Check it out. They have started the bullying without wasting time. Aramco is the most profitable oil company, if not the most profitable company in the world but I guess because of the flirting of the saudis with BRICS, the US has to now use their dogs to go after them. So early yet so childish.
Also, there is a cladestine plan to divide Brazil in to 5 by UK and US. My concern is who gave these people power to divide countries as they like. Why so much power to few countries to use at the expense of other countries
Just like Pansophist said, the West will give BRICS the nail to nail her coffin. As for breaking up Brazil, if they could do it, they wouldn't come on social media to announce it, rather they will be at work doing all the can to achieve their aims. All they just did is to try and scare Brazil. They can't even achieve their aim not with Russia and China backing. Perhaps they have been trying in the dark without success and are trying to use insecurities to see if they can achieve their aim.
okeysoninv: who is this one? Godforbid, I should praise a man whose hand is filled with blood. Hear me today , God said , " I have rejected Putin since his childhood , woe unto those people including the churches who commits adultery with Putin'.
Na because God is a merciful one. If not you for don collect tey tey.
Masterviolence: Another newbie in international politics.
If there's a nation Africa can learn from militarily, it should be iran not Israel.
Yes Israel is strong, but they've never faced a near peer foe on their own. They have the military support of the u.s. that's why they've won many wars they engaged in. And the middle east have not military strength save for Turkey and Iran, and with or without military support from the u.s, Israel we not dare attack anyone of them.
I used to underrate that country called Iran. From the look of things I think they have got their hands on nuclear weapon and has refused to admit to it like NK did. I mean tell me why a country like her is able to pull the weight she is pulling. I guess that's why Israel that has been barking for a long time have not attacked her like she has been screaming. I think these countries knows something we don't.
tensazangetsu20: Story for the gods. Go and look for my threads right from when I was in Nigeria. If I never left Nigeria I will never marry. I will marry here.
MatrixReloaded: I no say u get 3 pp and u been to 15 world countries but with whom? It thrills me how a full grown ass man will be subjected to only building his life without supporting others, no wife, kids, like how do u guys over 30 or mid 40s consider life journey alone.. Wasting all this funds to migrate, I rather have my wife give birth in this countries with 10m for my unborn kids in other to gain jus-soil.
What is your headache over another man's decision?
Nigeria needs to get it's shit together. Poor policy, corruption at maximum, tribalism and mismanagement of funds just to name a few would be the major hinderance rk joining BRICS
pansophist: Iran also joined SCO (Shanghai security organisation), so military aggression against Iran has been ruled out, because it would be the whole China and Russia that will defend Iran.
SCO is like Nato, and way stronger then Nato, but they don't make noise. So many folks don't know it.
Ah swear. Before that country I was indifferent to it until this war opened my eyes. She is part of the countries I would want to visit. Iran and North Korea. I have no interest in South Korea.
pansophist: Evil always shoots itself in the foot. Evil thinks of momentary gain but suffers in the future. America's past is its baggage, and they can't cleanse it off.
Hence they are so determined to be the sole hegemon so that justice will never catch up with them.
Only the strong can demand justice. The weak will not get justice, especially when justice is the punishment of the strong.
In a multipolar world, America will have to answer for its crime against humanity, and they don't want that. So I expect them to fight and fight until it is beyond clear that they aren't the sole power anymore.
I believe Iran's integration into BRICS is very strategic given that USA has been poking Iran seriously lately but it usually doesn't make it to main stream media until Iran retaliates. This will give them a cutting edge. Also I duff hat for Iran cause at one point they were the most sanctioned nation in the world despite being small compared to China and Russia that has and is currently the most sanctioned nation in the world respectively. Iran managed to still stay United despite the terror sponsored by the West to break it.
The West couldn't bomb Iran because they're not sure if Iran has nuclear weapon or not. They do not want to put themselves in spot where if Iran had one, they will retaliate, and if Iran had none, Iraq will replay only this time, the whole world is watching how much evil the West is and will further speed up the multipolar. It's a risk they can't take.
pansophist: I like the countries that were invited to join. The list seems strategic, as they are independent in the truest sense of Independence.
According to Wikipedia, Nigeria has applied to join BRICS, I don't know how true it is. But I doubt Nigeria will join anytime soon, because Nigeria seems like a puppet to me.
In Africa for example, west Africa is the least organised, developed and independent region. How can you explain that in the presence of ECOWAS, France still manipulate the francophone counries?
Libya borders ECOWAS via Niger, but the political situation of the ECOWAS community is so weak, that NATO can destroy Libya without any repercussion from the bloc.
See how ECOWAS is barking at the instruction of the West to invade Niger, such speed would be expected from the bloc to deal with poverty, insurgency, corruption, regional integration, from transportation to economy etc.
France still control the currencies, economy and resources of Francophone countries, meanwhile, ECOWAS sees no reason to fight for the freedom of its member states.
Nigeria that should lead is so deeply corrupted and messed up, that the West African region has officially become the most messed up region on Africa.
The most developed region in Africa is the North, followed by the South, then the east then the West. And in the West, if you minus Ghana, ivory Coast and Nigeria, the region is a largely in a pitiable condition.
