BusinessWho Has Used Jiji ENTERPRISE Plan Before For Real-estate Sales? by Reeefe(op): 11:33pm On Jun 16, 2024
So guys, Recently I was thinking of using jiji enterprise plan, which is a large subscription plan to get the highest possible results from advertising on the jiji ng platform, I've not used it before. But I was hoping if anyone out there has used it and what was the result like? Is it worth it? cause its pretty expensive? Considering the plan is about 500,000 thereabout. So I was thinking if anyone has used it. And if they can give reviews below, that would be appreciated. Especially for cars and real-estate sales.

It’s depends on the size of the panel and how straight/ level the block settings is ..you can budget btw 1.3 to 1.6bags of cement for each panel
By "panel" u mean partition?

A Partition here is usually 10ft length of the wall

Hello contractors a.d engineers in the house how do you base a plastering fee when giving a Workman to do it. Is it priced per room for internal or sqm. Or just random guessing?

I've seen water tanks mounted directly on decked portions of a roof, but never a water tank on a tank stand mounted on a roof.
Usually when u put the water tan on the decked portion of the roof the hight isn't enough to get good water pressure for the top flats shower n water heater. So u add a tank stand on the decking of 5 to 6ft to solve that. And also tank on concrete decking Usually causes issues for the decking directly if there is any leakage of the tank. So it's best u lift if from the concrete.

Wait o, are you implying that the tank stand would be mounted on the roof of a house? That would be a first for me, if so. Would love to see a picture after installation.
Would be mounted on a kitchen decking. Nothing special

You can engage a surveyor or you apply for charting information at the office of the state surveyor general. 08069018449

Basically, the Surveyor will pick the coordinates of the land and chart it on the base map of the state to know if theland is govt acquisition land or not.
Thanks very much for this. How much would charting a 900 sqm cost ?

The bolded is dependent on the soil type. And the water level of that area. Although it's best practice to do it the dpc with dpm.

One of the reasons you need to chart a land to know it's status before buying the land. We have land within government acquisition and land not in government acquisition, you can't know which is which with the physical eyes. This message has been over preached on this forum. No one should be a victim.
How do u chart a land please?
