Good morning guys. I've been having problems with my redmi note 7 pro since on Monday.
First, it sent off while the battery was at 50+ percent. I tried to switch it on but it shows an empty battery sign with on the screen. Then I plugged it to charge and I was able to switch it on. After charging fully, the phone went off when battery was at 70 percent. I charged it again and was using the phone, then it went off again at 90 perfect. Since yesterday till now I can't even use the phone without plugging in the socket to charge, it has basically become a desktop. I tried resetting it but it only got worse. Now it keeps restarting it self and won't pass the redmi logo . But once I plug in the charger it comes on and battery is stuck at 82 percent. Once I unplug the charger, the phone goes off. Please what's the problem and likely solutions? I base in Nasarawa and Abuja, thanks

I think that should be a battery problem, try changing the battery and see if that fixes the problem.

so many update problems here and there... when we talk dem go talk say we talk too much... if your phone is not broken, why try to fix it? if you're not having problems, why the rush to update it...? I still even haven't seen something significant with this MIUI 13 yet to be exact after me working with it with a friend's phone..

why are you guys always rushing to update your devices once a new notification kicks in knowing fully well that the MIUI is not fully stable and optimised? even to update gan will mostly require you to download full ROM.. to update with data or wifi gan na wahala... abegggii

3. I had space constraints, started freeing up spaces, uninstall some apps, and cleared cache of some.
4. Currently have less than 9gb space.

Nothing, it's been working okay, and never giving any issue till, a few days back when I was on a zoom call and my screen went blank, I tried to boot by holding down the power button and it still didn't come on, it'll just show 'redmi' and go off.

and it didn't fall? maybe you should charge if or give it time? you can force restart or boot to safe mode sha... I haven't experienced this before...
