Benue State Gov Ortom: In an emotion laden voice, We are begging on the Federal Government to come and help us, the Fulanis are occupying our villages after killing and displacing our people.

Enugu State Gov Ugwuanyi: We are declaring 2 days of prayer and fasting against the Fulani herdsmen

EKiti State Gov Fayose: "When they defeat you they will go to the next community, when they defeat that community they will go to another one, this is Ekiti Parapo War and it must be fought in the totality of our spirit. I stand by you, I stand for you and that is why you elected me at a time like this. I will not disappoint you. If they touch our wives or daughters slaughter them, I will provide you Ekiti hunters with all the logistics you to defeat them"

Fayose is one big fool. He talks too much. I guess he caused the attack on that community. No such attack in the state before now, I guess the statement he made sometimes ago that he will take law into his hands when herdsmen comes to his state. He even instructing his subjects to poison the water the cow of the herdsmen will drink from. No one is supporting the activities of the herdsmen but a man who occupy such high position should be mindful of sensitive statement. Then the herdsmen have not even come to attack an innocent community in Ekiti State but that statement from the governor is sensitive enough to invite the herdsmen, at least to dare him. He thinks, its the same way he criticise Buhari govt, most times u use your head.

He is entrusted with security of lives and property of the people of his state. He must deal with anything that is potentially dangerous for his people. He has given the best options to end the menace of killer herdsmen. He is succeeding where other governors are failing.

Shame on you for crucifying Fayose for taking the best step that other governors are afraid to take because they don't want to offend PMB at the expense of their own people

The incident and terrible thunderstorm happened spontaneously. When I narrated it some ppl said it was that kind of thing that knocks a person down killing him if he is hit.

Tame Your Tongue

We must guard our tongues against utterances that could harm or destroy others and use them as an instrument of blessing. Proverbs 12:18 - There is that speaketh like the piercing of a sword: but the tongue of the wise is health. The followings are discussed: Control Your Speech; Destructive Nature of the Tongue, and Speak and live Wisely.

Control Your Tongue: James tells the teachers of the word of God and those occupying leadership positions in the Church to see themselves as stewards who will one day give account of their deeds and utterances. Just as actions do, words of the mouth can lead people toward or away from God. While the Early Church struggled against heretical teachings of false teachers, James warned the aspiring teachers to beware of teachings that were not in line with the word of God (James 1:3). He calls on those who want to become teachers, and all who want to engage in spiritual leadership to recognise immense responsibilities accompanying roles they will play, and that they would be accountable for what they say. Teachers of the word need to regularly study the Word, seek God in prayer, submit to godly authority and ask for the wisdom to live an accountable life.

James also included all believers in the message, requiring them to watch their tongues. He asserted that a person who is able to control his speech will be able to control virtually everything else and called such person 'perfect' (James 3:2-5). It would easier to control other aspects of one's life if the tongue can be controlled. The tongue is described as a part of the body that can spark tremendous passions or emotions, and has the power to alter lives. Therefore we need the power of Holy Spirit to help us control our tongues and say words that can edify others. Christians are not to speak carelessly, but say words that can save lives.

Destructive Nature of the Tongue: Tongue holds great corrupting power and should be guarded against careless words that can destroy families, friendships and even spark wars between nations. James described tongue as a fire and potent tool in the hand of Satan. It corrupts personalities and pollutes souls to spark anger, nurse grudges and create enmity. People have been able to tame animals and control many things in the environment, but it has been difficult to control tongue (James 3:6-8 ). Tongue remains as dangerous and corrosive as deadly poison. It's destructive power is evident in our society, even in the Church. Some people often talk carelessly, saying things that can breed resentment and destroy relationships with others.

James also talks about those who are expected to praise God but speak evil of fellow human beings. Tongue should be used for the highest purpose which is to exalt God, and not to abuse others. Our words should build up and bring blessings to others (James 3:9-12). When we offer praises and exalt God He sends down blessings. Gossips and other forms of inglorious statements should be removed from our mouths so that our lives can be a blessing and build others up.

Speak and Live Wisely: James speaks about two kinds of wisdom: heavenly and earthly wisdom. Believers are enjoined to choose wisdom that comes from God over the wisdom of this world. While the earthly wisdom harbours sinful attitudes such as envy and selfish ambition, godly wisdom proclaims the truth and leads to eternal life (James 3:13-6). Earthly wisdom has negative characteristics which destroy the society while the wisdom of God produces qualities such as love, godliness, selflessness, mercy and others that help to do good and pursue eternal priorities.

Wisdom that comes from the above has eternal value and exhibits Christ-like behaviour. It makes relationships work and transforms the society. Godly wisdom reflects humility which is part of Christ life. Christ humbled himself by leaving glories of heaven and coming to this world. Humility will make us look at others as Christ sees them and threat them with godly love. We must forgive offences and humbly admit when we are wrong. The Church and entire society will benefit from our contributions when our words are characterized by godly love and selfless service. Lesson text: James 3:1-18.

