Nigeria fit this type of system because everyone want to work we are very hardworking, imagine the amount of production output in a year Nigerians will put out if socialism is in place even the Chinese will bow.

And in socialist society there is always work for everyone.

Regardless if one is working, in a socialist society there is what is called universal basic income(basic living stipend provided by the govt controlled economy institutions which may come in almost tax free public amenities like electricity, water, public transportation, etc)

Most Nigerians wont even depend on UBI because they all want to work and be productive.

Now compare all this advantages to a capitalist society you see that capitalism is nothing more but an advanced modern day slavery and feudalism.

Socialism is not the solution to Nigeria's problem. But what does Karl Marx mean when he says "From each according to his ability to each according to his need"

This means free access to distribution of goods, capital and services.
Basic Wealth should be distributed to all equally (proletariat) and not only to the greedy bourgeoisie that want to acquire everything they don't even need in their lifetime.
Mind the you the population of proletariats who need help in a society are always more than the greedy bourgeoisie.

Nigeria today fits the need for this system because the gap between the rich and poor is unimaginable which equals to the long extinct feudalism.

I suggest a do-over of that sale.

We ve tried the first and it as been failure since independence so why not try a new system and see if it will work.
That is how a proactive government that has the people's interest work.

Or rather we stay in a non functioning method and theorize that a new method wont work.

that's why I mentioned regional it will be easier to manage and more productive if it's regional.

All FG need to do is to just provide a start up budget for each region and in 2-5 years will see positive results.

Why can't FG just allow states or regions to generate their own power and the rest will be shared to national grid for export.

North- abundant sun and land for clean solar power.

Southeast- massive coal for thermal plants.

Southwest- long coastal line for wind power from Atlantic ocean plus a potential location for nuclear powerplant.

South south- natural gas for gas plants.

North central - hydroelectric power.

Why do Africans like to make life hard for themselves?
