THE CHALLENGES BUHARI IS LIKELY TO FACE IN HIS ADMINISTRATION
Many things have been said about President Muhanmadu Buhari (PMB), many Nigerians believe in him as that long awaited leader to bring the desired change in our dear Country, based on his antecedent during his Military rulership. While holding on his antecedent, it is pertinent we x-ray some challenges he is likely to face this time in sustaining his track records. Some of the challenges are most likely to emanate from:
1. THE JUDICIARY: This arm of Government has recently become a place of refuge for the corrupt individuals, whereby court injunctions are obtained recklessly, the highest bidder gets the favourable judgement from the court. Don’t forget PMB is duty-bound to obey court orders and judgments. How would he fight corrupt individuals without committing ‘court contempt’? (Challenge 1)
2. THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY: PMB will achieve little or nothing in the fight against the insurgency without the maximum corporation of the National Assembly. Any Executive bill that is seeking to reduce their allowances or that will not better their pockets in one way or the other, is most likely to be dead on arrival, irrespective of the likely positive effect it would have on the common man.(Challenge 2)
3. HIS PARTY (APC): The recent quote by Buhari ( “I belong to everybody and I belong to nobody”) was just a statement of that moment(inauguration day) which did not out-live that moment. If you think am wrong, why has it not appointed key government officials, a week after the quote?.Buhari cannot satisfy APC as a party and some individual’s interest and still deliver as expected. Ask PDP .

Now that we have a new president at the helms of affairs, it is glad to know that security and our territorial integrity are part of his major plans. Boko haram, Mend , Opc are still easy to contend with because as brutal as they may seem, they can all be dealt with using the carrot and stick approach. The only group threatning our unity is biafra and as a matter of fact their seccesion request is treasonable. President Buhari must rate the threat level of Biafra to the highest. We do not want any form of civil war anymore and anything that threatens our unity must be forbidden. here are ways i suggest the new president should deal with biafran rebels;

He should declare Biafra radio as illegal and ban it henceforth.

He should arrest the owner of biafra radio and make him face treasonable charges for spreading hate campaigns against other tribes in nigeria.

He should establish a special Anti-biafra task force fully armed to the teeth.

He should resensitize the southeast through national orientation agency and make them learn to put the past behind them and embrace national unity.

He should offer financial rewards for informations leading to the arrest of biafran chanters and pro seccesionists.

He must make them realize that we all have a role to play for the development of nigeria.
