You lack knowledge of legality in this country. A man can't rape his wife. It is understood under the constitution that when a woman signs that marriage certificate, she has intentionally and willingly given in to sexual acts with the man.

Conversely, a man can sue his wife for denying him sex and the court will entertain it.
