had made crispy chicken, so I decided to make it again.
Abeg who knows how to make pap here oh, mine is always too watery.
