These fact checks that come out daily are good and highly commendable, but they should try to be factual rather than to draw sentiments and gain popularity. We should hold on to these facts to put a leash on our insensitive leaders, and the fact checkers should refrain from employing political undertone in their discuss.

My observations from this fact check are;
From present/previous statistics, the claims brought up by the writer is spot on and correct.
The writer failed to predict future increase in landing cost of petrol using the available (time frame) crude/naira-dollar exchange price.

The normal people for Nigeria nor dey much again. The three major candidates shouldn't score more than 5/10 for the speech they each gave.

This issue is very simple, I agree with you that tinubu is getting older which age isn't by his side. Now what I mean by the foundation he laid down while others continue building on it.
Lekki Sea port, Eko Atlantic city, Lekki free trade zone, Lagos state master plan etc. If tinubu didn't sacrifice his political career by bringing those who are capable to the work. You and I will not vote for them. Likes of fashola, Ambode, sowolu and he makes sure he pin them with competent teams like the commissioners that will work with them to achieve that vision. Tell me if opposition have taken over Lagos only for one term, did you think some of this project will be neglected. And we don't have a government that love continue his successor project, even in the same party. Everybody wants to put his own legacy which they won't finish at the end of their tenure. Those are few things about tinubu. I didn't said he is angel or he is not corrupt. All politicians are the same. But we need a visionary leader. Tinubu have never decamp from one party to the other since he became a governor. Politics is all about give and take. He has give a lot to people, mostly south west governors.

First you agree that tinubu doesn't have age(physical strength) on his side, hence cannot handle the stress that comes with leadership.
Next, how can you be using federal govt and privately funded projects to judge the performance of a governor.
Now talking about his successors, why hasn't he replicated the same 'success' in other APC states of the south west where he is revered.

I said it, Shettima is a very intelligent person and he was presented to showcase his intellectual qualities to the south . I weep for the social media youths who ignored all the important points he made and started trending his outfit, yet those are the ones supporting Obi saying Obi is intelligent. You can't compare this speech with Obi.
One important point I'd pick from his speech is Tinubu understands the Nigerian psychology , and we all can see how he used this knowledge to turn around Lagos and make political progress.
Tinubu scored a good political point with Shettima today . Coz Shettima flawed both Obi and Atiku.

You see, there is always one problem with every argument/discussion and that is the issue of subject matter.
All three candidates failed in nailing the subject matter, but it seems shettima' was the worse. Next is obi before Atiku.