Right now, you'll always come across videos of other African States criticizing western policies across the continent, but I hardly come across such from Nigerian leaders. Nigeria leaders are gatekeepers of Western hegemony in the region.
That's the only reasonable conclusion I can reach. And that's sad. We really have a bleak future and a bloody struggle ahead.
LordAdam16: On that foreign air fare, I had a back-and-forth about that on NL and the dude was saying there's nothing off about charging $3-5K for a 6 hrs flight.
Nigerians don't mind being fleeced.
Imagine that as of today, none of the Big 3 telecom operators offer a flat plan with Unlimited Calls and Text. In 2023.
LordAdam16: Please, if someone provides a plausible answer, do mention me.
I see fares in Asia and I'm flabbergasted by ours.
-Lord
If them mention you, mention me. Flight from UK to USA, can be gotten for £350 BA direct flight. Yet one for Nigeria is fucking expensive. Nigeria is 6hrs and USA is 9hrs 30min.
Jane74: And finally the most interesting thing. Why I think that the catastrophe is the work of Ukrainians.
Ukrainians have a peculiarity. PR is more important to them, loud noise in the information space, in the media, on the Internet, than reality. They often come up with nonsense themselves, believe in it themselves and begin to act in reality as if their own fantasies are true.
If Prigozhin and Wagner's commanders died in the crash and the cause of the accident was a terrorist attack (a mine on board), then the following is most logical.
Prigozhin owned a very large media empire. And all the time of the special operation, he made himself a very loud advertisement, something like this: "Wagner knows how to fight, but the Russian regular army does not; only Wagner did everything in Syria, only Wagner achieved success in Africa; Prigozhin is a holy disinterested hero, the whole of Russia loves him, he is a hero-hero-hero and the hope of Russia, he is Putin's chief aide and protects Putin from his enemies - traitor ministers and oligarchs." In that spirit.
Unfortunately, Prigozhin, while advertising himself, unwittingly dug his own grave.
The same thing happened with Dugin. Someone advertised him very much in the West "Dugin is the main theorist of the Putin regime, the chief philosopher, Putin's adviser" - and the Ukrainians staged several attempts on Dugin and eventually killed his daughter.
Ukrainians staged a terrorist attack against Prigozhin, BELIEVING powerful advertising on the Internet and media around the world.
Counting on that. that a) if the people's hero dies and everyone finds Putin guilty, then a popular revolt, revolution in Russia, "Maidan" will begin, and b) since all Russia's successes in Africa are only because of Wagner/Prigozhin, if you kill the main ones, then Russia will not be able to do anything in Africa and it will be expelled from everywhere in disgrace.
See for yourself what the authoritative Ukrainian telegram channel writes: _____________________________________
✅ Russia has lost "Plan B". Prigozhin was a scarecrow for the West. Do you remember how the West banned ALL activism on 24.06, so as not to help the rebels?
They were very afraid of a more radical ruler coming to power in the Russian Federation. Now they have nothing to fear.
The position of the West has clearly strengthened on this issue, but Prigozhin no longer played in Ukraine, but played in Africa.
✅ Russia will lose Africa. All the REAL influence was provided there by the PMCs, not the Foreign Ministry. It is unlikely that someone will be able to make a structure similar in efficiency for the Russian Federation on the continent.
And this is already a geostrategic blow, strongly affecting the global positions of the parties.
Therefore, today's event is not a game of Britons against the United States or GUR against someone, it is a plus for the entire Western Front and a minus for the Russian Federation. ________________
I have a question for those who live in African countries. Is it true that your countries prayed for Prigozhin and Wagner and all cooperation projects between your country and Russia are being implemented only because there is a holy and cool Prigozhin?
it is especially funny to listen to this, remembering Algeria, Morocco and the fact that even in the CAR Wagner did not steer at all..
in general, Ukrainians as always.. they wanted to do more harm to Russia, and as a result, everyone will breathe a sigh of relief. And African countries (even with putschists in power) and Russia, too.
After all, after the mutiny, Wagner lost huge funding from Russia - and now it needs to find a job and money somewhere..
who knows what order Prigozhin would actually undertake to fulfill? at least, his position on Niger was directly opposite to Russia's position.
and who needs "the best fighters in the world" who have a habit of turning their weapons against the customer at a critical moment?
PS. Funny. I found this forum and began to study what people were saying; and also found regional press in English and French and began to look at it regularly. do you know why?
Because in the Russian media after the uprising in Niger, short reports began to appear "look. people on the streets with Russian flags and Wagner emblems."
I didn't like it terribly and I wanted to find out what was really going on and whether Wagner really had such a strong influence in the Sahel region and what the hell was the Russian flag being molded to him, on which he wiped his feet.
I felt an inexpressible relief, reading both in the media articles and here on the forum a very reasonable and balanced attitude towards mercenaries. mercenaries are mercenaries and the fee for contacting them can be extremely high.
You have inept knowledge of this war, I had to say it again. On Prigozhin dying, whether Putin ordered it or the Ukraine, that man needed to go as he was very dangerous even to our people, the people of Russia. The MOD and Putin was very smart the way they handled him in Rostov. America thought Russia would respond in their usual manner as a hot head but, Putin applied wisdom and patience.
