If you've extensively read about the degree of military ingenuity and armament that were deployed during World War II as far back as 80 years ago, you'll know that a third world war will be very devastating, even without the use of nuclear weapons. Imagine more than a thousand fighter aircraft bombing Tokyo at the same time.

Happened to me in my teen years. Sometime in 2006, I followed my cousins to their church and there I saw this damsel, I tried rather vainly to woo her.

I kept following her up but it wasn't easy, I used everything at my disposal to woo her but to no avail. I even got a resounding slap in one of those occasions. Even when I was made a functionary in my school in 2009, she wouldn't still give in to my demands despite the fact that most girls were dying.


I had to let her be and moved on, I even forgot that she existed . Some years later (2011), my phone rang one early morning only for me to pick up and lo and behold she was the one. I couldn't even recognise her voice again cos it's been really long I heard from her.

She explained whom she was and believe me, I was genuinely happy to hear from her. She was like "you just forgot about me, you just stopped talking to me..."
I was like " I couldn't keep trying to woo you forever"

She explained that my cousins told her that I got an admission so she collected my number and called to congratulate me. I thanked her for her gesture...
We are still good friends now, in fact, apart from my fiancee she's got to be the best female friend I have.
She has matured a lot to be very calm, kind, attentive, and compassionate.

She's a potential side chick in the offing, if you don't cut off that friendship immediately you get married.

Germany would have captured Moscow if not for the emergency cache of weapons the US sent to them. Russia were finally able to capture Berlin simply because the US and other European allies were able to hold off Germany from attacking from all sides.

I don't want to believe that an airline will be so stupid and careless to do to a 1st class traditional ruler what they typically do to helpless customers.

The 1:10hr delay on the international flight is due to the Airline.
There was still a 30mins window to make the local connecting flight, but airline refused.
The number of passengers (10) in that situation was substantial enough to force a delay if required.

The real insult is actually still charging a No-Show fee for their own incompetence and failure.

I hope the Airlines can continue to trample on the rights of influential citizens who can fight them back until there is sanity to be enjoyed by all.

The word 'low' is relative. What you view as low might be viewed as high by the country concerned due to its population size. So, considering our population of 200m+, our GDP of $500B is low compared to another country with a GDP of $150B and a population size of 5m people.

Ignorant, hypocritic people who see the end of the world in every international event will soon make a connection between this and the Rapture.

It's not GDP that determines a country's wealth, but its standard of living or its per capita income which is arrived at by dividing the GDP by the population.