This is an information age when people understand better, if they think they can do what utman dan fodio did centuries ago to change legacies of the south in this century they are mistaken. Calling killer herdsmen foreigners is just an excuse to distract our attention from their real motives.

powerful message that goes with the happenings in Nigeria, now that killer herdsmen wants to acquire and annex more territories by weakening and wiping out the indigenous people. Time to look inward and resolve intra tribal issues and stand strong against killer invaders.

Since these stories started making the rounds pictures have suddenly become gold.

Where are the spent casings?

Did the herdsmen appear without their herds?

If they were in the company of their cows where's the damage done by the cows?

Where are the farmlands?

How come the police never give public updates?

How were they identified as fulani or even herdsmen?

Don't the herdsmen themselves ever get caught or suffer casualties?

Far too many questions.

if your questions are answered you will marvel over atrocities of fulani or killers herdsmen in the region. People have endured them for long, but when the limit is reach many will cry over negligence and non challant attitude indigenous people have condoned for long.

These killer herdsmen should know they are promoting their way to extinction with all their atrocities throughout the country. Time is fast approaching when the vagabonds will chew more than they could digest and pay heavily for it. By the time everyone is against them they will be overwhelmed and get back to the desert they come from.

Is boko haram being transformed to killer herdsmen? If so everyone must get prepared and mobilize as civilian JTF against them. They must must be crushed and wiped out as done to boko haram. Boko haram fighters relocating to SW in herdsmen uniform?

Over to indigenous people!

Christians should enter into and worship in the ministry of only those called by God. As the Bible says, by their fruits you will know them.

The rush for prosperity, instead of learning about God and preparing the heart for his Kingdom, is the major problem many believers today can't distinguish between the right and wrong in places of worship.

Christ's gospel is purely about the righteousness of God. Anything outside this is abomination and those doing so are cursed.

Any places of worship people enter into they must question the message to find out whether it is in line with the gospel or not. They must also study the life and character of the minister and his family whether they are in consonance with the behaviors of early disciples and followers of Christ or not.

Yes i will give the correct answer,

Bloggers receive money from the money mtn, glo, etisalat and airtel charge customers when they buy mb,so when someone browse a blogger's website part of the money for the mb consume will go into the bloggers account, yes his b@nk account

This is the truth and nothing but the truth, most bloggers will not tell you this.

how come for such kind of linkage which bloggers convert to cash? If that is the way Facebook would always be the richest in social networks. But the way bloggers make money is quite different!
Politics / Re: Subsidy Removal Or Price adjustment, What Exactly The Government Has Done? by Rexyl(m): 11:06am On May 19, 2016
many workers are on strike while some ignored the call to do so from the national secretariat. I think all can't be fooled based on agreement that has not been clearly defined and reached. TUC would be like a body that rushed to reach an agreement on pending issues, what if the expectations go the other way, won't they be seen as betrayals?

NLC strike should continue until all issues are properly resolved and all Nigerians are made to understand where they are going and what to expect? Many even don't know whether it is subsidy that has been removed or price adjustment was done. Even those who are called our representatives at the meetings with the FG are mingling the two in discussions.
Politics / Subsidy Removal Or Price adjustment, What Exactly The Government Has Done? by Rexyl(m): 9:00am On May 19, 2016
It is getting difficult to believe that subsidy has been finally removed on premium motor spirit PMS and government expenditure has been stopped in that line as there is a confusion about what the government has really done. Some believe it was price adjustment that was done and not removal of fuel subsidy because announcement by the government had stated both.

If it is subsidy removal that has been done we will rest assured that the issue has been resolved once and money that will accrue will be used to achieve massive infrastructural development and create more employment. But if it is price adjustment that has been done we all know what that means. We should be preparing for further adjustments in the fuel pump price while promises made so far to put the economy in proper shape may not be realized.

What do you know the government has done, price adjustment or removal of subsidy?

MARKone:
Kindly Attempt all Questions.

Question 9 carries 50 points.

If GEJ is a constant, while APC is variable, and if
1year has been used for blaming; With the aid of
a diagram,

1. Discuss the probability of of APC blaming GEJ
for the next 3 years for,
i. Dollar increase
ii. Fuel price increase.

2. If APC = all promises cancelled, where PMB is
a constant, discuss the speed at which peoples'
suffering may increase.

3. Define the term, 'Budget padding'.

4. Mention 3 types of APC propaganda you know,
and how they can be used in the 21st century
politics.

5. Mention five prisoners you know that were
fed with N14,000 a day.

6. Mention the next 3 countries PMB will travel
to after London.

7. Write short notes on these mad phrases:
i. masquerade dressing.
ii. importation of grass.
iii. pencil production by 2017.

8. If x is chanji, and y is lies/propaganda, solve
the equation, 2x + 5y = ?

9. If you used to be corrupt but now
fantastically corrupt. Explain the effect of gravitational force on you.

first I disregarded this, thinking it was a child play, but suddenly I began to reason your mathematics might make sense.

Gej as constant:
APC as variable:
PMB as a constant:
APC as a variable

policies are derivatives:

while the result is what Nigerians stand to gain

Gej is behind or pursuing APC as the party leverages towards all directions

PMB is a constant loosely or tightly packed with APC as the party struggle to find the direction

So far derivatives of these issues added with the effects time and chance are the what the country is experiencing.
